Thien Thai Hotel & Spa

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. Clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The breakfast was fantastic, and overall, it made for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Excellent 3 night stay - staff was helpful without being pushy. Rooftop bar was a safe haven as we were in the area during the recent typhoon. Breakfast buffet was the same each day, but so many choices that every meal was different. Perfect area to explore. The Grab app is a must - best way to travel around town.

This place was not a hotel for me, it was my home for one week in Hanoi and I enjoyed every minute of my stay here, bed was comfy, AC worked great, views of the city were stunning, staff was friendly (He Ro was very helpful) and breakfast was delicious

Super comfortable bed and pillows! Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick check-in. The location is the best, with easy access to everything, many good restaurants near by and quiet at night. I will definitely stay here again and longer next time I'm in Hanoi.

Very basic but clean hotel (no pool). I would recommend a full length mirror. Breakfast was good but there were mosquitos in the room despite me telling them to spray the room several times. The location was good and I loved that there is Circle K and KFC down the street. The view was very nice at the restaurant on the 11th floor but the food took a very a long time (1 hour). You can walk to the downtown area but the traffic is insane. Very hard to cross the streets! Very few traffic lights and way too many motor bikes. The hotel is fine if you want a budget stay.

Our stay at Thien Thai Hotel was utterly disappointing right from the start. Arriving at 3 AM, we were left stranded as there was no one to receive us, let alone assist with our luggage—a basic expectation in any decent hotel, let alone a purported four-star establishment. The room itself was a dismal sight. Despite being advertised as spacious, it was cramped beyond belief. The blanket provided was torn, a testament to the hotel's lack of attention to even basic comfort and cleanliness standards. Bathing was another ordeal altogether. Instead of a separate shower cabin, we were greeted with a claustrophobic bathtub that doubled as a shower area, lacking any semblance of privacy or convenience. The staff's behavior was shockingly rude and arrogant, adding insult to injury. Their attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional, completely souring what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. Breakfast was underwhelming, to say the least. The spread was lackluster compared to other reputable four-star hotels in Hanoi, leaving us questioning the hotel's commitment to providing a decent dining experience. Even the furniture in the room was in a sorry state—shabby wooden pieces that looked like they hadn't been maintained in years. Drawers were barely functional, emphasizing the overall neglect evident throughout the property. In conclusion, our stay at Thien Thai Hotel was nothing short of a disaster. From the lack of basic hospitality to the appalling room conditions and subpar amenities, this hotel fails to meet even the most modest expectations of a four-star rating. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment at all costs.
