Absolutely amazing experience! The hotel is in a sky scraper from where you can see all of Hanoi. I was there during the ***** new year celebrations and one of the best locations to view the firworks was the hotel's lobby and restraunt. The hotel also organized lion dance for ***** new year.
The breakfast is also really good with loads and loads of cuisine options. Also try the pecan pie at the cafe, it is absolutely delicious.
The best part however is the hospitality team. Kudos to them for making me and my girlfriend feel fully taken care of. Their attention to detail to each guest's plans is immaculate. It was ***** new year night and we could not find a grab as there were none available and we had a train to catch. The staff knew where we were headed as they also helped us book. They had already ordered a cab for us as we were getting late. The team made our stay delightful and I will definitely be back.

Este hotel está muy cerca del barrio de las embajadas, mucho más tranquilo que el casco antiguo. Se ve bastante nuevo y por tanto reservamos directamente con el establecimiento a través de email (enero 2023) una suite especial del piso 9º (planta noble hasta donde llega el ascensor). Un dormitorio amplio con cama grande (bien de colchón y sábanas), armarios, perchas, ventanales a la ciudad, mesillas, a.a. y tv satélite. Al lado, una sala de estar amplia con muebles, un sofá no muy grande (en las fotos se veían 2 sofás), otro a.a. y otra tv también satélite, un espacio de cocina con frigorífico grande (agua de cortesía) y precio normales. Un buen baño, moderno, amplio, con encimera y amenities, muy buenas toallas y ducha grande con mampara, presión de agua normal y ventana exterior. Bien de limpieza (diaria) y buen wifi. Recepción y zonas comunes suficientes. (2 ascensores y piscina interior). Personal amable. Check-in a las 12 (igual que el check-out). Al principio querían darnos un ático del piso 11, pero nos negamos porque son más pequeños y el ascensor no llega a ese piso. La zona de desayunos es muy pequeña (solo 3 mesas) y tuvimos que desayunar en una de las mesas de recepción (mesas redondas muy pequeñas, pero al menos separados del resto por el tema COVID). Un bufet no muy variado (huevos/tortillas a petición) y no muy bien presentado, además de repetitivo (fruta escasa y solo pan de molde). Si algo se terminaba, había que pedirlo a la camarera, aunque no tardaba mucho en reponerlo. La calle Doi Can es algo estrecha y con tráfico intenso, llena de restaurantes y tiendas, pero el hotel se retranquea de forma que los únicos ruidos que llegan al piso 9º son los ladridos (conitnuos y muy molestos) de los perros de las cercanías. Por otro lado, en esa misma calle tiene parada el bus nº 9, que por 7.000 dongs (unos 30 céntimos de euro) te lleva directo al lago Hoan Kiem en pleno centro (y vuelve por el mismo camino) en unos 20 minutos. El hotel está a minuitos caminando del complejo del mausoleo de Ho Chi Minh, Pagoda del Pilar Único, Museo de Historia Militar, Ciudad Imperial, Palacio Presidencial y Templo de la Literatura. Transfer al aeropuerto por unos 12€. En resumen: un buen apartamento en una buena zona tranquila (mejor que en el caso antiguo), por un precio ajustado para la calidad ofertada (1.100.000 dongs por noche con desayuno, es decir, unos 43€), si bien los desayunos pueden mejorar bastante.

The hotel is a bit far away from the city centre but taking grab can solve the problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered us an early check-in as we arrived a bit earlier than expected. Calling grab from the hotel was easy as many drivers dropped off customers at the hotel. The hotel room was spacious and clean, however the sound proof was not up to standard. We heard really loud noises from outside during midnight. The view was great with the lake.

Retro-Hotel, tolle Atmosphäre mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Service. Das Zimmer war super sauber, die kostenlose Wasserflasche wurde aufgefüllt und das Zimmer wurde täglich mit frischen Handtüchern gemacht! Ganz in der Nähe von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und sehr dankbar, dass sie guten Cappuccino haben! Auch nicht weit von der berüchtigten Hanoi-Eisenbahn entfernt.
Leider war der Supermarkt nicht in der Nähe und das Frühstücksbuffet war begrenzt.

