Erstmals in der Unterloch. Es ist ein neues und hochwertiges Hotel in der Region Shawlong. Die Gesichts- und Meeresaussichten sind auch gut, die Sound-Isolierung ist gut. Das Zimmer ist zwar nicht groß, aber auch sehr bedienbar und groß genug. Das nächste Mal haben wir die Chance.

We stayed here towards the end of our trip. It was a great place to switch off and relax on the balcony, read a book, go to the gym, go for a swim in the pool etc. There are lots of kids around given it's a family friendly place. The buffet breakfast was really yummy with lots of different options (I'm gluten intolerant and there was still plenty to choose from). We paid for the buffet dinner one night which was nice however, I was expecting there to be some drinks other than water and tea/coffee on offer, you could buy drinks through the bar for an additional cost. Grounds are kept really well and the boat to and from the mainland was cool too.

Tuy nhiên bể bơi có sức chứa hơi nhỏ, buffet sáng rất ngon, đa dạng món và phục vụ tận tình. Phòng Duplex view biển 1tr/đêm của khách sạn không làm mình thất vọng. Quá tuyệt vời Điểm cộng là Hotel rất gần biển, cách biển 1.3km thôi xung quanh yên tĩnh vì gần đồi. Muốn nhộp nhịp các bạn xuống phố nhé. Mình đến Hạ Long vào một ngày mưa, cảm thấy khá tiếc, một ngày nắng mình sẽ trở lại Thái Hà.

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, mit einer wirklich schönen Aussicht auf den Golfplatz und Teil von Ha Long Bay. 👉 Sie müssen die Sky Bar auf dem 21. Stock & Bamboo Restaurant besuchen. Sie sind beide Top-Notch! .👉 Der Schwimmbad war großartig, aber wir haben es nicht wegen des kalten Wetters verwendet, aber sie haben auch ein Innentemperaturkontrolle Pool, was ebenso wunderbar war 👉 Das Hotelpersonal hat keinen Stein unverändert, um unseren Aufenthalt zu erinnern. 👉 Nur wenige Mitarbeiter sprechen Englisch, aber das wird keine Frage 👉 Gesamt, wenn Sie mit Ihren Eltern/Familien planen, sollten Sie diese berücksichtigen..

Es ist eine luxuriöse Villa mit 7-Sterne-Ambiente, aber leider mit 3-Sterne-Service. Der Ort ist wunderschön und definitiv einen Aufenthalt wert, besonders wenn Sie eine große Familie haben. Bringen Sie jedoch unbedingt alles mit, was Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt benötigen könnten. Erstens gibt es eine große Sprachbarriere, und zweitens ist es sehr aufwändig, nach Kleinigkeiten wie einer zusätzlichen Wasserflasche oder einem Mückenschutzmittel zu fragen. Wenn Sie die Sprache beherrschen oder einfach nur eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft in Halong suchen, sind Sie hier richtig!

Not a 5 star hotel more like a 4. Food and attention to detail just not there. Pros - gorgeous hotel very modern and new got free upgrade to a larger room with a great view of halong bay however was a bit misleading as you can hear all the music very loudly in our room as it was two floors down from the pool bar so think they just needed to fill it haha. Gorgeous view from the rooftop pool too. Staff were nice and helpful despite the large language barrier thank god for google translate beds very comfy and room clean. Also our room had a bath and separate shower which was great as most hotels don’t Cons - food was shocking we ordered a few different things as there’s not much in the area and we were knackered most evenings after long days exploring honestly don’t know why we kept ordering haha it’s our own fault but everything was bland and tasteless and SO expensive like £6 for some unseasoned chips £7 for a frozen burger £8 for some fried rice with 0 taste. So disappointing every time we got something the cocktails are expensive too and very basic not horrible but just basic something you’d expect in a 3 star all inclusive resort. Then just little things that make it a 4 not a 5 like the food tray being left outside our room for hours on end, there being loads of sticky fingers prints on touch points like the elevator buttons / toilet doors. Didn’t ruin our stay at all we had a lovely time at the hotel just wish we’d eaten elsewhere Also would suggest to stay on the other side of the bridge if you’re coming to halong bay as this side is super dead and quiet not a lot of shops or anything to do.

If you are looking for a Hotel near the Marina so you can board your Cruise in the morning then seriously consider this Hotel. The staff was pleasant and waited for our late arrival then arranged for us to be driver to the terminal on their EV. All four of us really enjoyed our stay here and wished we stayed an extra day instead of Hanoi. We arrived late so we didn't get to sample their cuisine but we had an enjoyable Breakfast Buffet.

The scene was so beautiful with mountain backdrops and peaceful design. There are many options for soaking with different temperatures & setting. The amenities were clean, well kept, and plentiful. The staff were polite & helpful. The lunch buffet offered many hot & cold options. We really enjoyed the Himalayan heat rock & the cold room. We were told it was not as busy compared to the weekends or Holidays, but it was hard to truly relax in the common area, especially the soaking area. It appeared that keeping quiet reminder was not re-enforced by the staff. There were so many guests who conversed so loudly. We had to request these guests several times to respect the keep quiet rule in the steam rooms. In addition, we found it quite regretful witnessing many guests spitting everywhere, not respecting the shared environment. We also saw several guests in inappropriate attire- a few men just wore their underwear instead of the required swim trunk/suit. We found the beautiful environment being tainted by people who disrespected common courtesy which was not re-enforced for the full experience. We will need to re-consider going back.
