It was such a stroke of luck to stay at this property, which has been open for less than a month. I am fully satisfied with every aspect of the facility. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. Everything was top-notch. I highly recommend this place!

Location is really solid, with some decent dining across the street. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional, but I got a weird vibe from them. Not sure what that was about. Thiis hotel chain definitely cuts costs when it comes to things like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other room amenities. That all felt super cheap. Breakfast was acceptable. Not a lot of options. Waffles were good, eggs were passable, sausage was standard. I'd not want to eat it for more than two days in a row, but it hit the spot for what it was. Wouldn't avoid in the future, but certainly not memorable.

I stayed here for two nights during the World Cup weekend and paid about $366. Unfortunately, I don’t feel the stay was worth the price. When we arrived, the room key cards weren’t working, so hotel staff had to escort us upstairs and manually let us into our room after we had already carried all of our luggage. That was a frustrating way to start our stay. The elevators were also malfunctioning. Each time we needed to use one, we had to call the front desk so an employee could operate it remotely. Having both the key card system and the elevators not functioning properly is a major inconvenience, especially for a hotel charging premium rates during a busy event. What disappointed me the most was the way my concerns were handled. I asked whether the hotel would consider some form of compensation for the significant inconvenience. Instead of showing any empathy or offering a solution, I was essentially told that if I wanted my money back, I could leave. As someone who had driven 16 hours from out of town, that wasn’t a realistic option. I later contacted Trip.com to express my concerns, and the overall experience left me feeling that customer service was lacking when guests raised legitimate issues. The room itself was acceptable, but the combination of the broken key card system, unreliable elevators, and dismissive customer service made this a disappointing stay. I would not choose to stay here again.

Der Service war großartig! Es war eine elegante Umgebung, sauber und unser Aufenthalt war geräuschlos. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war lecker! Unser einziges Anliegen war, dass es als kostenloses Frühstück inbegriffen wurde und nicht enthalten war. Dies war eine zusätzliche Kosten und Unannehmlichkeit, woanders zu gehen, die vergleichbare Lebensmittel für weniger haben.

Das Zimmer war ausgezeichnet, sauber und komfortabel. Muss entschlüsseln Kühlschrank bc es machte einen Lärm. Badezimmer Licht ist laut. Frühstück begrenzt, aber gut. Wäre sicher wieder zu bleiben!

Das Personal ist freundlich. Keine Reinigungsprobleme. Geruchs sauber, aber nicht offensiv so. Fitnessraum war standard, aber schön und sauber. Frühstück war auch gut. Hatte heißes Essen und nicht nur Getreide und Toast. Dusche hatte guten Wasserdruck. Der Innenpool sah schön aus, aber nie besuchte er es. Es ist ein älteres Gebäude, aber von dem, was ich sagen konnte, gepflegt. Das Flies im Badezimmer war kalt, aber sauber. Meine einzige Beschwerde ist, dass die Anpassung des Thermostats nicht scheint einen Unterschied zu machen, da das Zimmer sehr kalt war. Ich habe es einfach ausgeschlossen, so dass es nicht kalte Luft ins Zimmer blässe, da ich kaum im Zimmer war, außer Schlaf und für einen Workshop bereit zu sein. Ich beabsichtige, in Zukunft hier zu bleiben, wenn ich jemals in der Gegend bin.

Großer Ort zum Aufenthalt. Außer dem Bett zu fest und nicht genug feste Pilze, alles in allem hatten wir einen großen Aufenthalt. Sehr sauber im Zimmer und in den Hallen, Lobby, etc..

Wir lieben Embassy Suites von Hilton! Nr. 1 Grund für ihre Sicherheit und Sauberkeit! Wir blieben dort 6 Nächte, und es fühlten sich wie zu Hause. Sie haben einen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, TV im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer, und der Kleiderschrank, den wir für das Baby beantragt haben! Plus Punkte für die Waschbecken im zweiten Stock! Ihr Frühstück ist großartig, aber, wissen Sie, sechs Tage mit dem gleichen Frühstück? Ich würde lieber schlafen. LOL! Wir lieben wirklich, wie gemütlich unser Zimmer ist!

I am staying in room 134. The receptionist in the morning was very kind, and the cleaning staff were very diligent. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely come again next time. Excellent!
