Das Hotel liegt etwas versteckt im Old Quarter von Hanoi. Simples Zimmer, in Ordnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit

Sehr netter Empfang mit Tee und Gebäck durch das Personal an der Rezeption. Die Dame hat auch sofort gefragt, ob sie behilflich sein kann bezüglich unseres Reiseplan (Taxi bestellen, Tour vorschlagen/buchen oder ähnliches) und hat uns anschließend mit den Koffern zum Fahrstuhl geholfen. Das Zimmer war wie auf den Bildern abgebildet, nur kam ein übler Geruch aus den Abwasserrohren des Waschbecken im Zimmer. Der Koch hat uns im 8. Stock begrüßt und gefragt ob wir etwas bestellen möchten (Spiegeleier, gebratener Reis/Nudeln,ect.). Das Frühstück war ok für lediglich eine Übernachtung. Das Hotel war zwar erst schwierig zu finden, aber es ist sehr zentral gelegen und man kommt zu Fuß zu den Attraktionen sehr schnell hin. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel Preis-Leistungsmäßig in Ordnung.

Toller Aufenthalt, danach haben wir gleich erneut gebucht: Top Lage in Seitenstrasse von der Beerstreet. Zentraler geht nicht, aber dennoch ein Ruhepol im lautstarken Hanoi. Zimmer sind recht neu renoviert. Extrem freundlicher und hilfreicher Staff. Konnten bei Mehrtagestouren im Hotel unser übriges Gepäck einlagern. Im GRAB. ist Hotelname nicht aufgelistet, einfach zum MAY DE VILLE PREMIER HOTEL UND SPA anreisen und in die kleine Seitenstrasse gegenüber gehen bis ganz nach hinten. Super Preis/Leistung

Mir hat das Hotel nicht gefallen. Es sieht neu aus, aber im Badezimmer gibt es mehr Schimmel, als ich je gesehen habe. Außerdem gab es trotz des hohen Bodens Ameisen. Das Hotel wird schlecht gereinigt; im Badezimmer war neben Schimmel auch die gesamte Dunstabzugshaube und die Jalousien mit einer dicken Schmutzschicht bedeckt. Nachts wehte ein kalter Wind von der Straße durch die Zimmerwände, sodass wir uns, um nicht krank zu werden, umgekehrt aufs Bett legen mussten, mit dem Kopf zum Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist normal, aber eher bescheiden. Das Zimmer ist ruhig, die Schallisolierung ist normal. Insgesamt würde ich dort nicht noch einmal übernachten, trotz der guten Bewertungen war es viel schlimmer.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen der Altstadt, aber aufgrund seiner Lage (abseits der Hauptstraße) war es sehr ruhig, zum Frühstück kann man 2 Gerichte aus der Speisekarte wählen

The hotel is small but charming, and it provides all the basic amenities. It's tucked away at the end of a narrow alley, so you'll need to walk all the way in to find it.

The staff, Tracy is very friendly, helpful & patient. She is very pretty too. We complained about the sink fly in the room. She sent housekeeper to check in it immediately. Location is good. Many street food outside the hotel. Most places of interest are walking distance.

Convenient location right in Hanoi Quarter, close to everything. Good breakfast and service, my partner and I rented a bike from them: it was cheap and they bring it to you! Easy to communicate as Tracy was fluent in English and very helpful with anything I needed🙏

the location is right in the middle of old quarter, a little difficult to spot if you come at night because its located inside the small alley of the busy beer street.  the room is spacious.  the staffs are great.  the only down side is we got our money stolen at the spa that hotel recommended (not hotel’s fault though)  i suggest to be careful if you plan on going to spa.

The hotel is located right in the centre but a small alley. Even if the area is very noisy, the room is ok. We heard some from construction but the noise from the bars cannot be heard. The staff is super nice and very helpful with whatever you need. The breakfast was good too. The rooms are comfortable, clean and funcional (which is not always the case in Vietnam) but quite small, which is normal for Hanoi, I guess.

Small and really cozy and sweet hotel in the most historical part of Hanoi. It is not big and our room was rather small, but gives the atmosphere of the old city. They have all necessary service - good breakfast, can order taxi to the airport, change money, help with city tour and others. Probably people can have difficulties with finding its location, so better to use google maps. If you come by taxi from the airport, maybe you will need to walk down the street for 2-3 minutes from the car to the hotel, because streets here are very narrow and crowded. Inspite of uproar outside, the hotel was very quiet inside.

The location is great, just located in the old town and there are a lot of the bar & restaurant around this area, within walking distance. The room is clean and the staff is nice. Highly recommended due to good value for money.

True to its name, this hotel is really cozy! One of the best budget hotels we’ve stayed at—clean, spacious, and newly renovated. The price is very reasonable, and the staff are helpful with great communication. The breakfast was good, and the location is perfect for exploring Hanoi. They even kept our luggage for long hours while we went on our Halong Bay trip, which was very convenient. Highly recommended!
