Service was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

The apartment is very beautiful, super clean and well organized. The city views are incredible—I was lucky to enjoy clear sunsets. I loved that the pool requires a prior reservation and is located on the 29th floor; the panoramic views from there were amazing. During the time slot I chose, there were only about five people in total, which made it feel like a private pool. Check-in was very flexible, and the location was perfect for me because it’s strategically located to visit the historic center, Parque de las Aguas, Lince, San Isidro, and Miraflores. That’s why I highly recommend this place. The host was very kind and helpful, assisting me with the reservations and answering all my questions about the city. The place is very quiet and peaceful.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und in der Nähe des Einkaufszentrums Miraflores, das Hotel ist sauber, aber das Zimmer ist etwas kleiner. Insgesamt ist es es wert!

The receptionists are very friendly, with warm smiles, as they welcome their guests. The facilities are very good and clean. The breakfast is good too!

Wir wurden von Aloft Hotel gepflastert! Carlos vom Front Desk sicherte, dass wir eine tolle Zeit haben, um unsere Geburtstagsfeier in Peru zu feiern! Wir wurden auch ein Eckeszimmer mit großartigen Aussichten und einer besonderen Behandlung angeboten! Das Lobby ist im Niveau L. Das Frühstück war gesund und super mit vielen tollen Optionen! Das Zimmer war riesig! Plus Punkte auf die Dusche, die Spa-Vibes, große Auswahl an Fliesen und Dusche Kopf gibt! Wird definitiv an Familie und Freunde empfehlen! Danke, Carlos, für das Gefühl, dass wir uns besonders fühlen!

The floor and chairs are a little bit dirty. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. The gym is small and not fully equipped.

Sehr bequem, neben dem Echtplatz ist es sehr bequem, zu kaufen und zu essen, der gegenüberliegende Platz ist auch sehr heiß, jemand tanzt jeden Tag, es gibt Menschen überall! Es kann ein bisschen schlafen, aber weil ich gewöhnt bin, mit einem Ohrschlaf zu schlafen, ist es nichts! Es gibt auch einen Waffenplatz und Chinatown, sehr nahe am San Martin Square und in der Nähe von San Martin Square, wo immer es bequem ist!! Es ist auch billig, der Service ist auch sehr gut, der Preis ist absolut!

This location will definitely be my go to when or if I go back to the city I probably try another city only because I like to travel but it was amazing and they had a pool and jacuzzi. With the gym on the roof. The restaurant did different meals for breakfast and when you needed eating utensils they smiled and got what you needed. Also if you asked for ketchup they would make sure you got enough. I’m the pretty sure when the breakfast was done the restaurant became a restaurant with turning on the lights and changing the calm music to more a relaxing soft music. I enjoyed the entire experience. It’s definitely I’m looking forward to in the future!!!

Grundsätzlich ist es ein gutes Hotel in angenehmer Lage, Pool sowie klein ausgestatteter Gym. Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und auch der Kaffee schmeckt. Allerdings finde ich das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht ansprechend. Für diesen Preis erhält man in Miraflores besseren Service (vor allem des Personals) Der Restaurantleiter beim Frühstück sollte ein Beispiel der Freundlichkeit für seine Mitarbeiter sein. Ebenfalls die Kollegen an der Rezeption. Mein Problem wurde schnell gelöst allerdings nicht sehr professionell und kundenorientiert. Für mich spielt es keine große Rolle, da ich selbst aus der Luxushotellerie komme und selbstverständlich einen anderen Service biete. Freundlichkeit sowie Professionalität sollte in diesem Job selbstverständlich sein. Zimmer, Ausstattung, Lage so weit alles ok.

Es wäre besser gewesen, wenn sie uns erlaubt hätten, im Restaurant zu essen und das Essen zu beantragen, das wir aus dem Restaurant mitgebracht hatten. Sie haben es nicht erlaubt und wir mussten auf Etage 6 gehen. Dann ist das Frühstücksbuffet gut.
