BBaifangDieses Hotel ist das detaillierteste Hotel, in dem ich in Kanada übernachtet habe! Die Lage ist in der Fußgängerzone, die Dekoration ist exquisit, das Bad ist voller L'Occitane und es gibt zwei Paar Hausschuhe! Geliebt, Kaffee ist auch eine sehr gute Marke. Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Victoria gehe, werde ich mir keine anderen Hotels ansehen. Das Fünf-Sterne-Lob ist es auf jeden Fall wert.

The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, the high standard of hygiene and the great service really stood out.

CCindyTsangDie Lage ist etwas von der Stadt entfernt; wenn Sie ein Auto haben, ist es kein Problem. Straßenparkplatz ist gut; Sie können $19 pro Nacht zahlen. Die Wohnung ist riesig für zwei Personen. Die Einrichtungen sind in guter Zustand. Es gibt zwei Dyson-Fans, einen im Wohnzimmer und einen im Schlafzimmer. Wir waren im Sommer hier, aber die Temperatur in der Nacht war um 12-14. Es ist gut, nicht AC im Zimmer zu haben, und das Zimmer fühlt sich noch cool genug mit der Balkontür und den unteren Fenstern im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer, auch ohne die Fans zu wechseln. Es gibt Waschmaschinen mit Trocknungsfunktion im Zimmer, die frei zu benutzen sind, aber Sie müssen Ihre Reinigungsmittel bringen oder sie auf dem Vordertisch kaufen. Ich mag die Lebensumgebung und die frische Luft hier. Da es am Hauptweg ist, genossen ich den ruhigen Abend ohne Verkehrslärm.

We took Uber direct from Victoria Airport to hotel only 37 mins. Connector bus terminal just right at the corner which we took on the way back direct to Vancouver Airport.
It is right at the center of downtown, walking distance can reach major Victoria's key tourist destinations and very accessible to many eateries nearby.
The hotel is clean and simple, but not too many facilities. Only have one Starbucks and a Pizza corners serving breakfast and pizza in evening. But with the accessible location, its all good. I will definitely return since its really a convenient location with value for money room rate.

GGastnutzerThe Accent Inns Victoria is a MUST STAY! A friend and I arrived last night for one night as we had a friend having surgery at Royal Jubilee Hospital. Amanda at check in was so awesome. She was friendly, fast and so helpful with all of my questions and even gave me an extra duck! Our room was immaculate, smelled nice and the beds were so comfortable. Extra pillows in the closet was a definite bonus! The location from the hospital couldn’t have been better. And the lobby is awesome because they have a coffee machine and tea so you can fill your to go mugs and be on your way! Bin 4 burger is attached so grabbing a bite and drink was so convenient. 10/10-I would recommend this motel to anyone and look forward to staying there again!

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist in einer großartigen Lage, um mitten in der Stadt zu unternehmen. Wir parkierten in ihrem Untergrundparkplatz, während wir dort waren. Selbst wenn wir auschecken, konnten wir unser Auto bis 4 Uhr im Lot halten (aber mit dem Vorderbrett nur incassieren).

GGastnutzerDie Lage des Hotels ist schön, die Autofahrt ist bequem, die Rezeption des Hotels stellt die nahe gelegenen Attraktionen enthusiastisch dar, bietet auch eine Karte und gibt eine sehr klare Anleitung. Das Hotel-Restaurant ist wunderschön und lecker und hat ein großes Gewicht. Es dauert nur 3 Minuten, um in die Nähe des Stadtzentrums zu fahren, es gibt einen großen Supermarkt, McDonald's und ein japanisches südkoreanisches Restaurant, sehr bequem.

GGastnutzerI felt it was odd that they didn't provide free parking with their rooms at such a remote location. There is a pool next door available for about $45 however it closes at 7pm on Friday and Saturday. It appears on the website it is included but there is a link showing the costs.
There is no shopping yet in the location. The pro shop did not have any medium or large ladies shirts available and I couldn't see any golf balls with Bear Mountain Logo.
The room and view were amazing. Staff was wonderful. They played soft music in the restaurant in the evening. We enjoyed the hot tub outside in the garden. Go there to golf; bike or quiet time.

BBeimeitanxianjia房間衞生還可以，但比較簡陋，沒有熱水壺，衹有最簡單的咖啡機，讓人驚訝的是，竟然連瓶裝水都沒有提供。前台印度小哥，辦入住也很慢，問了各種訊息輸入電腦後，最後竟然給我個表格讓我把剛才的訊息再填寫一遍，這入住效率在加拿大確實第一次遇見。現在是淡季，空房很多，竟然給我安排了一個緊靠電梯的房間，我説能否換一間，他説那就要加錢升級，徹底無語了。總之感受很一般，不推薦。

MMichellephenomenal experience at this amazing hotel. All the staff were so sweet and amazing. The indian front desk consoled us in the middle of the night at 4am when we thought the hotel was ******* (it wasn’t’t it’s just us). The hotel offered free gummy bears in the lobby, and when we asked for more, they gave us a whole bag!!! (1 kg, selling for 13 bucks on amazon) The gummies are also such good quality they melt right in my mouth when you put them in. The amenities are so chic and high quality i could eat a child. (my friend typed this idk what she meant) The kitchen equipment is also quite well. The staff also helped us scared a ghost away, we slept like a baby the second night after bathing in the tub. no ac was a bunmer tho.🤞🤞😩😩
