Ich nahm meinen Sohn am Flughafen um 11:30 Uhr und bevor ich mich in der Heißroth und Pool entspannen genossen. Ich genossen meine Erfahrung sehr und werde Hilton für zukünftige Reise wählen. Frühstückswahlen waren auch hervorragend.

Sehr sauber und sauberes Hotel. Zufälligerweise traf ich einen Fußgänger-Ferientag, konnte ich nicht zur rechten Tür des Hotels fahren und konnte kein Parkplatzeingang finden. Telefonanschluss, sehr vorsichtig, suche jemand zu kontaktieren. Sehr guter Service.

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was amazing ! Kids love the indoor pool ! Recommened for the families.

We had late check-in due to our flight coming in late. The girl at the front counter was very kind and helpful. We appreciated being able to get up in the morning and have great choices for breakfast! We've stayed here before, and we'll definitely stay here again!

Hotel nya bersih,makan pagi cukup lengkap ala western, lokasi agak jauh dari down town tapi di dekat hotel ada outlet sepatu branded dan ada juga resto tapi saya tidak terlalu explore sekitar hotel, didepan hotel ada stop bus ke down town kalo bawa mobil sendiri ya ngak masalah. Harga paling reasonable untuk waktu saya menginap week end.kamar cukup luas ada sofa dan ada balcony nya.

It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach, which is very convenient. The room was clean. The only downside was that I had to provide my billing address to the receptionist because of a communication issue between Trip.com and *******.

The hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes,fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.

Hotel is newer so feels fresh and clean. Our room and bedding had a bit of a stale smell, I asked to have the pillows swapped after the first night as I immediately noticed the “greasy” smell when I went to bed. Although they exchanged the pillows, the second set was no better so I sprayed them with some aromatherapy I happened to have on hand. Overall nice hotel, front desk staff could be more friendly and professional, but not a big problem.

Das war ein zweitägiges Abfahrt für mein Mann und ich. Große Lage, wir gingen überall. Der Deck war ein wenig schmutzig, aber es gibt Bauen, die um diese Lage gehen. Der Gepäckwagen dumpt die großen Bins um 5:30 Uhr ist so, wenn Sie eine frühe Aufwachen anrufen. Das Hotel selbst ist eine gute Wahl, Restaurants sind auch gut. Keine Pub mehr, aber sagt nicht das online. Alles in allen guten Aufenthalt.

Lage ist sehr gut da direkt an Hauptstrasse die zum Flughafen sowie Stadtzentrum führt. Shoppingcenter Orchard Park direkt gegenüber. Ausstattung und Grösse der Zimmer im Tower sehr gut.
