Not a 5 star hotel more like a 4. Food and attention to detail just not there. Pros - gorgeous hotel very modern and new got free upgrade to a larger room with a great view of halong bay however was a bit misleading as you can hear all the music very loudly in our room as it was two floors down from the pool bar so think they just needed to fill it haha. Gorgeous view from the rooftop pool too. Staff were nice and helpful despite the large language barrier thank god for google translate beds very comfy and room clean. Also our room had a bath and separate shower which was great as most hotels don’t Cons - food was shocking we ordered a few different things as there’s not much in the area and we were knackered most evenings after long days exploring honestly don’t know why we kept ordering haha it’s our own fault but everything was bland and tasteless and SO expensive like £6 for some unseasoned chips £7 for a frozen burger £8 for some fried rice with 0 taste. So disappointing every time we got something the cocktails are expensive too and very basic not horrible but just basic something you’d expect in a 3 star all inclusive resort. Then just little things that make it a 4 not a 5 like the food tray being left outside our room for hours on end, there being loads of sticky fingers prints on touch points like the elevator buttons / toilet doors. Didn’t ruin our stay at all we had a lovely time at the hotel just wish we’d eaten elsewhere Also would suggest to stay on the other side of the bridge if you’re coming to halong bay as this side is super dead and quiet not a lot of shops or anything to do.

Das Hotel ist sauber, neu, gefroren. Reinigungsdienste werden täglich durchgeführt. Ich bin 2 Stunden früher als die Zeit der ckecj in der 2h angekommen, aber das Front Desk unterstützt ckek früh. Allerdings ist der Pool ein wenig klein, das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, verschiedene Gerichte und gewidmeter Service. Das Hotels 1 Millionen Meerblick Duplex Zimmer hat mich nicht enttäuscht. So wunderbar Der Punkt ist, dass das Hotel sehr nahe am Meer ist, nur 1.3km vom Meer, die Umgebung ist ruhig, weil es nahe dem Hügel ist. Wenn Sie die Straße abfangen möchten, bitte. Ich kam in Ha Long am regnigen Tag, ich fühlte mich ziemlich entschuldigt, eines sonnigen Tages werde ich nach Thai Ha zurückkehren.

We stayed here towards the end of our trip. It was a great place to switch off and relax on the balcony, read a book, go to the gym, go for a swim in the pool etc. There are lots of kids around given it's a family friendly place. The buffet breakfast was really yummy with lots of different options (I'm gluten intolerant and there was still plenty to choose from). We paid for the buffet dinner one night which was nice however, I was expecting there to be some drinks other than water and tea/coffee on offer, you could buy drinks through the bar for an additional cost. Grounds are kept really well and the boat to and from the mainland was cool too.

This hotel was stunning, rooms, view, food and staff were 5 star. Trang was amazing and helped us with suggestions on where to go in the city and we were very pleased. They changed money for us multiple times with no hesitation. Helped us organise taxis, and were over all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a huge variety of food. Shower was probably one of the best we have had in vietnam ...hot water great pressure amd spotless.

We wanted a hotel instead of usual overnight cruise for flexibility at night. Best Western Sapphire Ha Long was one of the few hotels where we could preselect ocean view room instead of it being up to chance/luck. The hotel itself was stunning! The staff so thoughtful, helpful and courteous that really elevated the experience to something very special. The hotel and rooms are very luxurious! We chose the 2 br oceanview and all rooms had amazing views, with the lounge having a balcony along with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the bay. It was so lovely relaxing. We had a drizzly day but it was still so special. The official photos are exactly what you get and are honest in their representation. The buffet breakfast is enormous in variety! Full Western and Asian selections with salads, pastries, noodles, congee, juice and muesli, hot cooked buffets just to name a few. There was plenty with no sign of running out when we were there (Dec). The breakfast room was huge and elegant. Definitely worth adding it on to your stay! We were warned by others that the location is not convenient to main centre, which was good advice, as it is about 15 mins drive over the bridge. However it is not so isolated from other things and there were many restaurants and cafes around it and the walkways along the way stunning. We were kind of just wanting to chill when no on the cruise so this was perfect for us! I would definitely recommend and hope to return one day.

Excellent value for the money. The location is walking distance to some decent restaurants, Vincom mall, and Bai Tho Mountain. It is a 25-30 min taxi ride to Ha Long Bay. It is also a bit further off from some of the more touristy areas in the Bai Chay area, but there is no issue finding a taxi if you have an interest in wandering over to that area. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean enough. The only issue I had was the walls were a bit thin. I could clearly hear every step my upstairs neighbor took. However, I would choose to stay here again as it is very budget friendly while still providing a clean spot to rest.

Wir feiern unseren Jahrestagsurlaub in ha long Bay. Im Ramada Hotel Suites von Wyndham Ha long Bay-Ansicht für 6 Tage geblieben. Hatte einen unvergesslichen Jahrestag. Besonderes Dank an Frau Hong, F & B-Manager. Während unseres 6-Tage-Aufenthalts bietet viele Informationen und Dienstleistungen. Da ich ein Ausländer bin, kann ich nicht mit dem Personal kommunizieren. Frau Hongs Englisch ist ausgezeichnet. Wir sind sehr glücklich, sie zu treffen. Und Frau Nga von der Rezeption, sehr geduldig, um das Check-in-Problem zu lösen .Wir mögen den Schwimmbad im 31. Stock sehr sehr. Wir nahmen auch viele Sonnenaufnahmefotos. Was den ** Innenschwimmbad betrifft, waren wir ein wenig enttäuscht. Weil der Jacuzzi im Pool nicht richtig funktioniert. Insgesamt fühle ich mich, dass der Aufenthalt im Hotel Ramada sehr komfortabel ist. Es ist eine Muss für Urlaub Unser Vergnügen hat den Zimmerpreis überschritten. Als ich zum nächsten Mal in Ha Long Bay komme, werde ich immer noch das Hotel Ramada als meine erste Wahl. Schließlich möchten wir Herrn IT DUC für die Geduld und die Hilfe und Reparatur der unzähligen TV-Zeiten danken. Gleichzeitig möchte meine Frau danken F & B Manager Frau Huong für ein spezielles Frühstück für meine Frau.

Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt vom Sojo Hotel. Es war das erste Mal, dass ich ein Smart Hotel erlebt habe, und ich liebe alles daran. Dank der benutzerfreundlichen App muss man kein Technikfreak sein, um sein Zimmer zu bedienen. Unser Zimmer bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Halong-Bucht. Wenn man früh aufsteht, kann man einen Morgenspaziergang im nahegelegenen Park machen. Um die Ecke gibt es auch ein sehr großes Einkaufszentrum. Man ist buchstäblich im Herzen der Stadt. Was mir ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert hat, war die echte Freundlichkeit und Fürsorge des Personals. Huyen, Cuc und Ha haben ihr Bestes gegeben, um sich um unser Frühstück zu kümmern und sicherzustellen, dass wir mit dem, was auf den Tisch gebracht wurde, zufrieden waren. Ich würde auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen, wenn ich die Gelegenheit dazu habe. Wenn Sie nach einer entspannenden und coolen Unterkunft suchen, wo Ihre Bedürfnisse ernst genommen und berücksichtigt werden, dann ist dies der richtige Ort für Sie.
