While returning from Kaziranga, we stayed here overnight since we had to catch the morning flight on return. Considering our very good experience in Kzziranga, in the hotel of the same owner, expectations had increased. The location was nice, but I did not realise that Guwahati would be so so crowded :-). Unfortunately, the wear and tear and the lack of basic maintenance was showing. One could not sit on the chair since the seats needed to be refurbished, changed. What I saw the moment I entered the room can be seen in the picture. Other walls (e.g. under the window) had the same problem. Was very very disappointed. My request and suggestion to the management......it does not take more than one day to get one room fixed up --- paint and chair cushion etc. For the price of the room, we did not expect this, really.

Das Zimmer war gut. Das Frühstück ist etwas, auf das sie wirklich arbeiten können. Der Geschmack sowie der Service. Die Ausbreitung war ok. Der Geschmack war nicht bis zum Marke. Alles hatte überschüssige Salz in ihm.

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my marriage anniversary . The rooms are spacious and airy. Broad corridors , clean lobby, nice cosy restaurant. The staff are very helpful. The food is very tasty and served hot. I plan to come and stay again

I usually go to ***y different hotels due to my work but out of all my favourite will always remain vivanta. The food, hospitality, environment everything is great over here. A special thanks to Mr. Dawa for being very vigilant and making sure that we had a comfortable meal. Kudos to all the staff members, keep up the good work.

- Unsere 2 Zimmer wurden upgraded - Zimmer waren sauber und Haus-halte war ausgezeichnet - Komplimentar Frühstück hat so ***y Optionen zu wählen - Alle Dienstleistungen waren ausgezeichnet - Das Restaurant Personal ist erstaunlich 4/5 ist wegen des Pancake, den wir bestellt haben, aber Wir haben nie eingegangen. Anweisungen zum Betrieb des Aufzugs wurden zunächst nicht erteilt. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung erstaunlich.

Best ever place to book. Ambience, food , rooms and staff are amazing and very professional. Would love to book this place everytime id visit gauhati. Pool is cream and the room is very quick. Gym area Is a big place with every equipment available. M very happy with the different dishes available and the taste is very good. 5 star from my end. Thank you kiranshree 😃

A colleague asked me to stay in this hotel. Generally I preferred staying in Pragati Manor or Lily while in Guwahati. This time I tried this hotel but the experience has been far from satisfactory. First one - irresponsible behaviour. After making the reservation online for the stay at this hotel, I sent an email seeking help for an airport pick up as I would be reaching late. No response came for a day. Then I called their board number and requested for an airport pick up. I was told that it would be confirmed soon and details would be shared. Till I was boarding the flight to Guwahati there was no information. After I landed, I called the hotel and they said the same thing - driver would call. The driver from an app based cab company called and said he was on his way. The cab arrived half an hour after the scheduled time! I could have simply booked an Uber had the hotel gentleman told me that they won’t have pick up facility. Second, room was given in another building saying it was a new one. Room was decent and amenities were average. Good thing was there was no plastic water bottle, instead a one litre glass bottle was there with water. There was no refill though! Breakfast was just average. Cut fruits had small flies on them. Coffee machine brewed something that was not drinkable! While I came to the reception to speak to the duty manager, the bell boy told me he had gone to the washroom who actually was having breakfast in the dining hall in one corner! One request to the management of the hotel - please be sensitive to your guests and ask your people to be responsible. You can do much better as you have a good property. Thank you.

Die Check-in war reibungslos und das Personal freundlich. Zimmerservice ist schnell und das Essen ist wunderbar. Das Frühstücksangebot hat keine ***y Optionen, aber immer noch ist es gut genug. Sie müssen sich Ihre Schritte vor Augen haben, obwohl die Bodenfläche des Rezeptionsbereichs und das Restaurant in ***y Ebenen und die Chancen für Trip ist sehr hoch. Aber die unten ist die kleine Zimmergröße und kleine Badezimmer. Ich hatte in der Exekutivkammer, die rund Rs. 7000 pro Nacht kostete, aber der Raum war zu begrenzt. Einige meiner Kollegen waren in den üblichen Rs. 5000 pro Nacht, wo es kaum genug Raum war, um das Gepäck zu bewahren und nur ein einsamer Stuhl konnte in dem Zimmer für jemanden sitzen. Keine Chance, Freunde oder Besucher für eine Tasse Tee zu haben.

Ich bin Architekt und reise nach Guwahati für eine Arbeit einmal in 40 Tagen. Ich möchte aus folgenden Gründen in Kiranshree Portico bleiben: 1.excellent Lage (Paltan Basar Busstand). 2. große Zimmer mit komfortabler Mathematik. 3. ausgezeichnetes Frühstück verteilt. 4. gutes WLAN. 5. gutes und freundliches Personal. 6. Piping Hot Water in den Toiletten 7. Wert für Geldbereiche für Verbesserung 1. sollte größere TV-Bildschirme installieren. 2. Seit seiner neben dem Busstand wird es sehr laut am Morgen, da die Fenster nicht HV Doppelglas 3. Segregation von nass & trockene Bereiche im WC. Freude an Team Kiranshree Portico
