The service was wonderful. The staff were genuinely friendly, not just smiling because they had to. I had an issue with my room, and it was resolved very quickly and with great kindness. The hotel is located close to a market with several restaurants and two supermarkets, one of which is open 24 hours a day. It is also very close to Sea Life and the roller coaster attractions, making it a great choice for families and anyone planning to visit those areas. If your main goal is to visit the city centre, there are several bus routes and a tram stop right in front of the hotel. You can also rent a bike or an e-scooter and enjoy the ride through the park, which is a lovely option in good weather. If the weather is bad, the location is less convenient for getting to the city centre. However, when it isn't raining or extremely cold, the location is excellent and offers a much quieter, greener environment. One feature I really liked was the hotel's fantastic guest kitchen. I didn't use it myself, but it looked ideal for families travelling with children or for anyone planning a longer stay. The hotel also has a gym, a lovely rooftop terrace, and complimentary laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes free of charge. There is also a sauna and a steam room, which are a great bonus after a day of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families with children or for travellers who don't need to be in the city centre all the time and would rather enjoy the surrounding parks and forests while still having easy access to the main attractions.

Der Eingang ist schwer zu finden, indem Sie durch das Einkaufszentrum direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof navigieren. Wenn Sie jedoch die Nebenstraße nehmen, müssen Sie Ihren Koffer über die steinige Straße schleppen, da die Räder Lärm machen schwierig sein, es zu ziehen. Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert und riecht wie ein neues Hotel. Das Design ist sehr gut. Allerdings ließ sich aus Sicherheitsgründen keines der Fenster öffnen. Mir persönlich gefällt das nicht besonders. Aber auch sonst ist alles in Ordnung. Das Hotelbad ist auch sehr groß.

Das Zimmer verfügt über eine offene Küche mit allen Küchenherden. Und wenn Sie eine längere Reise unternehmen, können Sie hier Ihre Wäsche waschen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Zimmer. Das Schönste ist, dass 4 Wäscheperlen kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Zudem müssen Haartrockner von außen ausgeliehen werden und sind nicht in jedem Zimmer vorhanden.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Helsinki, and overall it was a great experience. The location is excellent - right next to Helsinki Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city by train, tram, or metro. It’s perfect for both tourists and business travelers. The hotel itself combines a classic and modern design. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, especially the bed. All essential amenities were well provided, including a fitness center and a traditional Finnish sauna. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast. There was a wide variety of options, from continental dishes to local Finnish specialties, and everything tasted great. The staff were friendly and helpful, although there were minor delays during busy times. Still, the overall service was very good. Das Zimmer war sauber, hatte hohe Decken und wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit Bad! Das Badezimmer war hoch und ich, da ich klein bin, musste klettern, aber das war kein Problem, da ich meinen Freunden nun etwas von meiner Reise erzählen konnte! (Ich habe vergessen, ein Foto zu machen.) Ich glaube nicht, dass es das Problem des Hotels ist ... ************************************. Wenn ich hier allerdings den Fernseher einschalte, kann ich die Stimme nicht hören, also nehme ich an, dass es nicht so schlimm ist. Ich glaube nicht, dass die Wände dünn sind. Reisende müssen also einfach an andere Leute denken und nicht an ***. Ich habe auch gefrühstückt. Ich war beeindruckt von der Vielfalt und wie lecker alles war! Auch die Beerensauce auf dem Joghurt war sehr lecker! Die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, als ich danach fragte.

Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

Insgesamt ist es ein gutes Hotel. Es liegt in Flughafennähe, weniger als fünf Gehminuten entfernt, und das Frühstück beginnt bereits um 4 Uhr morgens. Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit Flug am nächsten Tag. Der Service an der Rezeption war ausgezeichnet. Mein Freund hat sogar die Sauna benutzt, haha. Die Einrichtungen sind etwas veraltet, und die Türgriffe im Badezimmer waren innen und außen locker. Ich habe das bei meiner Abreise an der Rezeption erwähnt, und sie waren sehr dankbar.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel Alles übersteigt unsere Erwartungen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt, und die Lage war perfektnzt zu allem noch ruhig und komfortabel. Der Service war hervorragend, mit freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern, die uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr willkommen fühlen. Die Ausstattung war auch groß, bietet alles, was wir für eine entspannende und nützliche Reise benötigt haben. Als Paar haben wir die gemütliche Atmosphäre und den wunderschönen Details besonders geschätzt. Sehr empfohlen, und wir würden sicher noch einmal hier bleiben!

Overall, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and offered very good quality for the price. The rooms were modern, well-designed, and spotless. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and everything felt neat and thoughtfully arranged. After long days exploring the city, it was a great place to rest and recharge. We also loved the hotel’s unique design and cozy atmosphere—it felt modern but still warm and welcoming. The common areas were spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for relaxing or chatting together as a group. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and key attractions in Helsinki. Breakfast was another highlight: good variety, fresh ingredients, and a nice Scandinavian touch that our group really enjoyed. Overall, Scandic Paasi delivered exactly what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable, and high-quality hotel experience. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Helsinki.
