Das Hotel liegt in der Innenstadt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und befindet sich im dritten Stock einer Shopping Mall. Der Empfang ist freundlich und professionell, das Gepäck ist sehr schnell auf dem Zimmer, obwohl der Fahrstuhl etwas „altersschwach“ ist. Unser Zimmer (No. 3009) ist sehr groß, ruhig und sauber. Es verfügt über AC, einen Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Fernsehen, stabiles WLAN und einen Safe. Auch das Bad ist sehr groß und praktisch ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und auf indische Touristen zugeschnitten. Überall war der Service sehr gut und freundlich. Die nette Mrs. Soumya hat uns besonders unterstützt.

I stayed at this hotel during a week-long business trip covering Gulbarga, Bidar, and Bijapur. The overall experience was warm and welcoming. The staff was courteous, and the services were consistently good throughout my stay. The breakfast and dinner served here were not only tasty but also easy on the stomach — something I truly appreciated during a packed schedule. Due to extraordinary circumstances, I had to travel to Bijapur and opted for the hotel’s in-house taxi service, since Ola and Uber are not available in Gulbarga. I was pleasantly surprised by the service — Veer, the driver assigned to me, was extremely polite, punctual, and helpful in every way possible. I would strongly recommend using the hotel’s cab services with Veer as the driver. It added great value to my trip, and I’m sure others will have a similarly smooth and satisfying experience.
