Hanoi Fiesta Grand Hotel and Spa

This hotel located in heart of Old quater,walking distance to many good local food, the room was clean and nice, the staff was nice and polite.

住宿環境乾淨舒適、交通景點便利的環境， 服務人員的態度很親切和很友善， 下次來河內的時候，我一定會再入住！

호텔 직원들이 친절했어요. 다음에도 이용하게 될것 같아요 아쉬운것이 있다면 조식이 조금 별로였어요.

Die Unterkunft selbst ist wunderschön und das Personal war großartig und hat uns bei der Buchung einer Reise nach Ha Long geholfen. Allerdings ist die Dachreling nicht geöffnet, sodass wir sie nicht nutzen konnten. Von einem Spa wurde nie die Rede und außer denen auf der Straße konnten wir auch keines sehen. Aus irgendeinem Grund ist es auch nicht auf Google Maps zu finden, sodass wir uns in der ersten Nacht auf dem Heimweg bei der Suche verirrt haben. Etwas enttäuschend wegen der fehlenden Ausstattung, da dies der Grund dafür war, dass es anderen Optionen vorgezogen wurde.

Staff was extremely friendly upon arrival. Breakfast was good other than I would have preferred more fruit. Air conditioning didn’t keep my room as cool as I would have liked, thankfully there was a fan. I loved the location!!

We stayed at the Ha Noi Grand Fiesta for 2 nights. We had a great time!!! The hotel staff was beyond accommodating, their customer service was well above standards. If we had any questions they were answered with multiple options. We even booked our three day two night cruise through them at a great price. We got the connecting room option and it was different than what we expected, but NOT in a bad way. They were two fulled sized rooms on the 9th floor. So basically we had the entire 9th floor of the hotel. Or 17 year old was beyond happy with this option!!! Now it is a boutique hotel, so it is small and while recently remodeled needs a few finishing touches. But I PROMISE you any and I mean ANY shortcoming of this hotel are immediately made up by the price point and the location!!!! You have every shop, restaurant, market whatever right outside the front door. You will walk A LOT! It’s so close to everything, you spend all day doing everything. We went to train street TWICE! It was that much fun. Pro-tip- download the grab app for anything further than walking distance. Much cheaper. The hotel organized our taxi from the airport to the hotel. It was nice having someone there with our name waiting to take us to the hotel. Leaving we got a grab. It was only $3 cheaper. So that tells you the quality of their services at the hotel. They don’t over inflate prices. Breakfast? Yes, and it’s great. Again the staff is above accommodating. You want your egg cooked a certain way, no problem. Consider it done. The bottom line of this review (if you have read this far) is that the hotel is we worth the money. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay in Old Quarter.

The entire staff I came in contact with spoke excellent English and were super friendly. Their smiles and laughs were quite infectious. The breakfast was outstanding. The two cooks provided delicious choices of local and western dishes. The young lady, Thanh Chuc, bussing the dining area was a little dynamo keeping the tables cleared.
