Recently renovated heritage hotel. Very clean and full of charm. The staff were attentive and welcoming, but sometimes fell a little short of what you would expect from this 5 star chain of hotels. For example, one day we returned after a full day exploring the city and our room had not been cleaned. One evening we ate in the restaurant and ordered two dishes, but only one arrived. One evening we went to 5 o’clock cocktails but there was no bartender in the bar. And the first morning we had breakfast we were told it was buffet only; I asked if there was any a menu and was told no, only to realize later that there was in fact a menu full of delicious options. This hotel has potential to be amazing but it needs to pay attention to the details.

The hotel is located near to Railway Station as well as in Market Area. Most of the tourist places are nearby. The property is old and renovation work is going on. The rooms on 1st and 2nd floor are ok types, have all the basic things. The hotel staff is cooperative, the property has a restro called Swad which serves delicious food, though little costlier wrt Gwalior. It also has a terrace Restro, having fort view in the night. Overall, a decent stay for short duration.

The hotel is very near to gwalior station it won't even take you 5 mins to reach there, its clean at a very good place, where you can access any and everything at any given point of time and the room was very spacious and comfortable and peaceful as well,the staff was also good, this was my 1st time there but at my next visit I am gonna stay there only.

The location is easily accessible. Front office staff very cordial. Toiletries abundant. Hot water supply is not an issue. Restaurant gives food of appreciable quality. The only downside is the size of the room. Whereas in the website it is noted to be 25 sq. Mtrs, it cannot be more than 150 to 160 sq. Ft. Accommodates only 2 chairs besides the king size bed. Not spacious enough to accommodate a table on which one can have coffee or snacks. Considering this, the amount charged for the room is more but, the overall experience is nice as the staff are accommodative and helpful.

I stayed in The Ved Mantra, Gwalior in May 2022 ***** with my family. I booked directly with the hotel and got better rates than those available online. Upon arrival, I found the hotel to be conveniently located. The rooms were nicely furnished and very clean. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. We had our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel and the food was quite good. They have a nice restaurant with indoor and open-air seating and also a Kitty hall for functions. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to everyone.

We had gone for a one night stay. The room was clean and spacious, the washroom was okay. The hotel serves good food, the staff is helpful. This is a hotel that can easily take itself up a notch. Cost is on the higher side considering the ambience. Paying a little more attention to its upkeep would make it worth the cost. Lack of parking is a major issue.

GGastnutzerIt's an below average hotel. The room in which i stayed was ok but not according to charges. The rooms are definitely not worth rs 1300. Ac was also broken even at 18 degree it was not cooling properly.

Additionally, the staff came across as unhelpful and somewhat irritating, which made the experience less enjoyable. Overall, i would not recommend this place.

GGastnutzerHotel location is right in middle of lo-hiya bazar in gwalior. The room is tidy. Only downer was that they didn't have electricity back generator. During my stay the power went on and off several times due to which they couldnt make the breakfast. Plus i noticed some senior citizens had to climb 3 floors by stairs due to no power back up. Food is really good. The staff is friendly and helpful though.

GGastnutzerProperty location is close to bus stand and railway station i. E. 2-3 km. Food menu includes veg & non veg both options but prices are on a higher note. Once can easily find good options outside hotel or can swiggy/zomato if required. There is a problem with lift, sometimes it stopped working and you have to carry your luggage by your own. Property also includes banquet which sometimes create loud noise of music that can affect your stay specially in night. But overall it was a good stay in per day. We were also allowed early check-in without any extra cost. It should be asked first clearly before reaching on any agreement. I will love to stay in the same property again if i got a chance to visit gwalior due to its location and room.

GGastnutzerCheck-in experience was not so good. Hotel manager asked me to shift in two single bed room instead of the deluxe double room, after argument they agreed to give the double deluxe bed. Rest of the things are quite good. They gave us good room services. Rooms are spacious with dining table, sofa and a 32 inch tv.

Just 10 min walking distance from the railway station. All the major tourist attractions are within a radius of 5 km. Courteous staff and excellent service. Food quality is top-notch. Traveled with my family and had an amazing stay here. The management also allowed late check-out for us making it convenient to catch our train. Highly recommended for leisure travel, especially if traveling with family.
