Love there and will be back again if have a chance. Reception out from the building to take care when park a car at night. Impress staffs , dinner, onsen, cleanliness, breakfast .. everything at there 🥰

The view is gorgeous! 😍😍 Excellent service 👍🏼👍🏼 Both dinner and breakfast are fine dine to me 😋😋 I love the outdoor onsen!! So cool to have a spa while it’s snowing. The room is traditional Japanese style which is so cool to me and a very good experience

The staff welcomed us at the hotel entrance and helped us check in the hotel quickly. The staff was very helpful in explaining the hotel layout and where our meals would take place, and made sure we understood before leaving. The dinner and breakfast service were amazing, the ingredients were very fresh and delicious. Their hotel has an outdoor foot bath with towels provided which I enjoyed immensely. The hotel is very clean and has shuttle service which was convenient since it is on a hill. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Hotel was high up in the hill slope but walkable to Gero Onsen town centre. There was a hiking trail right behind the hotel and was a quite easy walk within an hour.Dinner and breakfast were nice and delicious.

A building with history (from 1930s!) yet maintained really well.  Spacious room with both indoor and outdoor hotspring. Great for driving. Hotel also offer shuttle bus to train station.  Good breakfast and dinner, especially their tea and coffee.  Lots of facilities from public bath, table tennis to billiard.

Everything was perfect - from the glorious Mountain View from the hot spring bath inside our room to hearty Japanese breakfasts. The hotel building and the gardens were beautiful and the stuff very thoughtful and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel and beautiful Onsen. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Great location in Gero and can see mountain view from open air onsen.

View was really nice and there was shuttle to and from Gero Station. Not much to eat nearby though.

It is traditional Onsen hotel with Japanese architecture, absolutely beautiful. The private Onsen is indoor and in need of refurbishment. Public outdoor Onsen is great

We emailed the hotel however, they can't find our booking and need to via trip.com which we felt quiet puzzled! We wanted to check out our room's private onsen facilities as to know what to bring along! Overall facilities quiet aged as we were staying in the main building expect some walking distance also

Nice hotel with onsen. If you do not have a car, it will be a long walk to the center. Brealfast is ok. Love the onsen inside the bathroom.

Excellent service, room is clean, will be better if hotel can contact us ahead for the Nagoya station shuttle bus to Gero. :) arigatogozaimasu

We had a wonderful night at this hotel. Beautiful surroundings with magnificent views of the autumn leaves all around. It’s worth it to wait until autumn to come to this hotel. We loved the onsen and the true Japanese experience of Kaiseki afterwards. Vi was a lovely staff member that helped us with our meal on the night. Wonderful service from everyone and worth the price! Thank you for a memorable stay!!
