Das Zimmer ist relativ zu Hause und sauber und komfortabel. Es ist erwähnenswert, dass die Chefsfrau und Schwester sehr intim sind und alle Anforderungen an den Aufenthalt so gut wie möglich erfüllen. Die Gäste sind auch sehr nahe am warmen Zimmer und es gibt einen Parkplatz auf der anderen Seite. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis noch gut, es lohnt sich zu bleiben!

Sehr glücklich ein Aufenthaltserlebnis, das Zimmer ist sehr groß, es gibt nicht nur ein Schlafzimmer und zwei kleine Terrassen, der Prognose-Bildschirm ist auch sehr komfortabel, der Balkon sieht die Landschaft sehr schön aus, der Boss ist sehr enthusiastisch, wie zu seinem Haus zurückzukehren, uns die Tür zu lassen, und jeden Morgen gibt es auch ein Frühstück zu Hause, Die große Verwendung von Taschentüchern in Ihrem Gepäck ist immer noch sehr charakteristisch. Wenn Sie das nächste Mal wieder an der Seite kommen, müssen Sie 🥰🥹 bleiben.

Es fühlt sich gut an, die Umgebung ist gut, komfortabel und gesund, der Service ist auch vorhanden.

Jedes Zimmer ist sehr sauber, sehr neu, das Bett und die Bettwäsche sind sehr komfortabel, die Badezubehör sind sehr gut und die Wartung ist sehr gut. Die Familie des Chefs ist sehr enthusiastisch, der Gäste fühlt sich wieder! Die Lage ist gut, das Autofahren ist sehr bequem in der Vergangenheit, und es ist ein paar Schritte zu gehen. Das Gewissen empfiehlt sich stark, gute Wahlen mit Teams oder Familien zu treffen. Das Team hat viele Fotos gemacht, aber es gibt Leute, die wie eine Privatsphäre betreffen, ich bin nicht mehr da, und das Umfeld ist sehr konsistent mit der Propagandafotos!

房間很乾凈，非常安靜。酒店裝修風格很温馨，典雅，關注酒店微信號很多年了，本來是2020年就想過來過年的，突發的疫情延誤了來的時間，這次的出行算是圓夢了，到了後發現酒店所在的八都街竟然和我的故鄉上饒八都村同名，兜兜轉轉像是回到了老家過年一樣，真的是冥冥中有緣。我們是除夕夜到的，訂的年夜飯是酒店阿姨燒的，味道非常棒，特別是紅燒黃魚，辣中帶鮮，非常可口，兒子和我都多吃了一碗飯

Die Umgebung ist sehr gut, die Leute sind besonders schön, die hygienische Reinigung, die Offenlegung und das Haarwasser sind Marken, die ersten fünf sind auch besondere Aktivitäten, die lokalen Merkmale, die Lantern, die heiße Wärme ist außergewöhnlich. Kinder mögen es sehr, das Zimmer hat eine private Suppe und ist sehr komfortabel.

暑期帶小孩出遊，朋友推薦這家民宿，住了後證實確實名不虛傳，服務很周到，房間很寬敞，衞生很乾凈，設施很齊全，大熱天空調很給力，周邊旅遊景區很多，交通便利。老闆很熱心，小孩要買游泳服，老闆親自駕車帶我們去購買，真的很暖心，小孩都不願意離開，早餐老闆娘自己做的手工麪非常好吃，下次有時間帶朋友們一定來多住幾天。強烈推薦，5星好評👍

老闆和老闆娘人很好，非常熱情，還留我們一起吃了年夜飯，手藝棒棒噠！房間也很好，採光非常充足，從民宿步行到温泉那邊也不遠，非常滿意的一次行程！夏天有時間還會過來玩的～

i have been to the hot springs three times before but I had never stayed at the hotel. This was my first time. I imagine the receptionist felt a little nervous when faced with two foreigners and maybe she felt shy. However, I found her lack of greeting, not a 你好 or 下午好， a little cold. When she did communicate with us, it was in super fast Mandarin to which I requested 请慢慢说 to no avail. She repeated just as fast twice more. I felt frustrated and then resorted to using a translation app. She called over an English-speaking Indonesian staff member. I don’t have the expectation that people will speak English to me, but I do appreciate slowing down in Mandarin and using simpler language. Hand gestures help a lot also. I wish she had told us the WiFi password, and where to access the hot springs. These are two key pieces of information a receptionist should provide when you check into a hot springs hotel. Our room had plastic flip flops to be worn to the hot springs. My pair had two left feet. When I showed the staff member on the second floor, she was helpful and got me a new pair. The hot springs were lovely, as usual. The buffet breakfast was better than the buffet dinner. The layout of the hotel leaves you walking from building to building. At first it’s confusing, but then it becomes okay.

Great place to relax and enjoy hot springs and pools. The resort villas are decent size and clean. There is a selection of pools and hot springs to choose from. It is a large hilly resort so moving about requires using melex shuttle cars. It’s a shame it’s difficult to communicate with the local drivers… on multiple occasions we were not picked up or dropped off at the right stations. There is however an amazing group of interns from Indonesia who deliver excellent quality western standard service. It would be a great idea to place those interns across the resort to improve customer service experience and set a better example and customer focus to the local staff members who unfortunately sometimes lack customer service skills. Currently the international interns are mostly in the restaurants and spa, but they are most needed at the reception, hot springs, pool areas, shuttle service stations.
