Das Zimmer ist klein, aber die Lage ist großartig. Nachts parkte ich mein Auto neben dem Hotel, wie von der Rezeption des Hotels verlangt. Aber als ich es am Morgen eilig hatte, abzureisen, stellte ich fest, dass mich ein Auto mit russischem Kennzeichen blockierte. Das Hotelpersonal sagte, dass sie sich nicht trauten, die Gäste zu bitten, nach unten zu gehen, um das Auto wegzufahren. Ich war sprachlos.

Die Lage ist gut, nahe dem Stadtzentrum, die Spa-Anwendungen finden außerhalb des Spas statt, nicht im Hotel. Eine Terminvereinbarung für den Service ist jedoch ganz einfach über das Hotel möglich. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Прекрасный отель с отличным расположением. Немного не удобно оказалось что в спа надо пройтись. Но сам спа комплекс выше всяких похвал. Рекомендую однозначно к проживанию

Хороший свежий отель в центре. Но огромный минус в том, что отель делает псевдолюксы из стандартных номеров. Между 2-х стандартных номеров ставят дверь. Шумоизоляции, соответсвенно, ноль. И если ваш сосед любит спать под телевизор, то и вы будете вынуждены так спать. Упирайтесь руками и ногами, если Вас поселят в такой номер. А так все очень прилично. Персонал очень вежливый и приветливый.

I wholeheartedly recommend this place—whether you're traveling for business or leisure, it's a hotel where you truly feel welcome and taken care of.

We only had a one night stay here and found the rooms a little cramped and the bedding particularly the pillows not overly comfortable making a good night's sleep elusive. However breakfast was an unexpected pleasure Lots of choice, good quality ingredients, nicely presented and frequently replenished, an omelet station where you had a very substantial omelet made to order, good coffee, fresh milk (something of a rarity in Armenia) Even a bottle of Prosecco - which remained untouched as it was a little too early in the day. Lovely attentive staff. It set us up for a very long travel day back into Georgia.

Currently staying at the Radisson Hotel & Spa Gyumri and absolutely loving it. The room is spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. Staff are genuinely kind and attentive—they make you feel truly welcomed. The Alexandra Spa is a highlight: calm, luxurious, and beautifully designed. I especially appreciate the quiet atmosphere and stylish interiors throughout the hotel. It’s clear a lot of thought went into every detail. Definitely the best place to stay in Gyumri!

I arrived on a rainy day to be greeted warmly by everyone. The rooms are well proportioned and luxurious. The Spa is the best I have experienced anywhere.

I have no Idea who are these people who wrote the reviews I read, but either they have never been to this Radisson or have never visited a hotel ever in their life. I’m amazed that all the reviews are between 6 months and 1 year either the hotel was not visited last 6 months, or something about the reviews are wrong. The building is renovated but whoever did that has forgot a few things mainly isolation, I could hear the neighboring rooms guests every move, and at 2 am there was a gathering in the next room of 5 or 6 people including a child, and in The corridor where people were vaping, the racket was so loud that after repeated phone calls to the reception to no avail I actually packed at 2 am and left to another hotel, a first for me, if you do decide that sound doesn’t bother you and stay here at least make sure you take a room at the right side of the corridors because there are lights in the opposite building so strong they can use it for a soccer stadium. You have a panel in the room supposedly to control temperature but doesn’t do anything, later I found out it’s set temperature, why in hell would you put a control panel that can’t be used, and what kind of hotel doesn’t let me decide the temperature I’m comfortable with. I was already disappointed by this radisson but I would not have wrote this without that final straw, radisson blue and Spa, lol change that name first, when the spa isn’t in your building you can’t say you have spa, next you’re gonna say you have a gym but it’s in Aparan, I went there with my wife, supposedly to enjoy the hamam they were offering, but these people r living in the 18 hundreds, the spa which is located in another Building was beautifully build, but women and men are separated, so after 30 m we were so bored with no one tto talk to we left, it’s the stupidest idea to go to a hammam alone, they do offer packages for couples but to be enjoyed separately, am wondering if they know the meaning of “couples packege”. Finally the management should check what a hammam is, maybe visit a few to get an idea , normally you’re handed a soap and a loofa, which they didn’t have, without that it’s just a room with some faucets and water, unless the people of this hotel don’t use any soap to wash themselves,

The lobby interior is really nice. The lobby bar serves really good drinks. The rooms are really clean and the bed is the nicest. Breakfast is nice and has options for everyone. I also have to mention that the paintings in the lobby are drop dead gorgeous.
