Vien, the hotel staff member, was incredibly helpful and informative. His service was excellent. The hotel was clean and conveniently located near the mosque and a halal restaurant, just an 80-meter walk away. It was also only 700–800 meters to Train Street, which was a manageable walking distance for us. Overall, a very satisfying stay!

Terrible experience. I got there the room wasn’t ready. Eventually got in the room went for a shower the shower fell on me literally out of the wall. After insisting on another room this one was infested with ants also on the bed and cockroaches. They sprayed the room which I had to stay out of for 30 min. The room 203 was just above reception and was very very noisy even with ear plugs in. I literally had to ask guests to stop shouting when woken up at 4am! On checking out reception tried to charge me twice for my laundry just as well I insisted on a receipt. This hotel in NOT 3* but on a positive the location is good.

My stay is very fantastic! The staff were very accommodating and i really enjoyed my stay. I really love it and i strongly recommend it to my fellow tourists.

Arrived to locked doors when I had informed the hotel in advance. When the staff awoke they argued for half an hour that we didn’t have a booking until they realized they made a mistake. Cons: - The room was dirty and nothing like the images. - Shower was trashed and didn’t work properly. - Dirty marked sheets on the bed, lucky we brought our own. - Lots of noise can hear every room, every clank, every flush so we barely slept at all. Avoid hotel at all costs unless you are heavily drunk and don’t care at all! Lower than a hostel.

We arrive just 7.00 PM. The staff so friendly n'help. We get our luggage at hotel when check out,coz at.11.30 pm we will go to sa pa by bus. The staff order n' let us wait at hotel.

We were upgraded for our first night to a family room with balcony instead of superior with balcony as ours wasn’t available, the bed was incredibly comfortable, Netflix on the tv and a hot powerful shower - we loved this room!. We had to swap to our actual room on the next 2 nights the pressure in the shower was terrible so it wasn’t great for washing hair. Both rooms were clean however they could do with a bit of TLC as there were a few signs of wear especially in the 2nd room - marks on the walls and duvet etc. but this could be overlooked. The staff were very kind and helfpul and it’s a good location for exploring Hanoi. We also used their laundry service which was a reasonable price and everything came back clean and smelling good!

Lovely hotel in the middle of Old Quarter. Close to everything. Ask for a guy called Viet...He will help you with all your tours & he's reliable & honest too. Great breakfast for USD3. Air conditioned rooms. We loved it!!!

The rooms were too small in comparison to what was shown in the pics. Size of washrooms was also too small. On second day AC stopped working. Overall cleanliness was just ok and poor ventilation added to it.

Location is quite strategic in Old Quarter - close to a lot of good local eateries and not too far off from Hoan Kiem Lake which is the bustling area of Hanoi. As such, it's relatively quiet during the night and you can get a good night's sleep (if you have considerate neighbors as the walls are pretty thin). Bathrooms could be better designed for functionality in small spaces. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had lots of great tips for local eateries and tourist attractions - you get to try what the locals enjoy, not the usual tourist traps. I purchased all my tours (e.g. - Ha Long Bay, Sa Pa, Trang An etc.) with them and prices were better than even on Klook and Viator.

Friendly, clean, very good service

The room does the basic job. Yet, the fridge in the room was not working properly on the first day. We were moved to another branch of the same hotel company the next day, somewhere closer to the old quarter. Yet, a disco is just the right opposite. So if you aim for quietness, that's not the place to stay.

The air con isn't working. The room temperature is 31degree. Room no. Is 604. I ask for a change for the room but replies with full booking. Dont book this hotel if u want to have such experience like me.
