We apologise for the mistake you mentioned when someone opened your door, and we will definitely strengthen employee training. I'm really sorry that the parent-child suite has kept you waiting. Because the parent-child suite is full the day before, it may delay your stay. The hotel provides a rest area and free popcorn tea. You can rest and wait first. Binjiang is 9 kilometres away from the West Lake Scenic Area, and it only takes 20 minutes to drive and take a taxi. If there are any problems during the stay. You can contact our hotel on-duty manager. Our hotel has staff on duty 24 hours a day. We look forward to your next check-in and show you our improvement.