The staff are very nice, the room is clean and comfotable. I have great time in this hotel. Very convenient location in old quarter....budget friendly...receptionist ms.lieu and owner mr. Bei der Auswahl eines Hotels in Hanoi waren wir nicht sicher, was zu erwarten oder mit wem zu gehen, wie es unser erstes Mal in Vietnam war! Ich habe in Hotels in Australien, Italien, Dubai und vieles mehr geblieben, aber das Minerva Hotel ist dort mit einem der besten! Die Zimmer sind perfekt sauber und schön weißes Linen! Sie sind spotless! Die Zimmer sind groß und Sie erhalten zusätzliche Tee, Kaffee und Wasser. Das Frühstück ist erstaunlich mit etwas, das zu allen Geschmacksessen zu essen. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, da es in einem sicheren Bereich in naher Spazierweiterung zu allen Attraktionen ist! Aber der beste Teil über die Minerva ist die schöne Mitarbeiter, die sich mit jedem Witz kümmern und aus dem Weg gehen, um bedenklich und einfach so hilfreich wie sie Ihnen als erstes Besuch in Vietnam können! Sie halfen uns, Transport, Lebensmittellieferungen zu organisieren und brachten uns auch in einen Shop, um unsere SIM-Karte zu ändern, die extrem hilfreich war! Sie konnten nicht hilfreicher sein, wenn sie versuchten! Ich meine es wirklich, indem ich sage, dass der Minerva Premium sollte der einzige Ort, wo Sie sich für einen Aufenthalt in Hanoi wählen, es war außergewöhnlich! Danke sehr Minerva! von, Megan

Wir waren zur Neueröffnung in dem Hotel. Eigentlich nur per Zufall ein Gutschein gefunden, und da es noch relativ neu war.. haben wir uns gedacht, warum nicht. Das Interiour ist super hochwertig. Und die Fliesen/der Boden/das Bad ... mein Gott.. wir haben uns wie Könige gefühlt.. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Taxi für uns gerufen, Ausflüge für uns mit geplant, paar Tipps für die Stadt gegeben. (Wir haben für den extra Service nicht mal bezahlt :D ) Danke für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage des Hotels ist praktisch. Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel. Alle Serviceleistungen des Personals sind tip top. Der Manager ist hilfreich, um viele Informationen zu Touristenattraktionen und Restaurants bereitzustellen. Sie arrangierte sogar ein Frühstück zum Mitnehmen für uns, während wir um 6:30 Uhr zum Flughafen fuhren. Wir kommen wieder.👍👍👍

AAnonymer BenutzerWir waren für zwei Nächte im Hotel. Die erste Nacht war schrecklich, da das Zimmer in der Nähe der Straße lag. Es war die ganze Nacht über sehr laut, so dass wir überhaupt nicht schlafen konnten.
Wir sprachen am nächsten Morgen mit dem Personal und wechselten in ein anderes Zimmer in der Nähe des Pools. Das Zimmer war viel besser und wir haben gut geschlafen.
Wir waren im anderen Schwesterhotel untergebracht, dort war es viel besser.
Hoffentlich kann die Schalldämmung des Zimmers in Zukunft verbessert werden.

The rooms, the breakfast, the rooftop bar and the location are great, but -- as many other reviews have pointed out -- the best part of staying in this hotel is the interactions with the staff, and here's why. The people who work at this hotel are beyond charming. They are masters of being great hosts. They are endlessly attentive without ever being burdensome or overbearing. They are polite. They are knowledgeable. They can help you with anything you need. If you've lost your faith in humanity, they will restore it. Frankly, as an uptight, over privileged American, I don't know how they do it. Perhaps they like their jobs or they really care about and are genuinely interested in the guests. It does seem that way. Either way, it doesn't matter. Stay here and experience it yourself. You'll be glad you did.

Es war gut schallisoliert, die Lage war leicht zu finden und außerdem lag es in der Nähe des Nach**arkts.
Es war nah genug zum Einkaufen.

Mmy2.houseIch habe es auf einer Geschäftsreise nach Hanoi genutzt. Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Hotel mit Badewanne und habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden. Das Ergebnis war sehr korrekt!
Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Es gab eine große Badewanne und ich konnte mich nach der Müdigkeit des Tages entspannen! Badekleidung ist erforderlich, es gibt aber auch eine Sauna und ein großes öffentliches Bad.
Das Pho, das man vor Ort zum Frühstück zubereiten kann, war köstlich! Ich würde gerne hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Hanoi gehe.

