One of the highlights of our stay was the 尊享旅拍服务 (exclusive travel photography service). We had the pleasure of working with the talented photographer 果果, who captured our moments beautifully. Her skill in finding the perfect spots and angles made the experience enjoyable and the results were nothing short of amazing. Both my wife and I were thrilled with the photos, which perfectly encapsulated the serene and romantic atmosphere of the resort. The pathways around the resort were lined with bamboo and stone, leading us to various scenic spots by the lake. Whether it was a quiet morning walk or an evening spent watching the sunset, every moment felt special. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and memorable. 一座人與自然整體和諧共處的一家度假村落，夜幕降臨，晚風徐徐，可以獨享到濕地夜間的靜謐時光。客房整潔乾淨，有免費的迷你吧，晚安點心，洗護用品温和舒適，還有戴森吹風機。小劉管家服務熱情，總之是很不錯的一次入住體驗~❤

房間環境非常好，住在大自然裏，免費升級了複式房，管家服務及時周到，早餐豐富口味好！特別感謝一下旅拍的攝影師空空帥哥，拍照指導到位，攝影技術一流！唯一一點個人體驗稍稍欠缺一點的就是洗澡水不夠熱，我在家都42度的水，這個估計不到40度，不冷，就是不夠爽。總體非常滿意，還會來的。

上週末的西溪之旅讓我們一家三口度過了非常愉快的一個週末。秋天的西溪是温暖明亮的，芳菲酒店的服務和品質讓這個週末更加温馨。美景無需多言，房間大到讓人吃驚，空間合理，孩子有自己的單人床和玩耍區域，浴缸非常舒服，衞浴和洗護用品都是Pola品牌，開夜床，管家非常貼心負責，有求必應。特別感謝前台管家小馬，給她最大的贊，肯定會再次帶着家人二刷。期待下次西溪芳菲之旅。

提前一天臨時敲定的杭州之旅，一晚西溪濕地，一晚西湖，西溪濕地住的十里芳菲，酒店位置絕佳就在濕地公園內部，車可以開到大堂，然後坐船進景區，住的梨花，一步一景，且遠離遊客，十分清凈，專屬管家服務，什麼都可以微信聯繫。 酒店送了旅拍，前一天晚上聯繫好，一早就來了，做了粧造，換了唐裝，攝影師是笑玩旅拍的孫老師，技術很好，很會引導，且很有效率，我不大會擺pose也是孫老師教的，最後的成片率相當高，張張美圖，大心動，全部買下，比外面工作室拍的值多了，推薦！ 通過酒店還定了帶下午茶的搖櫓船，一路在濕地公園裡穿行，悠然自得，非常舒服，大讚。
