Zunächst möchte ich dem Personal des Hotels danken. Peter von der Rezeption war wirklich hilfsbereit, ebenso die Leute, die im Restaurant arbeiteten, und die Zimmermädchen auf meiner Etage (17). Das Hotel ist sehr modern, aber die Lage ist schwierig. Um dorthin zu gelangen, muss man ein Taxi nehmen. Ich habe versucht, von der nächsten Metrostation (Shimao Ave) zu Fuß zu gehen, aber es sind über 2 Kilometer und bei Durchschnittstemperaturen von -22 war es nicht so angenehm. Die Einrichtungen wie das Spa und der Swimmingpool waren nur mit einer Handvoll Gästen geöffnet. Das Restaurant war geöffnet, aber nur als Zimmerservice. Das Essen war überhaupt nicht schlecht, ein bisschen teuer, aber es gab keine anderen Optionen. Meine größte Enttäuschung war das Zimmer. Der Schrank befindet sich im Flur des Zimmers und das Design ist so schlecht, dass es nicht einmal Schubladen zum Auspacken der Koffer gibt. Wenn Sie den Schrank öffnen, blockieren Sie tatsächlich den Flur. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es buchstäblich keinen Ort, an dem man einen Kaffee trinken kann. Der nächste Ort ist das Einkaufszentrum MIXC, in dem es ein Starbucks gibt, aber Sie müssen ein Taxi nehmen, um dorthin zu gelangen (5-7 Minuten Fahrt). Um in die Stadt zu kommen, nahm ich DiDis und fuhr mit der Metro. Das Metrosystem ist FANTASTISCH. Sie können auch andere Metrokarten verwenden (ich habe meine Karte aus Shanghai verwendet). Es ist extrem günstig (4 bis 6 RMB) pro Fahrt.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber.Es ist sehr angenehm, nach einem langen Tag im Schnee ein heißes Bad zu nehmen.Die Dame an der Rezeption, Helen, ist sehr begeistert~ Ich werde wieder im Marriott übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Harbin komme

Für dieses Hotel! Ich würde sagen, der Türsteher war nett! Guter Service und gute Einstellung! Es gab einen Typen an der Rezeption, der wirklich unhöflich war! Der Verkauf in Ihrem Hotel ist einfach übertrieben! Sag mir, es ist kein Platz! Lassen Sie mich mehr als 5.000 Suiten buchen! Sie sind Gast? Ctrip hat ein Zimmer! Sie sagen mir, dass es ausgebucht ist und es keinen Platz gibt! Wie viele Kunden haben Sie mit diesem Trick betrogen? Der erste Eindruck an diesem Tag war extrem schlecht! Das Hotelrestaurant servierte das letzte Gericht auch an anderen Tischen!

Beim Einchecken gab es einen Konflikt mit dem Personal an der Rezeption. Manager Wang, ein Vorarbeiter, sagte, er habe keine Angst davor, sich zu beschweren, und behandelte mich und meine Freunde extrem schlecht. Nachdem wir uns am nächsten Tag beschwert hatten, gab es immer noch keine Entschuldigung, und alle vier Zimmer in unserer Gruppe konnten nicht zurückgegeben werden. Die Einwegpantoffeln im Zimmer sind so klein wie die von Kindern.Das Frühstück kostet 219, das Essen ähnelt dem eines Schnellhotels. Was für eine Schande für Marriott.

I arrived quite late the night of booking, the check in process was quick and efficient, the front desk clerk pleasant. The room upon entering had a smoke smell, water temp was lukewarm and ac too low so the room was cold. I was too tired so I went in the morning to the front desk to ask if they could please sort out these issues and went to breakfast, by the time I went back to the room all my issues had been sorted out, that was efficient and excellent service. Now while the water was hot enough it wasn’t hot enough to fill up the tub for a soak however, I had to get out in 15 min as the water got cold. Breakfast was lovely and the staff are all so accommodating and cheerful! Warm smiles and welcome, I really appreciate the warmth they showed everyone. The view in the room is good, at night you can see the snow festival lights from bed, bed is soft and comfy and across the hotel about 2 blocks ( 10 min brisk walk) you can go down to the frozen river and take pictures, it’s like your own personal playground. There are even discarded ice blocks that you can make work for your photography. The hotel has shuttle service going to places but not back, the hotel is far from downtown Harbin where most of the attractions are based. I still enjoyed my stay, thank you for the good hospitality.

The hotel is a great one, however note that it is on the opposite side of downtown and around 40min away from the hotspots such as churches, cafes etc. There are a few great restaurants nearby including the German restaurant Juli. It is easy to get to the Ice and Snow festival (20min) and a beautiful view of the wintery snowy river.

Very nice hotel. Staff is very nice and gave us an upgrade to higher floors. Breakfast is good. Loved it!

Good hotel with comfortable location

Very beautiful hotel with amazing view on the river. Very wide choice for breakfast both Chinese and Western style. Only thing to improve was room service since food was not very good and was delivered in plastic boxes, but it was also the first day of the year, so it might be possible that this is the reason.

No Public bar in the hotel only have drinks in your room. Room service 1.5hours for an order of 2beers. Inconsistent Room cleaning. No top up for Toilet paper. No laundry bags. No mini bar refresh. And the executive lounge only open intermittently through the day from 12pm to 7.30 pm. Breakfast chaotic dirty floors and some tables. hot food cold. Sausages eggs. Long que to enter the breakfast not enough staff or tables. Need transport nothing round the hotel with walking distance.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were kind. The location is great! A 30 minute walk and short subway ride to the Ice and Snow Festival.
