The location is easily accessible. Front office staff very cordial. Toiletries abundant. Hot water supply is not an issue. Restaurant gives food of appreciable quality. The only downside is the size of the room. Whereas in the website it is noted to be 25 sq. Mtrs, it cannot be more than 150 to 160 sq. Ft. Accommodates only 2 chairs besides the king size bed. Not spacious enough to accommodate a table on which one can have coffee or snacks. Considering this, the amount charged for the room is more but, the overall experience is nice as the staff are accommodative and helpful.

The Scindia City Gwalior is a must visit place. Coming to the hotel, the hotel is old one. Demands nice renovation. Rooms are very neat and clean so is the bathroom. The most important aspect is food. The food is too too too Good. So much variety whether is Breakfast or Dinner. Children and peoplw of all age will love the food. Moreover the taste of food is top notch. No complaints. One of the best restaurant of this hotel.

The hotel is located near to Railway Station as well as in Market Area. Most of the tourist places are nearby. The property is old and renovation work is going on. The rooms on 1st and 2nd floor are ok types, have all the basic things. The hotel staff is cooperative, the property has a restro called Swad which serves delicious food, though little costlier wrt Gwalior. It also has a terrace Restro, having fort view in the night. Overall, a decent stay for short duration.

Renovation of this 180 yr history tracing heritage property neared completion a few months back and we decided to try what the Taj group had in offer for their guests . Verdant greens greeted us at the outer gates even as a royal welcome with blowing of traditional horn and “ Aarti” awaited at the steps leading up to the grand entrance and lobby. Riya, supervising the front desk team, then took charge to ensure we got the best this Palace could offer throughout our stay right upto a rare warm send off - embodying Taj hospitality in the truest sense. All other members of staff who we interacted with, were also warm, friendly and welcoming - Ishika & Muskan, Dhruv, Sanny among others. Once inside, the property transported us to a royal past through heritage furnishings, murals, paintings, filigree work, stone corridors and courtyards, marble pillars, et all. A blue tiled large, pool with arched bridges leading to tent styled decks in the middle, situated in the centre of a manicured expanse of garden was a feast for the eyes. Taj have erected a few luxurious tents at one side of it , adding to the heritage look. Need one add that all this is accompanied by state of art modern comfort and amenities. All other facilities like a regular swimming pool, gym, spa, restaurant, a royal bar with resplendent furnishings exist to meet all your demands. Of course rooms and suites for all tastes and budgets exist done up with care to minimise any compromise with their heritage design and layout. Few minor fault lines may be encountered in a corner or two, but maintenance of a heritage property in its original look is difficult, and managerial team are willingly open to guests’ suggestions. A-park is nestled off any significant arterial road inside what can be largely described as a residential neighborhood. The hotel is perfectly suited for a quick trip where you need a spacious room, good linen, air conditioning and a clean bathroom. The housekeeping is acceptable and the boys are willing to help. I didn't need to try the food so can't comment on the kitchen, but they have room service till 10pm. I stayed for 2 nights and if i need to travel to gwalior again, will definitely consider staying at a park.
