This is an excellent hotel with a fantastic staff. From the general manager to the spa everything was great! I would personally like to thank the night staff of Dat, khanh, & duong for making our late night arrival very welcoming! The day staff of tan, Lan, ngoc, and Mai made our check in easy and quickly got us to our room. The entire hotel staff made us feel like family and I would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to spend your Hanoi vacation. The facilities were outstanding as well. The cleaning staff worked hard to make everything look great and the cooks made delicious food for us to eat. The rooms were spacious and very clean as well as the common areas looked great! The gym is top rate and the spa stuff was very professional and warm. Everyone at the hotel was kind and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The entire experience was outstanding and you cannot beat the quality of derive and facilities for a very reasonable price! Thanks again to a job well done by the entire Wyndham staff. Wenn Sie ein internationaler Reisende sind, vermeiden Sie diesen Ort. Die Suche nach dem Hauptrezeption Gebäude war eine Herausforderung für den Taxifahrer, da es keine Signatur gab. Kein Komfortladen oder etwas im Kongressezentrum Campus oder in der Nähe. Das Empfangspersonal war kurz und beantragte eine Einzahlung in bar, da die Postmaschine, die es nicht funktioniert scheint. Und sie wollte meinen Pass als Garantie halten, die lächerlich ist. Das Zimmer war grundlegend. Kein Arbeitstisch. Toiletten waren unterstandard. Nur ein paar Hänge, um ein paar Kleidung zu setzen. Kleines Kühlschrank mit nur zwei Flaschen Wasser, einem roten Bulle und einem Koks (für die sie 100$ Cash-Deposits verlangen)!! . Fernsehkanäle funktionierten nicht. Restaurant und Zimmeraufträge schließen mit 9.30pm. Also muss man nälig schlafen, wenn man nicht frühzeitig Lebensmittel oder Abendessen aufbewahrt. Morgenstunde ist sehr dünn verbreitet und sie beginnen zu reinigen von 9.30am. Ich bat um ein zusätzliches Kaffeepaket (3-in-1) und sie verweigerten und sagten nicht mehr!! Das einzige positive ist die Atmosphäre der Grasen außerhalb der Villas. Das Eigentum ist besser für Budget-bewusste Tour Gruppen, die in einer Villa, Heimatstil bleiben wollen. Geschäftsbesucher sollten diesen Ort vermeiden.

It was one of my best stays in these 10years. The property gives us laid-back feeling with lake view from huge windows. People nowadays prefer to build up many stories, but this property has 8 layers. This low layered building makes us feel more comfortable feeling. It reminded us we were nature being. From the first touch was great. The club lounge personnel did hard work to meet our request of the room that I had asked them in a last minute. Ms.Sunny, Ms.Thu welcomed us with big smiles and Ms.Tram Le who is a loyalty manager came out to greet us in very polite way. I was really impressed. She is a very thoughtful person that she gave us 120% comfortable feelings even after checking out. She allowed us staying club lounge and spa area until our departure to the airport. (My flight was mid night)!! Everyone was great and kind in the club lounge. Ms.Sua, Ms.Thoa and Mr. Linh Do. They are really kind well noticed. Food was good but most of them are Korean food. If there were more Vietnamese local food, it would be nicer. Our room was beautiful. We were assigned to a suite room with lake view. It was spacious. Interior was calm and cozy. Amazingly, every single person working this hotel is very professional. I know how hard to hire such high-quality service provider nowadays but all of them are on very high standard. Swimming pool and sauna area was very nice. It took off our tiredness in a day. There was huge jacuzzi, sauna and shower room. The swimming pool was warm heated, and we could swim even at nighttime without freezing. The people working there were also very attentive with warm attitude. There is a very local town just in front of the hotel. You just get into a small street inside. It is so much fun to take time to explore there. You will see the local people life there. There are so many small shops like barber, butcher, Vietnamese noodle house, fruits shop, laundry shop, sinh to stand etc. I would like to be back this hotel again. Everything was really nice. If you are thinking where to stay in Ha Noi, I am sure this hotel is the best choice. とても素敵なホテルでした。働いている人、部屋、雰囲気、プール、サウナ、ジム、朝食、クラブラウンジ。全てにおいて平均値が高かったです。 最近ベトナムでは高いビルが流行りでどんどんホテルも高層化していますが、このJWマリオットはあえての8階建て。直前にインターコンチネンタルホテルの６９階に泊まってから来たのですが、この低層仕様がむしろ人間としてほっとする空間であることを痛感しました。また目の前が国際会議場で広々とした池が広がっているので、都市にありながらもリゾートっぽさも感じられ、リラックスできました。 部屋はジュニアスイートにアップグレードしていただき、朝食も本来ならばラウンジでとるはずだったのですが、JWカフェで食べてもいいよ、と仰っていただきました。 ステイを楽しんでほしいから！とチェックインを担当して下さった方が仰っていましたが、本当にその言葉通りすべてにおいて私たちのステイが良いものになるよう心配りを随所でしてくださいました。 ハノイの中心部からは離れていましたが、バイクを借りたので問題ありませんでした。バイクでバッチャンに行ったりオールドタウンに行ったり、西湖の周りを回ったりとかなり忙しく過ごしましたが、日中の街中の喧騒からホテルに帰ってきてリラックスできるギャップが私たちのスタイルには合っていました。 プールは温室温水で夜運動がてら泳ぐには丁度良かったです。サウナエリアも綺麗で、水風呂はありませんが氷の出る部屋（？）と巨大なジャグジー、シャワーの個室が4つとラウンジャー２つ。着替える場所も広く清潔でした。 クラブラウンジも営業時間が長く、プールサウナが22時までで、そのあと水分補給に立ち寄れるので便利でした。また子供の時間制限もなく良かったです。その代わりラウンジの雰囲気を保つため、スピーカーで電話をし始めた方にやんわり注意をしたり、トングを使わずに手でクッキーを取っている人にトングを使ってくださいね、とラウンジの方が優しく仰っているところにプロフェッショナルな姿勢を感じました。大人子供関係なく、きちんとマナーを守ってある程度の静かな雰囲気を保つためにホテルの方

