GGastnutzerService was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

MMariaCFrom arriving at the hotel, my family and I felt super welcomed.
The hotel is beautiful and smells delicious. You get a free voucher for a drink at the roof top bar and a lovely jasmine smelling towel. These are some small but really nice touches. We had Lyon as the welcoming staff at the lobby, he is not only handsome but also very helpful and kind haha.
The hotel is REALLY well located near the malecón de miraflores, which is on the coastline. It is a nice place to jog in the morning or walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby in a very lively street.
The hotel roof top bar has music and Latin nights Thursday to Saturday night, and I think it is open for adults 5-11pm. Kids can go before 5pm and enjoy the rooftop infonity pool. It is small but it has a lovely view.
The room we had was enough for 4 of us. We did not try breakfast but it looked nice.
The gym could be improved with some small additions. There are no yoga mats, dumbbells or kettlebells but one multi-purpose machine, and also a walking and bicycle machines.
Unfortunately I did not take too many pics, I am sharing the few ones I took.
I would definitely stay there again.

KKaren Elizabeth BiowThis hotel is flawless. It has a beautiful warm heated swimming pool the rooms are beautiful with the breakfast is perfection. This hotel could use a concierge but it is a very upscale hotel and if you're paying less than $150 a night then you have got a steal for a room. The architectural features and the technology of the hotel was outstanding. You couldn't stay at a more Chic lovely Hotel. Make sure you get breakfast included because it is delicious treat filled with nutritious and exotic foods. Thought was put into every element of the building and in the concept of this hotel.

Pping927Wir kamen am frühen Morgen an und die Rezeption gab mir zwei zusätzliche Flaschen Wasser, die mir wie gewünscht kostenlos aufs Zimmer geliefert wurden. Obwohl es nicht viele Frühstücksvarianten gibt, können Sie mit 7 verschiedenen Menüs immer das finden, was Ihnen schmeckt. Ich wählte mein liebstes englisches Frühstück und der gelieferte Obstteller war großartig. Die umliegenden Geschäfte und Supermärkte sind sehr praktisch und die Zimmer sind in Ordnung.

TTimminsTotally shocked after 2 nights in this hotel. We checked in in evening and wanted to take a shower. But we didn’t have hot water in our room. After calling to reception service man came and told that we need to change room. Reception didn’t answer my calls.
Next day after we came from sightseeing some things disappeared from our room (coffee, cookies and invitation to drinks). During check out nobody helped us to get into the car with our luggage.
And we had only one slippers, one robe in our room. It’s 5 stars hotel! 😅

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer ist sehr groß, sauber und die Einrichtungen sind auch sehr gut. Aber die Isolierung ist normal. Das Frühstück ist normal, aber das Frühstück ist im Allgemeinen nicht so gut. Der Hotelservice ist gut.

GGastnutzerEs wäre besser gewesen, wenn sie uns erlaubt hätten, im Restaurant zu essen und das Essen zu beantragen, das wir aus dem Restaurant mitgebracht hatten. Sie haben es nicht erlaubt und wir mussten auf Etage 6 gehen.
Dann ist das Frühstücksbuffet gut.

KKatdianSehr bequem, neben dem Echtplatz ist es sehr bequem, zu kaufen und zu essen, der gegenüberliegende Platz ist auch sehr heiß, jemand tanzt jeden Tag, es gibt Menschen überall! Es kann ein bisschen schlafen, aber weil ich gewöhnt bin, mit einem Ohrschlaf zu schlafen, ist es nichts! Es gibt auch einen Waffenplatz und Chinatown, sehr nahe am San Martin Square und in der Nähe von San Martin Square, wo immer es bequem ist!! Es ist auch billig, der Service ist auch sehr gut, der Preis ist absolut!
