Obwohl wir stets bestrebt sind, die höchsten Standards der Kundenzufriedenheit aufrechtzuerhalten, sind wir dieses Mal bedauerlicherweise unserer Kernaufgabe nicht gerecht geworden. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit, die Vergangenheit wiederherzustellen oder den unangenehmen Vorfall, den Sie erlebt haben, rückgängig zu machen.
