Отличный отель Не на первой линии и слава богу, мы выспались вдоволь, без шума и постоянных пибип от транспорта( снимали отель на главной дороге, всю ночь просыпался от сигналов транспорта) Все как обычно отлично у этой сети отелей. Второй раз точно бы приехал

Отель понравился, достаточно большие номера, у нас был из 2 комнат, 2 душевые с с/у и 2 балкона. Очень приветливые, исполнительные и услужливые работники отеля❤️❤️❤️ Единственный минус, далековато от моря и мы не смогли простроить короткий маршрут)

Была в этом отделе 4 ночи. Отель староват, по мебели заметно, но работает все исправно. Обслуживание гостей на высшем, высочайшем я бы доже сказала, уровне. Завтраки вкусные, шведский стол при этом есть официанты, которые принесут вам все что хотите. Уборка номера каждый день. Воду бутилированную каждое утро в номер приносят. В один из дней у нас была экскурсия к 6:00 утра. И так как мы не попадали на завтрак, то нам к 6:00 приготовили на ресепшене ланч-боксы. Это тоже нас очень порадовало. В целом отель, еще раз повторюсь, очень понравился. Спасибо большое!

Отличная локация,все рядом и море и магазины и кафе.Территория чистая,зеленая очень ухоженная,нет постороннего шума только птички поют) Бассейн чистый,вода комфортной температуры,лежаков немного,но в основном все на море и места всегда есть. Номера просторные,потолки высокие,все в номере в исправном состоянии,уборка номеров ежедневно,номера обрабатываются так же и от комаров,что очень актуально,т.к. на окнах нет москитных сеток,в номере есть и фумигатор.Кровать удобная,постельное белье чистое и хорошего качества. Завтрак вполне приличный,но не хватало привычной каши и йогурта. Персонал приветливый. В отели спокойная,комфортная атмосфера с удовольствием вернёмся снова!

Enttäuschend für eine 5-Sterne-Eigenschaft. Sie kontaktierten mich einen Tag vor der Frage, wann ich anmelden würde. Ich kam etwas später als die genannte Zeit und musste noch warten 15-20 Minuten, um das Zimmer bereit zu sein. Check-out war auch langsam. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber alt und brauchen Verbesserung. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte mittels Mittelalternativen. Die Mitarbeiter legen sich kaum an dir an. Im 3-Sterne-Wohnungen mit viel besserem Ergebnis

The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

Sehr freundliches Personal des ganzen Hotels, ein charmantes grünes sauberes Gebiet, ein sauberer Pool, ein gutes Frühstück (viele indische Küche, aber auch europäische Gewohnheiten sind auch verfügbar) , jeden Tag ohne Erinnerungen zu reinigen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig mit 2 Klimaanlagen und einem riesigen Spur, großem Wi-Fi, leider nur 5 Tage von 18 in Goa, weil es für die ganze Zeit keine Platze gab. Eine beschleunigte Schritt zum Meer ist 10 Minuten. In der Nähe der zentralen Straße alle Freizeitinfrastruktur - Cafés, Geschäfte, Obst-Shops. Wir werden froh sein, wieder zurückzukehren! Danke für die Atmosphäre der Gastfreundschaft und freundlichkeit!

Schönes Hotel in der Nähe von schönem Essen am Strand. Personal sehr hilfreich würde empfehlen
