The hotel is placed on the opposite side to most amenities in Ha long bay. That said it’s a beautiful get away and excellent value for money. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants along the ***** and the hotel provides good value food and drinks. The two pools are excellent for relaxing after a busy day site seeing. The hotel staff are great and will help with most things. Overall a fantastic short stay. If you come here make sure you have the grab app as it’s the cheapest and easiest way to get from one side of the bay to another. Last but no means least do pay extra for a bay view it’s well worth it!!!

This hotel was stunning, rooms, view, food and staff were 5 star. Trang was amazing and helped us with suggestions on where to go in the city and we were very pleased. They changed money for us multiple times with no hesitation. Helped us organise taxis, and were over all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a huge variety of food. Shower was probably one of the best we have had in vietnam ...hot water great pressure amd spotless.

큰 기대 없었는데.. 생각했던것 보다 뷰가 탁트이고 좋아서~ (썬월드 3가지 테마파크가 한눈에 다 보이더군요~) 실내 수영장도 좋았구요~~ 바로 앞쪽에 저렴하고 맛있는 로컬 음식점들 많아서 즐기기 좋았습니다 ^^** 재방문 의사 있습니다 ~**

We stayed here towards the end of our trip. It was a great place to switch off and relax on the balcony, read a book, go to the gym, go for a swim in the pool etc. There are lots of kids around given it's a family friendly place. The buffet breakfast was really yummy with lots of different options (I'm gluten intolerant and there was still plenty to choose from). We paid for the buffet dinner one night which was nice however, I was expecting there to be some drinks other than water and tea/coffee on offer, you could buy drinks through the bar for an additional cost. Grounds are kept really well and the boat to and from the mainland was cool too.

Ich kam auf Geschäftsreise und es war so schön, dass es sich um eine ruhige Villa und nicht um ein kompliziertes Hotel handelte. Wenn Sie das nächste Mal Royal Halong buchen, würde ich die Villa auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Allerdings war es etwas enttäuschend, dass ich nicht aus dem Fenster sehen konnte, da es im ersten Stock lag und ich das Fenster nicht einfach öffnen konnte. Aber alles andere ist zufriedenstellend.

Es war sauber, weil es im Jahr 2023 eröffnet wurde. Upgrade kostenlos, weil es ein Wochentag ist. Es gibt eine Million Einlagen, aber wenn Sie sich herausfinden, werden Sie 10 Minuten später zurückgezahlt. Frühstück ist günstig bei 12,000 won von .... Bitte beantragen Sie für jemanden, der Frühstück hat. Erwarten Sie nicht zu viel. Das leckerste Frühstücksmenü für Koreaner ist Kimchi Suppe, Omelett + Ketchup, Reis, Aloe? Yoghurt.

Es ist eine luxuriöse Villa mit einem 7-Sterne-Gefühl, aber leider mit 3-Sterne-Services. Der Ort ist schön und definitiv wert zu bleiben, vor allem wenn Sie eine große Familie haben. Allerdings, sicher zu bringen, alles, was Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt benötigen. Erstens gibt es eine große Sprachbarriere, dann bitten um kleine Dinge wie eine Extra-Wasserflasche oder ein Mosquito-Repellent braucht viel Mühe. Wenn Sie die Sprache kennen oder nur einen wirklich schönen Ort brauchen, um in Halong zu bleiben, ist das Ihr Platz!

Not a 5 star hotel more like a 4. Food and attention to detail just not there. Pros - gorgeous hotel very modern and new got free upgrade to a larger room with a great view of halong bay however was a bit misleading as you can hear all the music very loudly in our room as it was two floors down from the pool bar so think they just needed to fill it haha. Gorgeous view from the rooftop pool too. Staff were nice and helpful despite the large language barrier thank god for google translate beds very comfy and room clean. Also our room had a bath and separate shower which was great as most hotels don’t Cons - food was shocking we ordered a few different things as there’s not much in the area and we were knackered most evenings after long days exploring honestly don’t know why we kept ordering haha it’s our own fault but everything was bland and tasteless and SO expensive like £6 for some unseasoned chips £7 for a frozen burger £8 for some fried rice with 0 taste. So disappointing every time we got something the cocktails are expensive too and very basic not horrible but just basic something you’d expect in a 3 star all inclusive resort. Then just little things that make it a 4 not a 5 like the food tray being left outside our room for hours on end, there being loads of sticky fingers prints on touch points like the elevator buttons / toilet doors. Didn’t ruin our stay at all we had a lovely time at the hotel just wish we’d eaten elsewhere Also would suggest to stay on the other side of the bridge if you’re coming to halong bay as this side is super dead and quiet not a lot of shops or anything to do.

Unsere Familienreise mit 2 Kindern und Großmutter in diesem Hotel war hervorragend. Schon der Empfang durch den Gäste Service Manager Herr Vu Nhu Tung (Toby) war zugewandt und sehr Aufmerksam bei der Zimmervergabe. Der Blick vom Zimmer aus dem 22. Stock auf die Halong-Bay mit den Inseln war atemberaubend schön. Die Zimmer perfekt sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig mit westlichen und asiatischen Angeboten - das war wichtig für unsere gemischte Familie. Schöne Schwimmbäder und Sozialräume. Das Personal immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Insbesondere Frau ”Tracy” vom Empfang hat uns große Freude bereitet. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Thomas Sebald (Darmstadt)

Es war ein gutes Hotel, vor allem das Bett war so gut. Sehr gemütlich. Wir können ein Fahrrad mieten, das nützlich war . Hotel Nas Schwimmbad und privater Strand sie eun elektronischen Autos sie nehmen uns und zurück, auch. Es war so nett. Sie gab mir Informationen über die Buchung von Limo, so dass ich leicht andere Orte bewegen kann Frühstück war nett. Aber so viele Leute waren zu viel. Es war wie ein Markt. Aber das Essen war nett. Ganz gut Es war gute Erfahrung.
