The hotel is new and clean. Has free gym and sauna very nice. View from room is great. Service is great! Breakfast is great with variety Cons: It’s about 1.8 km from old town It’s strange they don’t provide bottled water for non members In the lobby, they don’t provide water Will recommend this hotel to friends.

Die Lage war gut, die Bushaltestelle war in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Da es sich um ein neues Hotel handelt, war die Inneneinrichtung stilvoll und das Zimmer verfügte über ein geräumiges Bett und ein allgemeines Gefühl von Freiheit. Es gibt auch eine Badewanne. Leider konnte ich nicht in die Sauna gehen, da diese nur bis 21 Uhr geöffnet war. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn Sie bis 22 Uhr öffnen könnten. Hilton ist ein Restaurant, das ich wärmstens empfehlen kann.

I had a great stay at Metropool Spa Hotel and would happily come back. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast was a real highlight — for €15 per person, it offered fresh fruits, good coffee, lactose-free milk, soy milk, and even salmon. Everything was fresh and well presented, making it a great start to the day. The spa facilities were also impressive. There’s a small swimming pool and four different types of saunas. My favorite was the Finnish sauna, where you can create löyly (a burst of steam) simply by pressing a button. While there’s no traditional cold plunge pool, there’s a cold water shower positioned right in front of the Finnish sauna, which worked perfectly for cooling down between sauna sessions. Overall, the combination of a comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and relaxing spa made it a very enjoyable visit.

Sehr günstige Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens, eines großen Einkaufszentrums und neben einem wunderschönen See. Dies ist das zweite Mal, dass wir hier waren. Es gibt auf jeden Fall alles, was Sie brauchen

Ich war 3 Nächte lang für eine kleine Einzelreise. Das Hotel ist nur wenige Gehstrecke nach Old Town und auch in der Nähe der Bahnhof. Ich liebe das Zimmer, und ich hatte jeden Tag eine gute Ruhe.

Alles entspricht den Standards, aber es gibt ein Problem mit dem Parken: Es ist kostenpflichtig, und das automatische Ein-/Ausfahrtsystem funktioniert nicht richtig, was für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht sehr respektabel ist.

The hotel’s location was excellent and the cleanliness was good, but the service was very poor. At breakfast there was a long queue; I ordered a coffee and it arrived after 1 hour. I reminded them four times that I had ordered a cappuccino. They said there were many people and they couldn’t serve it right away. After I got angry, it finally arrived in 2 minutes 😇 we can’t sleep because of the noise from the air conditioner’s motor.

Bra läge nära det mesta i Tallinn. Bodde i superioravdelningen i en separat byggnad på våning 7. Lugna och tysta rum, men de känns lite slitna. Frukosten var standard, inget mer. Med tanke på priset känns hotellet inte riktigt prisvärt.

Ogólnie 10/10. Kontakt z obsługą jest na najwyższym poziomie. Hotel sam w sobie położony w domu gdzie są inny mieszkańcy i parę pokoi na wynajem. Intuicyjne informacje podawane przez obsługę ułatwiają check in, zostawienie bagażu czy też pomagają w jakichkolwiek problemach. Sam pokój bardzo ładny, wyposażony solidnie, z własnym internetem i dostępem przez tv do wszystkich aplikacji. Łazienka bardzo bogato wyposażona we wszystkie kosmetyki. Położenie ok 30 min pieszo od centrum. Pod hotelem jest przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy. W okolicy są różnego rodzaju fast foody jakby kogoś późnym wieczorem naszedł głód

Dirty bathroom with mould. They cleaned it after we complained to about 75%. Felt like we were penalised booking through trip.com as we had 3 rooms for six nights and there was zero flexibility on changes or welcoming/accommodating hospitality. Strange way to treat guests at Christmas. Will avoid Radisson in future.