GGuest UserPros: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und beherbergend und bereit, mit allem und alles zu helfen, wenn es ihnen erwähnt. Es ist eine Fab-Position mit Hoan Kiem Lake gut in Fußabstand, aber nicht direkt in der Mitte des hektischen alten Viertels, so es ist möglich, eine gute Nachtsleimhaut zu bekommen (Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, so unsicher, wenn das für Zimmer mit Fenster gilt). Die Betten wurden jeden Tag geändert und auch saubere Handtücher täglich, aber andere Einrichtungen wie Toilettenpapier, Shampoo, Körperwasch usw. wurden während unseres Aufenthalts nicht aufgehoben. Kons: Wir sind nach der Werbung in der Zeit angekommen und unser Zimmer war nicht bereit, was nach 17 Stunden Flüge nicht ideal war, aber auch verständlich, dass manchmal andere Gäste zu spät auschecken. Ich denke, weil sie sich auf diese Weise rasch um das Zimmer bereit zu bekommen, was bedeutete, es war nicht völlig sauber z.B. Haare auf dem Boden, Fingerabdrücke auf den Spiegeln/Glas. Unser Fernseher funktionierte nicht, das WiFi war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr langsam, und die Dusche war für die ersten 2 Tage kalt, was angesichts der heißen Lage gut war. Booking.com hält immer noch fest, dass Frühstück hier verfügbar ist, aber nichts wurde uns über Frühstück erwähnt, und es ist wert zu bemerken, dass die von der Immobilie verwendeten Fotos definitiv nicht genau sind. Die Immobilie ist schön, aber nicht wie die Fotos. Unser Zimmer warfenlos, das ich mich nicht daran erinnern kann, ob das bei der Buchung erwähnt wurde. Wir haben uns nicht beschweren, weil wir 1) sehr müde von der Reisen waren, und 2) es war ein Fall von Ihnen, was Sie zahlen (Haushaltszimmer/Hotel). Allerdings habe ich gefühlt, dass die hohen Punkte der Immobilie auf booking.com und hier, es war wichtig, ein genaueres Bild der Immobilie zu hinterlassen. Insgesamt würde ich für Budgetreisende empfehlen, aber beachten Sie, dass Sie erhalten, was Sie zahlen

GGuest UserOur original booking” via Booking.com failed for another hotel. Shame as great little alley way with local eateries and character. We popped into Skyline to see if they had anything, (it was NYE), they did not. Philip greeted us and went out of his way to find us alternate accommodation for the night. Philip also organised our trip to Halong and Cat ba and made sure we had a room for our second night in Hanoi. The hotel is functional, clean and the laundry smells lovely. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel and as it's down a lane way it's a nice break from the constant traffic. Thanks Philip

GGuest UserRatings are always based on personal standards and judging criteria. For this, I am coming from the angle of a cheap airport hotel. This is the best airport hotel around Hanoi Noi Bai Airport, and at a decent price. Do not expect intercontinental buffet breakfast, business lounges and the likes. The room is pretty new, clean, functional, and large. Despite being close to the airport, you can barely hear anything from landing aircraft. Breakfast is simple at best, and staff seem to be still in 'training', with only Brian being the 'boss'. Rooftop pool doesn't look well maintained, and the entertainment room has been abandoned totally altogether, with the foosball and billiard table left to collect dust while it has become a storage and parking area. But hey, its an airport hotel. Purpose is to have people sleep for 1 night before leaving prompto. It is situated in a pretty rural area so don't expect any established eateries or convenience stores nearby. Think roadside hawkers and home-run provision shops. In conclusion, best airport hotel near Hanoi Noi Bai Airport.

LLeekeuntaekEs gab auch saubere Zimmer, Toiletten und Holzlieferungen. Ich fand einen Ort, um 10 Stunden zu bleiben und fand diesen Ort, aber es war nahe am Flughafen und es gab ein Restaurant, wo ich leichte Mahlzeiten umgeben konnte, so dass ich mich entspannen konnte. Vor allem, weil der Boss seit drei Jahren in Korea ist, kann er Korean sprechen. Ich empfehle diesen Ort, wenn Sie ein Schatz-ähnliches Ruheplatz sind, den Sie versehentlich gefunden haben und ein Korean und in der gleichen Position wie ich.

Ich mag auch, wie es in der Nähe von vielen Mini-Shops, wo ich gehen kann, um Dinge zu holen, die ich benötigen. Eigentümer ist sehr nett und liebt mir Dinge, die ich benötigt. Sie ist sehr respektvoll, mich zu rufen Sir. Hotelmaid war sehr freundlich zu sein. Ich mag, wie es eine tragbare Konvektionsstufe war, um Dinge zu kochen. Ich mag, wie es Silberwaren, Schalen und Gerichte, die ich mit essen kann. Sehr gut, um den Waschmaschine zu verwenden, wo es nur 20.000 Dong zum ersten Mal kosten und kostenlos für zusätzliche Verwendungen. Ich mochte es, wie es in der Nähe des großen Winmart-Ladens war.
Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber. Ich mochte, wie es diesen kleinen Raum hatte, wo ich meine Kleidung auf trocken hängen kann, was perfekt war, weil es direkt unter der Klimaanlage des Zimmers oben war, wo es die Wärme ausgibt, die es schneller trocknet. Das Hotel verfügt immer über ein frisches sauberes Handtücherset, das ich benötigen kann. Das Hotel verfügt immer über Toilettenpapier, das ich benötigen kann.
Das einzige, was ich nicht mag, war, dass es jetzt und damals Spider gibt, wo ich 2 von ihnen töten musste. Ich musste auch mit einem großen Spider am letzten Tag umgehen. Ich bin jemand, der Angst vor Spidern hat.
Ich könnte im August, September oder Anfang nächsten Jahres wieder in dieses Hotel zurückkehren, wenn ich in Vietnam nach Hanoi zurückkehre und die Situation für mich passt.
