Wonderful stay. Many onsens to choose from. Dinner and breakfast were exquisite. Our private server/butler Kanako was very hospitable.

The service was really good, we had to drive from Tokyo so it took a while and we were kinda delayed by traffic for a bit due to it being one lane. Our hosts are really kind and help with parking our cars and bringing us our luggages. Although we thought it was advertised as a hotel, it's actually a ryokan. Really apologetic for the inconvenience from us during our stay there, we checked in late and even came back late during one of the night - resulting in us missing dinner service (they even set up and left some food for us). We also wanted to leave for the convenience store close to midnight, only to find out that the doors are all shut, we didn't want to make them do extra work so we went back to our rooms. The rooms are great and the views are so beautiful, it's amazing to wake up to such greenery / mountain view. Breakfast and dinner service will be in the rooms and the staff will help us lay and keep our futons as well. I had the chance to soak in one of the private baths, it was really relaxing and nice, warms me right up since it was around 10 degrees in the autumn. Amenities provided are very adequate as well, even in the baths (public/private). Besides all that, there's a lounge area with massage chairs, it was the best thing ever, highly recommend to try it during your stay. It's more convenient if you drive, there are convenience stores are few mins drive away. The entrance from the road is a really sharp bend so you need to take note in case you missed it. Plenty of parking space as well, wouldn't be a concern during your stay. Shoes are removed right at the lobby and kept by the staffs, very homely vibes. Overall a pleasant stay with them and would love for more people to experience what I've experienced. Thank you to all staff and hosts who made it possible. If there's a chance, I'd love to visit again.

Remember to call them for transit from the train station instead of walking there.

친구와 함께 료칸여행겸 방문했습니다. 두번째 료칸여행이였는데 역대 최고로 좋았고 시설, 청결도, 서비스 다 최고였습니다. Best 1. 장소가 산속이라 경치가 최고입니다 2. 료칸이니까 서비스는 기본이지만 모든걸 챙겨주셔서 이전 료칸보다 더 대접받는 기분이였습니다. 3. 대중탕+ 프라이빗탕 구성으로 대중탕 퀄리티또한 전망이 좋았습니다. 4. 전통료칸은 약간 시설이 낙후되어있어서 위생적으로 조금 안좋은데 여기 료칸은 외관은 세련되고 내관은 전통료칸이여서 시설이 엄청 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 5. 산속에 있어서 경치 진짜 좋아요 방문한 날 비가 역대급으로 많이왔는데 산속 빗소리를 들으면서 풍경을 바라보니 천국이 따로없어요~ 다음에는 부모님을 모시고 여행할 예정인데 부모님 모시고 오고싶을정도로 좋았습니다.

這是一家比較傳統的日式溫泉酒店，據說有上百年的歷史了，從前台入住開始已經脫鞋進入，酒店地板全部都是榻榻米，房間空間也挺大，晚上的懷石料理和早餐都在自己的房間開動非常好！服務人員也熱情禮貌，還可以安排車輛接送你去附近的車站! 另外晚上還可以預約自己一個人的私湯哦😍

在東京一直住14平的小房間，來這家酒店就是意料之中的滿意。服務很好，全程榻榻米，酒店很安靜，吃的不太能適應，但也不算難吃。中國胃，到了日本總要忍受一下的，做好這個預期就行。湯泉很好，很乾凈，一定要預訂一下私湯～ 一個是限時30分鐘，需要預訂。一個是沒人用就可以去，不需預約。不用預約的我們早上7點30去的，果然沒人哈哈

四季之湯是在箱根遇到的最好的酒店，沒有之一。也是濃縮了日本鄉間民宿所有精華的酒店。 這樣的酒店讓你希望能夠停留一整天都沒有任何問題。 酒店自己的晚餐也非常精緻和可口，除了上菜有點慢。 但是晚餐的儀式感懷石料裏的儀式感也同等重要。

傳統的日式旅館，房間非常有特色。從進入旅館開始就感受到了很好的服務。有一個和服小姐姐英語很好，用心瞭解了我們的需求，不僅考慮到小童餐的菜品，還溝通了我們第二天的出遊計劃，推薦了行李託運的服務。早上把行李送託運，下午可以直接去箱根湯本火車站拿。不過這個小姐姐是唯一一個英語好的工作人員，我們遇到她應該是挺幸運的。 酒店有接駁車可以來回蛇骨野公交站或宮之下火車站。因為酒店在半山坡上最好是電話讓他們來接。我不想打國際電話就從蛇骨野拖着箱子走過去的，遠是不遠，但上坡拖箱子太累了。。。 旅館有三個私湯可以選擇，四樓的不需要預約，一樓和二樓的需要預約。我們試了四樓的夜宵之湯和一樓的山之湯。山之湯在户外，需要步行經過一條山間小路，木屋有點老舊，倒是蠻有特色。房間裏也有私湯，非常舒適了。 在這裏可以體驗一泊兩食。晚餐非常不錯，傳統的日式早餐有點吃不習慣，但也是很精緻。另一個和服小姐姐全程提供了很貼心的服務。晚上會有工作人員來鋪床，不過可能是因為溝通的原因，第二天還沒起床工作人員就進來疊被子了，有受到點小小的驚嚇。早餐是定時的，所以懶覺是睡不成的。 到了晚上和早上前台會換成老爺爺和老奶奶。兩人的英語都不行，也會拒絕和顧客用英語溝通，會告訴你：No staff。看到前面有評論説服務不太好，可能是這個原因。算是一點不足吧。 總體來説是一次非常特別的體驗，雖然貴但感覺挺值得。

房間很傳統 日式，到店的那天特別冷，暖氣可能不太夠，但是泡了温泉就舒服多了～酒店一泊二食，晚上還有拉麪宵夜 很不錯。

定的一泊二食，早餐晚餐都非常豐盛。酒店的温泉池有好幾個，邊泡湯邊賞山景，很愜意。房間超級大，裝修風格也很古樸。

방은 매우 넓어서 편해요 다만 오래된 숙소라 그런지 낡음감은 있고 화장실이나 개인욕족 주변 창틀이 좀 지저분했습니다 가이세키 건강한 맛에 예쁘고 좋았으나 음식에 대한 설명이나 먹는 방법에 대한 설명이 다소 부족하다고 느껴서 좀 아쉽네요 온천 매우 만족하게 하고 왔어요 추천합니다~
