This is my second visit to the Quartz for medical tourism. The location is perfect in a nice part of town and the upper plaza has its own level connected to the New City Medical building and so medical offices are easily and safely accessible to guests. Pool and spa were well maintained and a beautiful garden is also out in the area. Within walking distance is a market and a ****** and little shops. Taxis are easy to find should you need. The rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable robes and attention to details like lighting and temperature. The staff is pleasant and there is always someone who speaks English well enough to communicate. They are friendly and helpful. There is an upscale Spa and artist feel to the place. I will be back.

Well, knowing that this hotel belongs to the Marriott family, it is surprisingly basic. Of course clean but with little care in the interior, the lights the way the customer is received, in general, small things make life better, and here at this Marriott could have been improved very easily. In Tijuana people travel by Uber or taxis from the hotel for many reasons, especially because of poor public transportation, thus, customers wait in the hotel lobby for their taxis, and many customers can coincide at the same time, and there is only a sofa and two armchairs (3 squeezed and 2 like Winston Churchill in single seats) and nowhere else to rest yourself or your bags. This is making the experience a bit off a sort of train station-ish platform. The breakfast is acceptable, providing all you need, but the the dinning area is very dark, badly lighted, to be honest you can’t hardly guess the time at all. The furniture there is very cheap, and doesn’t make you feel I want to read tye newspaper while having breakfast but I just want to finish and leave this 7/11 store. I am sure that I might sound a bit picky, but I am not, it is very easy to make small changes, non expensive that can improve the whole experience greatly. It is a Not a cheap place to stay, let’s remember this.

Der Tau und die Dusche hatten Probleme mit dem Drinn (sie fixierten es nach meinen Beschwerden). Das Frühstück ist großartig und einzigartig, sehr empfehlenswert das Essen und hochwertige Service von Kochen und Fürsten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Had an amazing stay at this hotel during a Music Festival. Definitely enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet and which was staffed by amazing and friendly people who went above and beyond to make our stay great. Celia did an amazing job serving our table and being highly attentive to our groups needs. Will definitely recommend this place in the future.

GOOD: Das Hotel ist geschlossen und sicher, weil es seine gepflegte Parkplätze entfernt das Hotel vom öffentlichen Zugang. Es hat ein Restaurant mit hervorragendem Rib Eye Steak für $20. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sprechen ein wenig Englisch und sie ermöglichen Gäste(s). Es liegt nahe genug, um zu Nachtspots zu gehen, aber weit genug, um eine gute Nachtruhe zu erhalten. BAD: Bett ist nicht das größte und die Bettwäsche nicht die ganze Matratze. Dusche hat warmes Wasser, Zimmer ist grundsätzlich mit begrenzten Kanälen im Fernsehen. UGLY: Der Fitnessraum ist unst. Alles ist zerbrochen. Das Dach des Canvas ist in schlechtem Zustand, da es aus der Regenwassersammlung bald zusammenbrechen scheint. Die Epsee sind immer schmutzig und die Wände zwischen den Zimmern sind dünn. Die Preise steigen in der Woche und das Gesamtvermögen scheint sich zu verschlechtern.

Die Lage ist sehr bequem, etwa 3 km von der Grenzübergangsstelle der USA entfernt, und es ist sehr bequem, Autos zu nehmen. Innerhalb einer Straße von einer Bar, 4500 m von der Revolutionsstraße, kann man zu Fuß gehen. Das Zimmer ist wirklich groß, die Toilette ist noch vorhanden, es fühlt sich ein bisschen schwer, aber es ist noch akzeptabel, und es kann nach einer Weile nicht fühlen. Hinweis: Das Hotel hat keinen Gepäckspeicherservice. Ich habe beim Abgang gefragt, ob ich nicht auf dem Rezeptor gepäckt habe. Ich habe gesagt, es gibt keinen Platz. Ich habe gefragt, ob es irgendwo anders gibt, um das Gepäck zu speichern. Ich habe später $20 für eine Verzögerung bis zum Abgang von 3 Uhr gezahlt.
