Nice hotel definitely not a 5* level. Big spaces and all facilities are there but overall it looks old and need refurbishing. Food good but basic. Room must be surely upgraded. There is no coffee machine but only boiler. I see it more as a corporate hotel rather than a place where enjoy your free time.

The hotel is overall good but i didnt receive the points after the stay. i have contacted the customer care but until now no response such a poor service. there is nothing to tell bad about the hotel. the service is good.

OK hotel for a layover Some anticipation issues with rooms. A lot of missed items with Room Service Friendly staff Good breakfast Location far from center of Hail but well connected to highway Would stay again but hope not to have to ask for basics.

The staff and atmosphere was good, but the sink was broken. The location is bad. Very far from everything. Quite and peaceful. Starbucks inside not the real one but most of the drinks are not available.

The hotel is overall good but they need to focus on room and restaurant hygiene. Staff were good and nice. Food quality is fare but plates cups and restaurant hygiene needs to be in focus and regular check

The hotel is more than wonderful, more than five stars, and the staff are very wonderful, and the employee Saad is excellent in service and dealing. The rooms are big space and clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the room service is excellent. We will visit again, God willing.

The hotel is lovely. Well apportioned. The restaurant, for dinner is absolutely sub par. Expensive and very poor quality tasting food. If staying here, I highly recommend dining elsewhere. We will be coming back to stay here in our drive back to Rihayd, but we will not make the mistake of having dinner here again.
