Schönes gemütliches Hotel. Der Nachteil ist die Lage – sie liegt in einer der kleinen Gassen und war für fast alle Zuhälterfahrer schwierig zu navigieren. Und was noch wichtiger ist: Wir wussten nicht, dass der Check-in täglich nur bis 18:00 Uhr möglich ist. Wir kamen später an und es gab kein Personal, das uns beim Einchecken helfen konnte. Zum Glück war zufällig einer der Gäste im Hotel da und hat uns ausgeholfen. Außerdem hat uns das Hotel nicht darüber informiert, nachdem wir gebucht hatten oder so.

Vorteile: sauberstes Zimmer im Zentrum, nettestes Personal und Gastgeber, gemütliches Design, sichere Nachbarschaft, sexy Badezimmerkonzept (sehr empfehlenswert für Paare) Nachteile: Warmwasser muss mindestens 10 Minuten bereit sein (viel Wasser wird verschwendet), Standort schwer zu finden, oft ausgebucht Auf jeden Fall ein Comeback!

Wir kamen gegen 19 Uhr im Hotel an und niemand war an der Rezeption. Vor der Ankunft wurden uns keine Informationen zu Kontakt- oder Check-in-Informationen gegeben. Wir waren praktisch auf der Strecke geblieben und hatten keine Möglichkeit, Hilfe zu bekommen. Zum Glück war zur gleichen Zeit ein anderes Paar da und konnte nach 30 Minuten irgendwie Kontakt zum Hotelpersonal aufnehmen. Die Tore und Türen wurden aus der Ferne geöffnet und wir checkten praktisch selbstständig ein. Wenn Sie Hilfe für das Zimmer benötigen, müssen Sie bis 9 Uhr am nächsten Tag warten, um Hilfe zu erhalten. Wir mussten uns fast ein anderes Hotelzimmer für die Nacht suchen. Auch wenn das Hotel relativ neu und sauber ist, ist es auf jeden Fall ein schlechtes Hotelerlebnis, wenn man dort gestrandet ist. Auch beim Auschecken war niemand da~

Great place! Love everything about it except the shower pressure is quite low. Also the water seems soapy? Would be better if hair conditioner is provided. Very quiet stay and nice space!

Good place for Hanoi standards, comes with kitchen and tools. Good position at walking distance from main attractions. Slightly noisy but acceptable for Hanoi.

Great service apartment. Spacious and clean. Towels, toiletries provided. Kitchen with induction stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, pan, plates and bowls, cutlery. Wish they had a washing machine in the room. But the do provide washing services for a small fee. Wardrobe comes with a few hangers and iron too. More hangers would be good, rack in the toilet to put toiletries. Towel rack would be good too. Power outlets suitable for all types of plugs. Shower head angle is too high and in a weird position. But overall still good. Hope this in depth review helps (:

We had two excellent stays at Bi Ecosuites in Hanoi! The owner was extremely responsive through ******* and all of the staff were very accommodating throughout our time there. We stayed here for 2 nights in a Junior Suite before heading up to Sapa for 3 nights. We then came back to Bi Ecosuites for an additional 3 nights after our trip to Sapa. When in Sapa, the property held some bags for us free of charge in a secure closet, which made our trip to Sapa very stress-free. When we came back to Bi Ecosuites after Sapa, we found our bags were already delivered to our room! Additionally, Bi Ecosuites worked closely with us as we added nights to our booking and did some rearranging to allow us to stay in the same room for those additional nights. In summary - the staff were all very kind and accommodating throughout our stays. The rooms were excellent - very clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom and kitchenette worked well and we enjoyed utilizing all these amenities. My partner and I are both working while traveling and found the room to be a very good place to work - decent wifi and comfortable work spaces. It's a bit away from the tourist area of Old Quarter, but we really enjoyed that. Being tourists, we found the hectic nature of Hanoi to be fun but tiring after a long hot day. Coming back to our room at Bi Ecosuites with good AC and quiet surroundings felt like a reprieve from Hanoi's craziness! I can't say enough good things about this place!

I stayed at the B Ecosuite hotel for two nights and I was very impressed by the cleanliness, comfort and design of the room. The hotel has a beautiful minimalist style that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood that is quiet and safe, but also close to the city center. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a real value for money, especially considering the quality of the service and the facilities. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, cozy and affordable place to stay in Hanoi. It is one of the best hotel room I have ever stayed at, and I usually stay at 4-5 stars hotels.

Huge room, clean and value for money

I stayed at Bi Eco Suites for a total of 6 nights. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. It is somewhat slightly difficult to find - the cab driver from the airport had problems and subsequently everyone else who were to pick me up etc. However, I quite liked that I was far enough from the Old Quarter that it wasn’t really loud, and close enough to walk there easily. The rooms are brilliant. Well equipped and spotless. I loved my time here. If I were to stay in Hanoi again, I’d absolutely be staying here!
