Booked it for day use before we catch the night train to Sapa. Rather convenient and other things were within 15mins walking distance. However, I was mislead to think that they had free airport transfer. It should be clearer in the instructions if its paid.

Good location in the old quarter, good hotel services and loved the breakfast!

Good location. Breakfast is alright. Rooms and toilet are clean.

Thank you Mr Tirep for helping our family while we stay there in Hanoi. He helped us to book Halong bay cruise last minute and Ninh Binh trip with the best deal. We did enjoy a lot Without his help, I cannot imagine how our trip would be. I booked Apricot cruise and I found out that the cruise was not running business for the past two years. I was quite upset with that. But Mr Tirep helped us solve the problem. Thank you again 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

旧市街の比較的便利な場所にあるが喧騒から少し離れていて良い。ホテルというよりはゲストハウス的な感じ。スタッフはバイト？なのか毎回違う。Wi-Fi作動してなくて問い合わせると夕食食べてから対応するとの事だったが結局最後まで使えず。冷蔵庫は全く冷えず，食品や飲み物を入れるためでは無くミニバーのためだと説明があるが、中の水は部屋の水より緩く全く冷たくないw。比較的新しく綺麗で掃除も行き届いていたがシャワーの量や水圧，排水溝の流れは悪い。部屋の窓から綺麗な夕陽が見れます。

В отели чисто. Белье чистое. Номера очень небольшие по размеру. Плохо сливалась вода в душе. Завтрак вкусный, меню каждый день одинаковое.

Even though it was in the heart of the Old Quarter, the stay was really cozy. We got adjoining rooms for us and the kids. The hospitality was great. Also the breakfast was really good.The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were also good with full access to hot water

Thank you very much to Tiep and the team of kind staff at Hanoi La Storia. We very much enjoyed our stay in the heart of the old quarter with the ability to walk around Hanoi and to so many delicious food options. The included breakfast was a great start to the day.

Return stay to this cosy hotel in the Old Quarter. Friendly and helpful reception. The room is nicely presented , having a comfy bed and pillow choice, soundproofing. Yes there is still building work going on next door (May '24). The noise is(was) not constant thankfully, and never rose above 80dB. (The manager left a note of apology about the noise inconvenience on the final day). The breakfast room just below ground level offers cosy setting and comfortable way to start the day with a variety of Western dishes such as yogurt, toast, pancakes, omelette and so on. Good strong jug coffee was better than expected. If I had one gripe it would be that the day storage area for luggage is the base of the stairs to the upper floors. If you are on floor 2, the first above reception, and you don't want to wait for the lift, the semi-obstructed stair well isn't the best advert. I suppose they are short of space ultimately.

This hotel is next to a noisy construction site that goes to midnight, so if noise is an issue, best to avoid in 2024 (at least). Small, boutique hotel, friendly staff (as usual in Vietnam!), and a good location - we did a great walk to the temple on Turtle Lake, Hanoi Hilton and Temple of Literature and back home in a little over half a day. Plus right next to the craziness of Old Town Hanoi. Rooms vary in size, ours was small, but we did see one a bit bigger. They held our luggage while we did an overnight excursion. Mediocre breakfast included. Would rate more highly once construction is over.

We had a wonderful stay at La Storia hotel. We chose the hotel because of the location as it’s in the old quarter. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the hustling and bustling of the city. We booked the connecting rooms since we are a family of four. The rooms are small but comfortable. We really like that there are two separate bathrooms and the kids could stay in one room. We took 2 excursion trips while we were there and they stored the luggage for us. When we came back, the luggage was already in our room! Breakfast was very good. It’s a la carte with western and Vietnamese options. We would have Pho every time and my son loved the yogurt there. Everyone at the hotel is very welcoming and genuinely nice. We especially appreciate Mr. Tiep, the hotel manager who was very helpful and accommodating to us. We had the best time in Hanoi and would recommend La Storia to anyone who come to Hanoi.

We really loved this hotel! The rooms were bigger than expected and the beds were very comfortable. The location was very good, it is a very central hotel. We would like to thank Mr Tiep Le, he helped us a lot☺️
