NEVER AGAIN!! I was initially assigned a room accessible only through stairs, the paint on the wall was peeling , toilet flush not working, molds in the toilet , safe box not working. I was transferred to another room, no elevator too,only stairs to access it, the toilet was also full of molds , the same problem with the safe deposit box, the fridge smelled disgusting, stain on the bedsheet , the previous guests’ wifi voucher still by the bedside. I’m too tired and needed to be somewhere so i settled in this room . But then at night when I arrived , I found crawling baby COCKROACHES in my chocolate box, in my toothpaste, in my bedside table . LOTS OF THEM!! The water in the pool too is blurry ! I left the very next morning and found a much cheaper room in a nearby hotel. Smaller room but very clean!!! I am truly disgusted with my experience in this hotel !!! This place needs a serious need of updating. They are expensive too compared to other hotels in this city.

I recently had a surprise birthday celebration organized by my family at LM Hotel on September 17. It was a fun and memorable experience, and I was impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. I paid the bill in full via credit card and even left a generous tip to acknowledge the hard work of the servers. However, a week later, I discovered that my credit card had been overcharged. I immediately contacted the hotel to resolve the issue, but what followed was a frustrating experience. I was put on long holds, transferred between departments, and was repeatedly told the issue was due to the bank. Despite their promises to refund the excess charges, weeks have passed, and I have yet to receive any resolution. While the celebration itself was great, LM Hotel’s lack of honesty and accountability in handling the billing issue has left me feeling cheated. It’s disappointing that what should have been a simple fix has turned into an ongoing problem. A hotel that prides itself on service should ensure that their financial dealings are just as professional and transparent as their hospitality. What a SHAME! To all patrons, i hope you will check your bank transactions with this establishment. Who knows you might be another victim of this unfortunate scheme! BEWARE!

IIanMcPAls ich das Ever O Business Hotel zuletzt besuchte, dachte ich, es war ein toller Ort zu bleiben, aber oh wie hat die Qualität gesunken. Nach der Online-Buchung bei Ankunft, obwohl ich für 5 Nächte gebucht hatte, wurde mir ein Fensterloses Höhle wie Zimmer angeboten. Um ein Zimmer mit Fenstern zu bekommen, musste ich eine zusätzliche 1200 pesos zahlen. Zuvor war der Zimmerpreis inklusive Frühstück, aber diese Zeit war es eine zusätzliche Gebühr. Zuvor hatte das Zimmer eine Bar-Kühlschrank, aber diese Zeit, ein Kühlschrank zu haben, war eine zusätzliche 300 pesos pro Nacht. Der größte Beleidigung war die Seife im Badezimmer angeboten. Es war so klein, dass es kaum gesehen werden konnte. Literalmente eine Wäsche über den Körper und es verschwand. Ähnlich wie die Toilettenrolle. Die meisten Toilettenrollen haben mindestens 150 Blätter. Die angebotenen Rollen hatten 50 Blätter und sehr schwer zu ersetzen. Der traurigste Teil war die fünf Kuhsteine, die in der ersten Stunde der Besetzung des Zimmers getötet wurden. Leider kann ich nur das Personal bewerten.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Marcelina, and unfortunately, my overall experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of one particular male manager or who I think is the officer in charge. While I appreciate the efforts of the hotel staff to create a pleasant environment, the conduct of the manager was deeply disappointing. During my stay, I observed that this manager interacting with hotel staff in a manner that can only be described as unprofessional. This behavior was evident not only in his communication with guests but also in his interactions with the hotel staff. As a guest and a former hotelier, witnessing such behavior from a manager not only diminished the quality of my stay but also created a negative atmosphere within the hotel. One specific incident that stood out occurred when I overheard him engaged in a conversation with someone else. The tone and language used were unprofessional and did not align with the standards of hospitality one would expect from a reputable establishment. It was disheartening to witness a manager representing the hotel in such a manner. With his behavior this individual should not be working in a hotel. The impact of his behavior extended beyond my personal observations, as I noticed a visible discomfort among the hotel staff. This created an unfavorable atmosphere that undoubtedly affected the overall guest experience. I believe it is crucial for the management of the hotel to address these concerns promptly. A manager's role is pivotal in shaping the perception of the hotel, and the unprofessional conduct displayed detracts from the otherwise positive aspects of the establishment. In the interest of maintaining a high standard of hospitality and ensuring a positive guest experience, I recommend that the hotel management or owner address this matter promptly. Training programs on professional conduct and effective communication may be beneficial for him and the staff alike.
