Es ist ein fantastischer Ort. Wunderschöne Landschaft, freundlich und ruhig. Die Tour ist auch gut. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Es ist der beste Ort, an dem ich je gewesen bin. Auch wenn es günstig ist, ist es keine Geldverschwendung. Ich empfehle es! Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Wir haben viele Affen, Eidechsen und seltsame Vögel gesehen und das Essen war gut. Die Tour war ein unvergesslicher Anblick und ein wunderbares Erlebnis. Danke an Gammie und Aldren!

We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation. A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

First of all i would like to say thank you to all the staff in Carpe diem especially to Donald! ;) the guy at the reception i really appreciate the helpfulness, and also the treatment he gave us it was a delightful experienced i worked in a service industry too and this is really important to have those excellent service in order to sustain the business, whoever is the owner of this hotel please do appreciate the hard-work of Donald im really glad of what he did for us during our stay, the staff are well trained, and overall the room is huge, and clean the amenities are great:) Thank you Carpe diem! For those who checked a high quality type of service and good place to stay please choose carpe diem by the way the food is great they have a big serving its all fantastic but the most highlight of my stay is the service of Donald;) please send my regards to him M

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich gut, allerdings ist die Klimaanlage in Zimmern mit Badewanne zwar relativ neu, aber dennoch etwas laut. In älteren Zweibettzimmern, die nicht besonders gut sind, gibt es eine Fensterklimaanlage, die recht laut sein kann. Ich empfehle Ohrstöpsel mitzubringen. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Wenn der Check-out länger als zwei Minuten dauert, ruft das Hotel an und erinnert einen daran. Das ist etwas unangenehm, da Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in der Regel eine Pufferzeit von 10-15 Minuten haben und die Gäste nicht direkt anrufen. Das war etwas unangenehm. Obwohl das Frühstück um 10:00 Uhr endet, konnte ich bis 10:30 Uhr essen und hatte noch etwas zu essen. Insgesamt eine 4,5.

Das Frühstück ist großartig und das Abendbuffet mit 400 Pesos ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Personal ist nett und nichts ist ihnen zu viel Mühe. Definitiv der beste Ort zum Übernachten in Puerto Princessa.

Das Hotel macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck, schöne Lobby, Pool etc. Sobald man zu den Zimmern kommt, sieht es furchtbar aus. Die Dekuxe Zimmer gleichen eher einem Gefängnis und stanken extrem nach Schimmel. Nach dem wir das sofort reklamiert hatten, bot man uns die „Premium“ Zimmer an, jedoch für eine Nacht und anschließenden Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer am nächsten Tag. Dies zu einem Aufpreis von 1000PHP/Nacht. Haben wir gemacht, die Zimmer waren definitiv besser. Am nächsten Tag hat man uns ab 8 Uhr morgens 4x belästigt. Zwei mal an der Tür und 2xangerufen, weil die Dame an der Rezeption offensichtlich einen Fehler gemacht hat. Auf dem Zimmerschlüssel steht eine andere Nummer als das, in dem wir untergebracht wurden. Ausruhen war hier deshalb nicht möglich. Nachdem wir dann das Zimmer gewechselt hatten, hatten wir direkt nebenan eine Großbaustelle vom Hotel, welches erweitert wurde. Aufgrund der Hitze arbeiten die Arbeiter früh morgens und spät nachts…

From the moment we left the port, our Matinloc experience already felt special. The boat ride was smooth, and the boatmen immediately assisted us with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Jam from FO/Reservations, who gave us a friendly tour and clear briefing. Even before the trip, Reservations Manager Ms. Jeannette had already been very responsive to my emails, making the planning stress-free. Our VIP villa, perched on a cliff, offered an astounding view that raised the standard of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the generous souvenirs and hygiene kits provided. The staff were consistently attentive and polite special thanks to FO Supervisor Ms. Jhona and their Korean General Manager for adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highlights of our stay included the refreshing fresh fruit shakes, fun water activities, the amazing walking path lined with century-old trees, and of course, the delicious food (their pizza was a standout). The WiFi was surprisingly fast..even powered by Starlink at the port. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of staff recommending where to get beers in town since they don’t sell alcohol on-site. Matinloc truly combines paradise-like views with genuine hospitality. Maraming salamat to the whole team for making this my best El Nido stay so far.. I would gladly return a hundred times over.

Zimmer: Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool und die Landschaft ist sehr schön. Umgebung: Man kann sagen, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr hoch ist. Es gibt einen Pier 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, wo ich auch einen DJI mitgebracht habe, um ihn aufzunehmen atemberaubende Landschaft. Service: Die Servicemädchen sind sehr begeistert, insbesondere Frau Cystal, die Ihnen eine detaillierte Einführung in die Reiserouten gibt, die sie anbieten können, und es gibt auch private Reiserouten im Hotel. Sie können ein Boot chartern, um selbst aufs Meer hinauszufahren. Obwohl die Inselgebühr nicht inbegriffen ist, können Sie tun, was Sie wollen. Wenn Sie die Zutaten kaufen, kann Ihnen der kleine Bruder auf dem Boot beim Zubereiten des Mittagessens helfen.

Umfeld: Das Hotel ist eine günstigere Version des Soleil Garden mit Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen und einer guten Umgebung. Gesundheit: Das Zimmer ist sehr hygienisch, die Bettwäsche, die Klimaanlage und das Badezimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Mangel: Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer ist sehr schlecht. Es liegt zum Flur anderer Gebäude. Es gibt keine Wasserflaschen, Hausschuhe, Fön, Wärmflasche oder ähnliches. Es ist relativ einfach. Tipp: Wenn möglich, buchen Sie das Venus nebenan. Es ist in jeder Hinsicht besser und zum gleichen Preis erhältlich.

I had a good experience overall. The hotel was nice, the buffet food was delicious, and the staff were professional. However, the only downside was the standard double room—it was quite small and didn't have a cabinet or rack for clothing. This made it messy, as there were no hangers provided for drying clothes. It was difficult to fully organize my belongings due to the limited space, and the lighting in the room was quite dim.