Vielen Dank für die Hilfe des Besitzers für meine reibungslose Reise. Der Spezialservice ist sehr gut. Das Restaurant, das Sie mir vorgestellt haben, ist sehr lecker. Wenn ein Freund in Vietnam kommt, empfehle ich Ihnen einen Glückstag.

미딩송다 옆 중화 지역이라 업무보기 가까워 선택했어요. 거의 잠만 자고 했기에 큰 불편함은 없었습니다. Tv채널 선택이 없습니다. 유투브로 실시간 생방송 한국뉴스를 볼 수는 있어요. 요리 해먹을게 아니기에 주방도구는 신경쓰이지 않았구요. 기본적인 도구는 다 갖춰져 있었습니다. 매일 클린닝 서비스는 제공하지 않습니다. 큰타올이 몇개 있어 재사용했어요. 작은 타올이 있었음 했습니다. 와이파이는 잘 되었고 아파트 전용인듯 .방2개였는데 작은방은 사용할 필요가 없었어요. 그럭저럭 저렴하게 이용 잘 했고 빈콤센터가 단지내에 붙어있어 스타벅스 간단한 요기 장보기는 가능했었어요. 수영장은 있지만 이용하지 않았고 거기 주민들도 이용은 안하고 있었어요. 그랩앱으로 택시 부르고 돌아다니기 편했습니다. 롯데센터,롯데백화점까지 택시로 금방 갑니다. 저렴한 택시비로 가능. 선물은 대부분 롯데 센터를 이용했습니다. 길건너에 빅c마트도 있어 구경했는데 야채 과일은 싼편이고 선물용 가공식품은 롯데가 세일을 많이하기에 더 쌉니다. 호스트는 친절하게 바로바로 응대해주고 에어컨은 잘 작동했습니다. 다만 잘때 안방창문이 얇은지 소음이 좀 있었습니다. 잘 묵고 갑니다.

Our stay at Vinhomes was very pleasant and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond and update regarding the check in process. Most amenities were provided aside from toothbrushes/toothpaste, which was great for us as we had quite a bit of laundry to be washed. Location was just 3 mins walk to Vincom shopping mall where all necessities and shopping can be done! Really enjoyed our stay at Vinhomes, will be back next time :)

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Doppelzimmer. Es gibt auch eine große Badewanne, selbst wenn sie auf Hochtouren läuft. Das Frühstück ist sehr praktisch sehr reichhaltig und kostet 16 US-Dollar pro Person. Der Dong kostet etwa 300 Yuan, wenn ich meine vietnamesischen Kollegen am nächsten Tag frage. 😬Achten Sie beim nächsten Mal unbedingt darauf Auch die Schalldämmung ist sehr gut. Obwohl es weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist, gibt es viele leckere Restaurants in der Nähe, was es zu einer guten Wahl für Geschäftsreisen macht. Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staffs. The room are very clean comfortable. Good breakfast with variety of choices. Excellent service from the club lounge team especially Thao, Thuy and Anh. Overall have a wonderful experience at Intercontinental Landmark 72.

Das Hotel liegt bequem nahe den Hauptstraßen, aber die Aussicht auf das Zimmer ist nicht wirklich besondere (obwohl ich wirklich gerne die Zimmerdekoration und Design). Möbel genügt. Services sind ok. Und der Preis ist das Geld wert.
