Sound proofing of the rooms are real bad. If you are to leave the windows open for ventilation as there is no air condition unit, you will not be able to have a restful night as those rooms facing the street can hear the noise of the people talking and laughing, vehicles noise, garbage truck till very late into the night and early in the morning. Even if you are to close the windows and bear with the poor ventilated room, you can still hear the noises from the street. Otherwise a decent hotel in a good location. Service is lukewarm and just average.

The most impressive thing is the breakfast they provided. Various kinds of food, you can have some hot plates and pancakes with drinks there. My family and I enjoyed it a lot. The location is great too and next to the beautiful Bryggen. Bergen city centre is walkable, you can just walk from the hotel to anywhere like fish market, bergen station and the famous mountains nearby. The least convenience is the bathtub. It's quite high, so for those who is not that tall need to be careful while entering. And the glass cover at bathtub only covers half, water easily spills on the floor. Overall it's a really nice hotel and worthwhile to stay.

Die Lage ist sehr günstig, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Das Bett ist groß und bequem. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist umfangreich, insbesondere die Milch ist sehr lecker. Der Service an der Rezeption ist ausgezeichnet und sehr zuvorkommend. Ein Wasserkocher wäre wünschenswert.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu am Golf von drei Stationen außerhalb der Bahnhof von Bergen, kann in zehn Minuten mit dem Zug kommen. Es gibt zwei Tassen von Selbstversorgungsgetränken. Die Warmwasserbehälter können Mitarbeiter finden, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr enthusiastisch und nehmen Sie die Initiative, mir zu helfen, das Gepäck in das Zimmer zu ziehen. Die Landschaft der Berg-Standorte ist auch sehr gut und ich kann den Sonnenaufgang sehen. Die Wand hat einen Typ C-Schlauch, und es ist sehr bequem. Das einzige Problem ist, dass es in drei Nächten des Aufenthalts fünf oder sechsmal am Morgen und in den Abenden einen elektrischen Sprung gibt. In zehn Minuten kann es wiederhergestellt werden. Ich weiß nicht, ob die Spannung nicht genug ist oder was.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super praktisch, nur etwa fünf bis sechs Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. Auch der zentrale Park und verschiedene Einkaufszentren sowie Geschäfte sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen, auch wenn es vielleicht nicht so zentral wie direkt in einem Einkaufszentrum liegt. Aber die Lage ist ideal, um tagsüber shoppen und essen zu gehen und abends wieder ins Hotel zurückzukehren. Daher finde ich es sehr empfehlenswert. Das Frühstücksbuffet im Hotel ist sehr reichhaltig, es gibt kalte und warme Speisen sowie Obst. Das Personal war auch außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kamen schon um kurz nach 8 Uhr morgens im Hotel an, gaben unser Gepäck ab und gingen dann einkaufen. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Personal, das uns eigentlich erst um 16 Uhr einchecken lassen wollte, konnten wir schon vor 14 Uhr einchecken. Das war wirklich sehr, sehr freundlich.

The location is superb. Just about 5-7mnts walk to train station. Surrounding lots of food. Our room is facing the pond. Wich is very nice. We love the breakfast area. Spacious, pretty coz they put fresh flower on each table. Lots of food choices and Staff is very attentive and polite. Just that our room is at the corner and they forgot to clean the rubbish bin from previous guests. The room is not that big but there is balcony and I love it coz they split the beds and the area where u can take out your shoes (they even put a bench there) and hang ur jackets. Check-in process is pretty fast too. We reached around 3pm and the room is ready. It’s also walking distance to all the major attractions. If we hv a chance, we ll come back again!

Die Lage ist ideal, in der Nähe von Bahnhof und Bushaltestelle, sodass man die Gegend bequem erkunden kann! Auch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und immer gut gelaunt! Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr sauber!

The hotel one is near the harbour and another one is about at city centre. However the hotel photo for both hotel is all the same.I ask for a shower cap at the reception but unfortunately out of stock. Room is huge for us family of 4. Overall pleasant stay.

Das Zimmer ist sauber von Ecke zu Ecke, mit einem Licht, frisch fühlen Sie den Moment, den Sie ins Haus gehen. Jedes Zimmer ist nett und gut organisiert, und die Böden sehen aus, als ob sie gerade geschweißt und gewaschen worden sind. Die Küche ist gemütlich, mit allem an seiner Stelle, und das Badezimmer fühlt sich hell und gut gepflegt. Es gibt keinen Klutter, der umliegt, was den ganzen Raum offen und ruhig fühlt. Insgesamt gibt das Haus einen warmen, sauberen und willkommenen Eindruck.

Comfort hotel is easy to locate. It’s in the city centre. Walking distance from the port, old town, malls, pubs, restaurants and many more. The staff were helpful and always in smile and help to meet the needs of the clients. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, rich and fresh. I have no complaints in overall. My room was clean, in a quiet area and far from the lift. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely comeback here when in visit again Bergen!
