The room was a decent one and clean, however, there were multiple power cuts and the lights started to flicker at night that too with a loud noise.

The hotel is in noisy area

* We stay for a week in the hotel and We found very familiar approach and support from all the hotel staff. *The food, Hotel rooms, dinning area and housekeeping was very excellent. * The behaviour of house keeping and service department was very polite and help us arrange the all the things as per requirement. * Hygiene was very well maintained in the Rooms bathrooms and all over hotel. * As we were travel with our toddler. In this case housekeeping department did special care of us. I specifically very thankful to Mr. Rohit Bose, Sahil, Renu, Vivek and Aalam who all taking care of us.

The surrounding was positive and happening. Mahipal was a very hospitable host and provided amazing service. The food was finger licking and the service was amazing. Thanks for the good stay. One feedback- you must have your private parking space, it is the first 4star property I’ve seen without parking

Wonderful experience!! Excellent food and fantastic room service. Room is very nicely kept. Decoration was optimum level. Overall a very comfortable stay. I would recommend this for anyone who wants a comfortable stay with good food.Keep it up👍🏼

The staff is so so good that being at hotel becomes a breeze. A special mention to Mahipal. He made sure that all my needs are catered to the T. His attitude and humbleness is remarkable. Thank you so much Mahipal in being such a big support 😊🙏😊

We could witness a complete team effort. Every single person was focused on his work and had a smile on their pretty faces while interacting with us. The people at the reception Nitin Kumar, Jitendra, Saurabh and others were welcoming and very considerate to our requests. The rooms were always clean and emasculate thanks to Shalu and team for their efforts. The breakfast was planned, prepared and served to the Best of the capability, thanks Ashish, Kailash, Raju and the team. The Gaurds followed the security process and were helpful too. Overall a pleasant experience.

The accommodated room is very neat and clean . The bed , sofa including the wash room are super clean and organised. It was a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room service guy Mr Vivek is very obedient and discipline. His service is very prompt and swift.

Had a good start with brrakfast at lobby level. Kailash and Mahipal served us well, staff was eager to help. Ambience was well which suites to business and family travellers. Delighted to be at lemontree premire 1 after a long time. Pls uoscale room furnishings , rest all is fine

Had a good experience, room was comfortable though size is small, pool was pleasant though no shower or changing room. Special mention to front desk team of Jitendra, Saurabh and Nitin. Also floor duty persons Sonu and Kaushal were helpful. Breakfast buffet was good, especially the French toast, egg dishes and juices. Kailash is dedicated to his duty of giving good service.

The hotel staff were so courteous and their hospitality was top notch. Would definitely want to mention Kailash and Mahipal who went the extra mile in serving us at the hotel restaurant. Food at the buffet was also delicious and the variety was great! Would recommend to everyone and love to visit again.
