Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!

Absolut liebte unser Aufenthalt!! Dieses ist jetzt unser Go-to-Hotel in Flagstaff! Es ist neu, modern und komfortabel. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Eignend für kurze und längere Aufenthalte. Mit Platten, Tassen, sogar ein paar Kochgeräten wie Öffner, Whisky, Spatula, ein kleines Tauchbad und sogar ein kleines Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Lage ist großartig, und selbst wenn die Autobahn dort ist, war das Zimmer ruhig. Großes Fenster zu einem wunderschönen Blick. Die Erde um das Hotel sind wunderschön. Viele Bänke, Spielplatz. Es gibt 24 Stunden kostenlosen Kaffee und Tee im Loungebereich, mit vielen Betten 8 und komfortablen Sitze und Tische. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und vielfältig. Hohe Sitze für Babys sind auch verfügbar. Pool, Fitness, Spiele sind verfügbar. Parkplatz ist nicht kostenlos, aber die Gebühr war sehr vernünftig und wollte überhaupt nicht zahlen. Es ist auch ziemlich sicher, da es überall Kameras gibt. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr. Bezahlen Sie ein wenig extra und Sie erhalten einen sehr komfortabel und angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Great Location and Perks, but Where is the Staff? I’m giving this stay 3 stars strictly due to the service, which was among the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel. The biggest issue is the lack of presence at the front desk. At my scheduled check-in time, the reception was empty. I had to repeatedly shout ”hello” before anyone appeared. This happened throughout my stay—whenever I had a question about the weather or my tour, I had to yell for someone to come out from the back. If you aren't going to staff the desk 24/7, please at least invest in a service bell so guests don't have to shout. The housekeeping staff also seemed to be in their own world. They rarely acknowledged guests; in fact, I frequently found myself holding the elevator door for them to exit before me. When I asked for a shower cap, I was told they simply don't provide them. It’s a shame because the location is actually great and very quiet, with plenty of parking available. The hotel does offer some nice perks, like a free breakfast for guests and complimentary cookies in the pantry. However, unlike other places, the coffee and tea are pre-made rather than freshly brewed. Overall: If you value peace and quiet and don't mind hunting for staff when you need help, the location is fine. But the service culture here needs a serious overhaul.

Es ist bequemer, hier zu bleiben, um in Friegerstaf mit dem Schnee zu spielen. Das Hotel bietet kein Frühstück, keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, Touristenstädte und der Preisunterschied zwischen der Haupt- und Nebensaison ist ziemlich groß. Die Hauptsaison ist mehr als doppelt so hoch.

The location is perfect and all the staff were very friendly. We traveled with our dog so it's good that they have a small dog park near our room. They also provide free EV charging which was very convenient, too. The only thing I can think of is that the shower water pressure was a bit low. However, overall we had a really good experience

Freundliches und einladendes Personal, bequeme Check-in-Zeit für später ankommende Gäste. Großes und sauberes Zimmer, das einzige Manko war der Teppich auf dem Boden. Ausgezeichnete Lage des Hotels für diejenigen, die dann weiter ins Monument Valley fahren müssen. Auch der Frühstücksservice ist hervorragend, viel Auswahl und Angebot zu hervorragenden Preisen!

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village liegt gleich nebenan. Viele gute Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Der Flughafen Mesa ist nur 10 Autominuten entfernt. Die Zimmereinrichtung war zwar etwas schlicht, aber sauber und geräumig. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Bei dem Preis finde ich es ein gutes Angebot.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des malerischen Antelope Canyon und es ist sehr praktisch, ein Auto zu mieten und loszufahren. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich, das Zimmer ist sauber und preiswert. Es gibt ein kostenloses Frühstück und es sind ziemlich viele Leute da. Es handelt sich ausschließlich um westliches Brot, das nicht sehr gut zum chinesischen Geschmack passt.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, 6 km von Horseshoe Bay entfernt. Das Hotel bietet kostenlose Parkplätze und einen großen Parkplatz. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich und sehen frisch renoviert aus. Das Hotelfrühstück ist ebenfalls sauber und lecker. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool und ein Fitnessstudio. 2 km vom Hotel entfernt gibt es Supermärkte und viele Restaurants. Es ist für Selbstfahrer geeignet. Ein Aufenthalt lohnt sich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a bit dated, but the convenient location made up for it. The room was spacious, providing a comfortable environment. The breakfast offered was decent, and overall, it was great value for money.
