1. pick up service is horror. Walk going 30min to another terminal and waited more than 20min for pickup. No luggage storage. You have to carry up the luggage yourself up the minibus. Ask for help thrice, but nooo… driver not gonna help you. A lady in the minibus helps me with my luggage instead. The next morning, the driver didn’t organise the people and ya all jam in the minibus moving around the luggage on that small aisle with people going T3 and T4.
2. Weird aircon. Set at cool + >19 temp, it sounds like metal construction work. And it’s warm air. Set at 24 above, the aircon auto off.
3. The heater. Cold water throughout, can’t find any switch. Tried the basin, same. So I tried my luck to wait 5min with the water flowing all the way. And bingo, then the hot water comes. The toilet bowl is with urine stains. Splash water and clean myself.
4. The bed is so hard. One pillow is soft as flat. Another pillow when lie down, hard like bed. And yeah.. sleepless night throughout with the warmer and the pillow.
5. Wifi need mainland phone number to get verification code for wifi. @.@ Check with reception, they provide me with an account to login, but nah, it didn’t work as stated invalid. Tried to call reception then realised the phone in room is not working 😂
