At my previous booking the allocated room was always at 7th or 8th floor and was spacious incomparison to my this booking. And specifically i always mention room at high floor. And the ac directly opposite to the bed was not working though it was centralized ac but the vents had some problem due to which the air flow was not coming. Otherwise everything was good since i have booked the hotel previously also few times

Pallavi from Indeschen Travel Studios Pvt. Ltd. arranged our most recent trip to Guwahati, Kaziranga and Meghalaya as a very wonderful and comfortable travel. She arranged for us travel, hotels and car for local sightseeing. It was perfect and we enjoyed the trip very much. I appreciate the professionalism shown by her in making these arrangements. She and her colleague Rohit were always available when needed and were willing to help at all times.

Best homestay in our whole Assam and Meghalaya trip. It is very near to the airport and so cabs are easily available. The caretakers are helpful and the owner is very friendly and informative. Rooms are neat and clean -towel, blankets, linen are good, washed and clean, bathrooms are well maintained and clean. Garden is beautiful with good sitting arrangement. Their terrace Garden is a must visit in the evening to enjoy the sunset. Not lesser than a 4 star hotel with a homely touch to it.

Das Hotel befindet sich auf einem gebrochenen Weg ****** Paltan Bazar; der Zugang ist schwierig. Das Außensehen des Hotels inspiriert kein Vertrauen. Die Rezeption / Lobby ist klein und dünn. Aber das alles wird von dem Zimmer, das ich gewählt habe: Deluxe Kategorie. Das Zimmer war riesig von allen Standards, Speiche und Spaziergang, mit L-Form Sofa, Stundentisch und dem üblichen Bett, TV, Kühlschrank usw. Es hatte auch einen Balkon, der in diesen Tagen selten ist. Das Personal sah entbehrlich aus, aber war freundlich und kooperativ. Das Essen ist vernünftig bezahlt und schmeckt. Das Frühstück ist begrenzt und zu Hause. Tarif, sehr vernünftig. Empfohlen für Mittelhaushaltsreisende.

GGuest UserDas Zimmer war gut. Das Frühstück ist etwas, auf das sie wirklich arbeiten können. Der Geschmack sowie der Service. Die Ausbreitung war ok. Der Geschmack war nicht bis zum Marke. Alles hatte überschüssige Salz in ihm.

GGastnutzerAmazing place for stay n conference. Food, service, location, proximity to Railway station, Bus Station, city Mkts etc makes it a best choice for conference. Room has all basic amenities. Breakfast menu was good. Nice restaurant serving great choice of snacks, deinks and food. Their Biryani was one of the best I have ever had. More surprisingly, it was tasting better in this Far East City then some of the known cities serving it. Great experience of staying with them.

GGastnutzerWir reservierten es in Notfällen. Ich mag das Zimmer nicht nach Preis. Nehmen mehr als aber das Zimmer war klein. Bad auch klein, Geyser nicht arbeiten. Bitte um zusätzliche Handtücher. Fernseher hat nicht die notwendigen Kanäle. Nur regionale Kanäle und einige freie Kanäle. Nehmen Sie zusätzliche Gebühr für die Beantragung von Warmwasser zu trinken, da sie keine elektrische Kettle im Zimmer haben. Darüber hinaus sind die Preise für Lebensmittel so hoch. Und kein Thali-System. Fast 800 für Rice Bowl von 1⁄2, Hühner Curry, Ölpapad, Ölgemisch Gemüse (riesige Menge für zwei, keine halbe Platte System), Dal. Nehmen zusätzliche 20 für Wasserflasche, die hätte in einem Deluxe Zimmer geliefert werden sollen. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht.

This is to bring in your notice, we had and requirement in the month of July for 1 single room and 20-25 pax banquet. Banquet team Bobby and Dikshita was very kind and very helpful . But today morning I spoke to Adiya your manager, he was too rude to talk to customer and and was too loud, no manners to talk to. I was just asking him that if he can help me with 1 email from banquet and rooms he was telling me it will not be possible and said how many rooms you want I said 1 than he said for 1 room we cannot do rate discount and wait I am getting a call will call you back. And he hung the call. Again when I called him I asked you are talking to me and suddenly you cut the call. Yes I got another call and that was important, when I was telling this is not the way he started raising his voice and when I asked can I get your GM number he said I am GM, I also told him I used to work in Hotel Industry this is not the way to talk to customer. I got reference from my colleague that Shoolin Grand is good if this is good than sorry we do not want that. I don't want to punish him he will realized his mistake but in customer service here is the worst . Hope you will rectify the mistake . All the best ADITYA and relax and work calmly that will help you to grow more.

GGastnutzerI stayed in this hotel to celebrate my marriage anniversary . The rooms are spacious and airy. Broad corridors , clean lobby, nice cosy restaurant. The staff are very helpful. The food is very tasty and served hot. I plan to come and stay again
