Hotels mit Fitnessstudio in Benidorm

Need to up early and out to have your room cleaned as it finished at 12, was there 3 nights and room never got cleaned. Had a cockroach crawl sprint across the floor one evening. Also breakfast finished 10:30 or so and the place closed by 10:45. Is a pity as the staff were generally nice but should be better to clean rooms. That aside location is good, rooms.modern and decent pool.

Muy buen hotel, el personal de 10.  El buffet bueno y las bebidas a buen precio. Lo malo es que la habitación que estábamos era muy ruidosa, sin insonorizar se escuchaba la música del hotel que duraba hasta las 00,30 o 1,00 de la noche. La piscina pequeña para la gente que hay, pero para refrescarse vale. No tiene actividades por el día , la reserva de hamacas si bien está escrita en cartel que no se puede . Pero como en todos los hoteles no hacen caso , se fuma alrededor de la piscina y nadie lo corrige será porque estará permitido. Es hotel enfocado para los clientes de habla inglesa, los espectáculos son en inglés y si bien me gusta la música en inglés. Los artistas cuando le hablan al público lo hacen en inglés , ni siquiera un buenas noches para los que somos hispanos parlantes. Hasta tv como la 1 ,3 ,4  ,5 ,6 y demas  al pasar una película la ponen en inglés . Si quieres ver la película en español no se puede , pero si poner subtítulos en español. Es un hotel que si buscas fiesta es ideal, si es para descansar y acostarte a las 12 mejor no vayas ahi .

I can't express enough how lovely the staff was, perfect location and very clean. The receptionist was amazing I can't thank him enough his name was Jefe and what a super star he helped me soo much I need to go back and give him a gift, he should get a raise with everything he does. What an amazing man thank you so much.

Ende August mit meiner Mutter und meiner Schwester für ein paar Nächte. Erste Eindrücke ist das Hotel beeindruckend, einer der schönsten in der Umgebung. Lage ist gut, nahe genug zum Strand und ****** ohne oben auf. Die Boden und die Pools sind sehr schön - aber die Pools sind nicht erwärmt! So war es auch im August schwer zu kommen! Das Buffet Restaurant ist das, was Sie erwartet hätten. Das Frühstück war gut, vor allem der frische Bacon! Abendessen waren etwas wiederholt und das Essen war lukewarm. Das Buffetpersonal war eine gemischte Gruppe. Einige glücklich und freundlich... andere wirklich nicht da sein wollen. Barpersonal in der Poolbar war immer freundlich. Warnen Sie, wenn Sie nicht auf alle inklusive sind die Getränke in der Bar sind teuer. Um €24 für zwei Wodka und Koks. Wenn Sie einen günstigen Deal bekommen können... geben Sie ihm einen Weg!

Loved this hotel it was so clean, staff were very friendly and exceptional service. I would definetly reccomend it. The restaurant was immaculate, food delicious and staff very friendly. There were lots of entertainment, restaurants and markets nearby.

Like all rental Apartments, ours, number 3B was what you make of it. It is located in Vigo off Calle Santander. It's a reasonable walk down to Avenida Armarda de Espania, which is the main Road into the Town Centre, just turn left. To our right after a short walk is the local store. If you continue uphill you will come to a major supermarket . The Apartment is spacious but an extra shelf would be handy. The washing machine in the Apartment was useful.

The hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options.

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.

Wir haben ein wunderbares Wochenende in diesem Hotel und natürlich in Benidorm verbracht. Obwohl wir ihn schon kennen, überrascht uns niemals. Das sehr schöne Hotel, obwohl wir gerne in einer höheren und besseren Etage sein würden. Ich will sehen, ob wir das nächste Mal haben, weil ich gerne zurückkehren möchte. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns sehr vielfältig und reichhaltig erscheint. Schließlich, ein Aufenthalt mit allem erwartet und mehr.

Das Personal ist sehr nett, sie sind Ihnen zur Verfügung und sind wirklich schnell. Sie hat gute Einrichtungen, auch wenn es etwas merkwürdig ist, wie sie verteilt werden. Jetzt, für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ein 4-Sterne-Hotel lassen vieles zu wünschen, die Zimmer sind nicht gut gereinigt, und es ist nicht, dass wir das schmutzige Zimmer verlassen, aber am ersten Blick wird festgestellt, dass sie nicht vor allem das Badezimmer gereinigt haben. Die Gäste laufen und schreien durch die Gänge, indem sie sich schwer schlafen oder sich direkt hinlegen. Die Lage ist gut, in der Nähe des Aufstehens. Wenn es unverletzlich wäre, wäre es etwa 4 Sterne, aber für mich ist es nicht wert.
