Savoir Resort

Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. The hotel is great is a must to go if you want a place to relax in Hangzhou, a recommendation in regards of the service is that maybe waitresses don't need to be so pushy when you are ordering at the restaurant and the minibar can have a bottle of wine or some beers, aside from that the hotel is great!!

酒店在濕地內，環境很好，房間是兩層的，一層有個院子，一個小廳，晚上地暖一開，很暖和，很舒服。早餐很贊，可以多點些，水果和飲料都很精緻。冬天有些蕭瑟，而且雖然我們是最便宜的户型，但整個酒店沒啥人，感覺都在為我們服務。。。。周邊可以坐搖擼船，吃飯的地方蠻多的，反正跟着大眾點評高分去吃就好了，雖然不一定是最好的，但肯定不會差到哪裡去。。

每年都會去杭州，這家酒店是最滿意的一家了，本來衹預訂了一天立馬續住一晚，他家真的做到了寵物友好，服務也是真的方方面面很到位，幫忙提行李，酒店介紹，用餐等等，不過要提醒一下如果帶寵物有推車的話最好不要用，酒店小路比較多，有小橋、十字路等等景色非常美麗，但是推車非常不方便隨時服務員會幫忙~酒店提供的拍照也很不錯因為酒店自帶景色拍出來真的好好看，房間地暖很舒服，大最浴缸還配備了一次性罩子，考慮的很細緻。明年還是會繼續來的！

房間設施都滿新的。loft雙層的户型對寵物很友好。雙床房的採光很好。環境也很好。早餐是半自助形式的。整體偏民宿。

酒店位於西溪濕地裏麪，相比較於其他度假型酒店每天為客人安排很多活動，酒店裡沒有安排任何活動。服務人員的水平和素質很參差不齊，客房服務的全體員工應該沒有經過系統性的培訓：1. 出門前衣服掛在椅子上，回來後還是放在原處，沒有掛在樓下的衣櫥裏。 2. 化粧品出門前鋪開在梳粧枱麪，回來後也還是保持原狀。 3. 在酒店內部走動看到的客房服務人員，沒有目光交流，沒有問候，每個人都行色匆匆地走來走去，但不知道都在忙什麼。4. 在床頭放着玻璃杯，第一晚失手打碎了一個，首先玻璃杯放在床頭的想法就比較匪夷所思，check out時前台好心詢問是否受傷，正當覺得有些感動的時候，拎出一把掃碼槍，一個質量中等偏下輕飄飄的玻璃杯，盛惠25元。5. 院子內雜草叢生，缺乏維護和修剪。 除了服務以外，客房本身的設計缺陷，以及經年老舊的問題不再贅述，浴缸，洗手枱等位置可以明顯看到灰塵的堆積。每天早上8點半窗簾自動拉開，可能是軟件設定出了問題。 有一位前台客服人員很熱心，詳細地介紹了很多景點以及交通方式，感覺出來他在眾多服務人員中曲高和寡，鶴立雞羣，詢問之，答曰之前在法雲安縵工作，看得出來經過專業培訓的員工和其他服務人員還是存在巨大差距。 嚴格意義上來講不能算是度假酒店，因為在酒店裡的確可以做得事情不多，杭州的酒店民宿行業本土品牌太多，經營理念和培訓水平層次不齊，本店經營上目光短淺，接着位置的特色不思進取，不想做回頭客的生意、這是給客人最直觀的感受。下次來杭還是會選擇國際型連鎖品牌的酒店，對於服務方面會更有保障。
