Unsere Familienreise mit 2 Kindern und Großmutter in diesem Hotel war hervorragend. Schon der Empfang durch den Gäste Service Manager Herr Vu Nhu Tung (Toby) war zugewandt und sehr Aufmerksam bei der Zimmervergabe. Der Blick vom Zimmer aus dem 22. Stock auf die Halong-Bay mit den Inseln war atemberaubend schön. Die Zimmer perfekt sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig mit westlichen und asiatischen Angeboten - das war wichtig für unsere gemischte Familie. Schöne Schwimmbäder und Sozialräume. Das Personal immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Insbesondere Frau ”Tracy” vom Empfang hat uns große Freude bereitet. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Thomas Sebald (Darmstadt)

Dieses Zimmer ist wirklich großartig. Zunächst ist das Bett 🛏️ groß und komfortabel, sodass die Leute sich sofort entspannen können. Zweitens, die Klarheit und Komfort des Zimmers macht mich beeindruckend, es gibt kaum Probleme mit den Wurstrümmern, die mich in Sicherheit genießen können. Darüber hinaus ist die Klimaanlage im Zimmer effizient. Ob es heiß ist, kann ich die Temperatur im Zimmer genießen. Insgesamt ist es eine tolle Unterkunftserfahrung. Ich werde dieses Zimmer sicher an meine Freunde empfehlen.

Not a 5 star hotel more like a 4. Food and attention to detail just not there. Pros - gorgeous hotel very modern and new got free upgrade to a larger room with a great view of halong bay however was a bit misleading as you can hear all the music very loudly in our room as it was two floors down from the pool bar so think they just needed to fill it haha. Gorgeous view from the rooftop pool too. Staff were nice and helpful despite the large language barrier thank god for google translate beds very comfy and room clean. Also our room had a bath and separate shower which was great as most hotels don’t Cons - food was shocking we ordered a few different things as there’s not much in the area and we were knackered most evenings after long days exploring honestly don’t know why we kept ordering haha it’s our own fault but everything was bland and tasteless and SO expensive like £6 for some unseasoned chips £7 for a frozen burger £8 for some fried rice with 0 taste. So disappointing every time we got something the cocktails are expensive too and very basic not horrible but just basic something you’d expect in a 3 star all inclusive resort. Then just little things that make it a 4 not a 5 like the food tray being left outside our room for hours on end, there being loads of sticky fingers prints on touch points like the elevator buttons / toilet doors. Didn’t ruin our stay at all we had a lovely time at the hotel just wish we’d eaten elsewhere Also would suggest to stay on the other side of the bridge if you’re coming to halong bay as this side is super dead and quiet not a lot of shops or anything to do.

Es war mein erster Besuch in der Halong-Bucht und ich habe Oakwood gebucht, weil ich näher am Strand sein wollte. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut, nachts sehr ruhig und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, aber für kleine Familien nicht geeignet. Als ich eincheckte, war es etwas spät und ich hatte nachts etwas Angst

We stayed here towards the end of our trip. It was a great place to switch off and relax on the balcony, read a book, go to the gym, go for a swim in the pool etc. There are lots of kids around given it's a family friendly place. The buffet breakfast was really yummy with lots of different options (I'm gluten intolerant and there was still plenty to choose from). We paid for the buffet dinner one night which was nice however, I was expecting there to be some drinks other than water and tea/coffee on offer, you could buy drinks through the bar for an additional cost. Grounds are kept really well and the boat to and from the mainland was cool too.

This hotel was stunning, rooms, view, food and staff were 5 star. Trang was amazing and helped us with suggestions on where to go in the city and we were very pleased. They changed money for us multiple times with no hesitation. Helped us organise taxis, and were over all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a huge variety of food. Shower was probably one of the best we have had in vietnam ...hot water great pressure amd spotless.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit auf der Dora Kreuzfahrt. Das Boot ist schön und die Zimmer sind geräumig. Dusche und Balkon waren beide groß für ein Boot. Von dem Moment, wo Sie geholt werden bis zum Moment, wo Sie zurückgefallen sind, macht das Personal die Reise ohne Mühe. Wir können Tom nicht genug für seine große Gastfreundschaft und für die Einreise in die Insel Capa am zweiten Tag danken. 3 Tage und 2 Nächte sind viel besser als die 1 Nacht Option, da Sie einen Boots- und Insel-Bikes-Reise am zweiten Tag, der phänomenal ist und ein Highlight der Reise. Das Personal geht oben und darüber und verfügt über außergewöhnliche Kundenservice-Qualifikationen. Danke für die Dora Kreuzfahrt für das unvergessliche Erlebnis unseres Besuchs in Halong Bay.

We wanted a hotel instead of usual overnight cruise for flexibility at night. Best Western Sapphire Ha Long was one of the few hotels where we could preselect ocean view room instead of it being up to chance/luck. The hotel itself was stunning! The staff so thoughtful, helpful and courteous that really elevated the experience to something very special. The hotel and rooms are very luxurious! We chose the 2 br oceanview and all rooms had amazing views, with the lounge having a balcony along with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the bay. It was so lovely relaxing. We had a drizzly day but it was still so special. The official photos are exactly what you get and are honest in their representation. The buffet breakfast is enormous in variety! Full Western and Asian selections with salads, pastries, noodles, congee, juice and muesli, hot cooked buffets just to name a few. There was plenty with no sign of running out when we were there (Dec). The breakfast room was huge and elegant. Definitely worth adding it on to your stay! We were warned by others that the location is not convenient to main centre, which was good advice, as it is about 15 mins drive over the bridge. However it is not so isolated from other things and there were many restaurants and cafes around it and the walkways along the way stunning. We were kind of just wanting to chill when no on the cruise so this was perfect for us! I would definitely recommend and hope to return one day.

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, mit einer wirklich schönen Aussicht auf den Golfplatz und Teil von Ha Long Bay. 👉 Sie müssen die Sky Bar auf dem 21. Stock & Bamboo Restaurant besuchen. Sie sind beide Top-Notch! .👉 Der Schwimmbad war großartig, aber wir haben es nicht wegen des kalten Wetters verwendet, aber sie haben auch ein Innentemperaturkontrolle Pool, was ebenso wunderbar war 👉 Das Hotelpersonal hat keinen Stein unverändert, um unseren Aufenthalt zu erinnern. 👉 Nur wenige Mitarbeiter sprechen Englisch, aber das wird keine Frage 👉 Gesamt, wenn Sie mit Ihren Eltern/Familien planen, sollten Sie diese berücksichtigen..
