Fantastisches Zimmer mit privatem heißen Frühlingstube und fantastischem Service, um mit ihm zu gehen mit unserem Hauptkontaktpunkt Wang 雨. Sie war aufmerksam und hat uns immer sofort und professionell geholfen, konnte nicht mehr fragen! Das Frühstück war erstaunlich und das beste Frühstücksbuffet, das ich hatte. Das Zimmer war riesig und ausgezeichnet eingerichtet, und alles, was wir brauchen, wurde bereitgestellt. Keine Beschwerden über unseren Aufenthalt hier, und würde diesen Ort definitiv jedem empfehlen. Zum Erreichen der Aussicht war es fantastisch vom Balkon mit guten Aussichten auf das Feuerwerk des Neuen Jahres.

酒店很漂亮，環境優美，處處是景，休閑散步很舒適，自帶室外温泉，不過由於天較熱沒有去體驗，衹在外面看了下，很有意境。房間很大，乾淨整潔，床睡着很舒服，衞生間也非常大。膠囊咖啡機，迷你吧一應俱全，連吹風機都配備的是戴森。帶陽台，床面對着整面的玻璃移門，現野開闊通透，令人心曠神怡。服務周到，管家提前一天即已主動聯繫，發送酒店位置、內部活動以及南山竹海遊覽地圖等各種訊息，全程提供服務，反饋及時。早餐很豐盛，中式西式品種齊全，味道不錯，還有扎肝、麪疙瘩等物色點心，水果有荔枝、龍眼以及常規的西瓜、西瓜等等。家人們都很滿意。

Wonderful resort. The swimming pool is excellent because it has a section for children and for adults and it is connected. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. Within the resort there is also a lake with a children's playground and a small zoo. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. we will definitely come back here. 😁😁😁

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

Food: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

Das Hotelrestaurant „Bamboo Feast“ verwendet saisonale Bergspezialitäten wie weißen Liyang-Sellerie mit Trüffeln, fünf Jahre alte Huadiao-Trunkenkrabben und berühmte Burgunderweine und verwandelt so Geschmack und Vision in Kunst.   Öffnen Sie einfach das Fenster und Sie können das weite Meer aus Bambus sehen. Die Yunqi-Seilbahn ist gleich um die Ecke. Wenn Sie zwischen ihnen spazieren gehen, haben Sie das Gefühl, in einem grünen Wunderland zu sein. I stayed here midweek. the experience was excellent overall. From the friendly staff to spotless rooms, everything was more than I expected at this low price point. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well designed. The staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay and breakfast, although a little limited, was fresh and tasted good. Highly recommend!

服務： Willa服務很好哦，房間住得很滿意，大廳很乾凈，給我升級了房間還送了水果，下次還會來住的！ 設施：整體色調很好，乾爽，不像其他酒店進去一股黴味。枕頭開始覺得應該很不好睡，但是居然很好躺，不會肩頸不舒服。對了，隔音效果很好。 自助早餐可選的炒菜品類不多，基礎的粥食、飲品，水果、壽司都有。牛肉粥好喝的！ 服務：工作人員態度很好，就是沒有自主的軟件，可以整一個。 整體來説，很滿意，下次還會選擇。

Es ist zufrieden, mit uns in Verbindung stehende Wang Jay Manager ist professionell und fragte nach den Tieren. Wir kauften ein sehr gutes Haustier Frühstück, Hühnerfleisch, Seeblumen, Pflaumen, gesünder als unser Frühstück. Das Zimmer ist groß genug, der Hund kann laufen. Es gibt viele Orte, die umgeben sind, und die Landschaft ist super gut, um den See zu laufen. Die Menschen leben komfortabel, der Hund freut sich auch, wirklich empfehlenswert.
