The hotel location is good, close to the beach, the staffs are friendly, there rooms are big and very clean

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful - that's the only pro. The cons (there are plenty): the hotel rooms are very dated and poorly maintained. - The paint on the wall is dirty, and peeling off in some places. - There are stains on the toilet tiles. - The towels look like they have been used for a few decades. One of the days, I was given a dirty towel with obvious black stains on it. - There are also plenty of mosquitoes in the room, I got bitten on my face and hands for a few nights. I had to ask the hotel staff to spray insect repellant in the room. - There is no hair dryer, but it is available upon request. - Tiny bottles of shower gel and shampoo. It lasts 1 day, and they don't refill for you unless you ask for it. - For a 4-star hotel, I am surprised at the lack of overall cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. Feels like a 2-star hotel instead.

Location was excellent, plenty of restaurants and cafes near by. Walking distance to the beach. Each room has a balcony, with a view of the pool. Great value for money.

Loved Kirana Canggu for its location. Literally walking distance to beach if you want to enjoy some sunset and a beer. Staff is fantastic, not many of them but great service in assisting us all the way. That makes the place quieter and less ppl too. However, room is not 100% perfect. Floors are filled with nail from broken floor vinyl, furniture are old. Generally is fine with exceptional few things could have make the hotel stay better.

A wonderful experience and a super location! Only fault that I can find is that at times the room did not have hot water which is no biggie in the Indonesian heat of summer. Other than that, a wonderful place that is worth every penny.

2泊利用しましたが、部屋のクリーニングしないように2名のスタッフに伝えたのに、買物から帰ると部屋のクリーニングがされていた。お風呂のお湯がでない、シャワーが出ないなどが多発。部屋に呼びたくないのに、呼ばなければならない事態になる。サービスのspaも宿泊者は10%割引されるのに、ならないと言われ納得させるのに時間がかかり、技術も良くない。ホテル全体のスタッフの愛想も良くはないので、折角少し高いホテルにしたのに残念なので、リピートはしません。

其他還行，地段真不錯，租個摩託車，去附近都很方便是真的！

Это место идеально подходит для вечеринок и пляжа. Всё было в шаговой доступности, рядом с отелем есть кафешки для завтраков. Очень приятный персонал, всегда готовы помочь. Номера тоже были чистые и аккуратные
