When I entered the lady at the front desk was not welcoming at all- I was asking about an early check in which they gave us but just her attitude was very dry… maybe she was having a bad day.

I paid for a smoking room to get evicted for the smoke detector going off. I want a refund because there are no policies that states that.

The staff members were all friendly, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty. The only negative was that the seating in the dining area looked a little roughed up, with holes in the cushions on some chairs and benches.

The staff is great- but bo in house amenities- only vending machines which is extremely inconvenient. We’ve stayed at other hamptons- this was the worst as far as that gies. Also you have to drive to everything- its sort of in the middle of nothing across from a hospital.
Would not stay again fir these reasons but staff was great!

Rooms were clean. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Convenient to the coliseum and lots of nearby food and shopping

Location, staff, and cleanliness were AOK. But it is dated and some things need repair. Breakfast good, but not excellent. Coffee warm not hot. No milk out with cereal or for other uses. Had to ask for milk. Breakfast staff responded well and seemed to be doing a good job otherwise. Staff at desk could be dressed more professionally. Shower door broken, bathroom sink has cracks. Only conditioner and shower gel in shower. No shampoo.
