Great location, next to the subway. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Room was clean with enough amenities. We got free magnets, candy and handwarmers!

We had an awesome stay at Hanting Hotel! As foreigners, traveling can sometimes be challenging but the staff at the hotel was very kind and helpful! The lady at the front helped us to book a taxi for our train which was early the next morning. The room is spacious, well equipped and had a beautiful view of the city! Everything was very clean and the room is modern. It is very close to the subway as well as the railway station. I can highly recommend this hotel!

We are all foreigners staying there for 3 nights. Front desk is so helpful. They are so polite and nice, but they cannot speak English. The hotel condition overall is very good. It’s clean and hygiene. The location is also good. You can walk only 50m to the metro line 2 (green), bowuguan station 博物馆. There is also delivery service from the robot if you order food from outside. There is laundry service on 3rd floor: 2 washing machine and 2 dryer.

Perfectly located Hotel directly at the most important metro line for tourists. Our room was rather small but nice and very clean. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful and the mainly Chinese breakfast was very good.

Perfect choice for travelling to Harbin. The location is convenient, and the staff is amiable. 20 minutes away by subway to the Ice & Snow World, and very close to the Cathedral.

Modern, clean, huge room with very comfortable beds and pillows of 2 different hardness. Heated toilet seats, working heater and windows that could be opened for fresh air. Location is great; 2 minutes from line 1 and 2 subway 博物馆; most if the places of interest are on this line; plentiful of nice restaurants with different price range; convenience store 24hours and kentucky fried chicken etc. Staff are ALL too friendly and helpful, service as good as and even better than some 5 stars hotel. They have all left an unforgettable impression on us during our 4 nights stay with them. We will stay here again.

房間安靜整潔，配套設施完善，窗外景色宜人，早餐也很豐盛，八年前住過當時就覺得交通簡直太方便了，樓下就是地鐵站，出行便利是首選。前台兩個小姑娘（悠悠和美玲）業務熟練，解決問題速度很快，服務非常熱情。這裏特別表揚一下，也希望她們工作再接再厲，保持這份熱情和活力。希望下次再見！😃

真的特別特別滿意這個酒店！首先新裝修的特別新所有設施都不錯，其次地理位置很牛，下樓五十米就是地鐵站，去哪裡都方便。到中央大街 3 站，到太陽島 5 站，而且最牛的是這個酒店位於博物館站是 1 號線和 2 號線的交匯處，怎麼都能回來特列方便。離哈爾濱站也衹有一站地鐵而已，來玩了三天就沒打過車。 然後説一下服務也特別好，我因為工作需要晚點退房，還免費給我延遲了兩個小時，離開的時候還讓我們多拿幾瓶水路上喝。很貼心！！ 最後説房型，我定的雙床房，可以看到兩張床是一大一小的，兩個大人帶一個小孩的完全夠用！很省錢！下次來我還要訂這家！

พนักงานไม่สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ ต้องใช้ Google Translate แต่พนักงานค่อนข้างช่วยเหลืออย่างเต็มที่และยินดีให้บริการ ห้องนอนแค่ไปนิดหน่อยแต่ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองสะดวกสบายในการเดินทาง โรงแรมใหม่อยู่กลางเมืองใกล้แหล่งช้อปปิ้ง ที่นอนสะอาดดี มีชักโครก แต่ว่า ประตู มีลมเข้ามาทางใต้ประตูทำให้ห้องเย็นมากๆ ห้องน้ำไม่มีฮิตเตอร์เสียดาย ถ้าห้องเหม็นกลิ่นบุหรี่สามารถขอเปลี่ยนห้องใหม่ได้ค่ะ อาหารหลากหลาย อร่อยใช้ได้

酒店地理位置優越，位於地鐵二號線博物館站旁邊，方便出行！房間面積有點小，不過乾淨整潔，姨姨每天都會過來打掃。酒店提供免費的冰糖葫蘆、冰棍、凍梨、凍柿、薑茶、暖包，現做的冰糖葫蘆口感薄脆薄脆，真的比外面大街上買的好吃很多。五星推薦！
