This is a newly renovated place with two bedrooms, a private bathroom, and a shared kitchen area. The rooms are simply and warmly decorated, spacious, and well laid out. There's a small fridge and a TV, the AC heats and cools really well, and the shower has great water pressure and hot water (perfect for those who hate being cold). We booked the room with a large terrace and stayed 4 nights — it was super comfortable. It's in a clean, quiet neighborhood. It's an 8-minute walk to the metro station, and just one stop to the train station. Very convenient. There's a small supermarket nearby and a delicious pizza place that's open until 10pm — we bought a pizza almost every night. (The host recommended it too!) The host is super friendly and gave us great tips on what to do and eat in Naples, plus some helpful suggestions based on our itinerary. They were also always available on the app to communicate and help us out. If I ever come back to Naples, I'd definitely stay here again. This place and the host left me with wonderful memories!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The space is beautifully designed with a contemporary look, making it both modern and cozy. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the functional amenities made my stay incredibly comfortable. The hot water supply was consistent, which was a big plus! What truly made my experience special was the owner, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, and the moderate morning breakfast was a lovely touch that added to the homely feel. The location is another major highlight—it’s conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to access any part of the city. Whether you’re here for sightseeing or business, this apartment is perfectly situated for exploring and getting around. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and welcoming stay. You’ll feel right at home here! I would definitely stay again and can’t thank the owner enough for such a pleasant experience.

Wir verbrachten vier Nächte im Gram Suites. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch – etwa 10 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station/Bahnhof und nur wenige Minuten von der Bushaltestelle ins Stadtzentrum entfernt, was es uns sehr leicht machte, Neapel zu erkunden. Max, der Gastgeber, ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben seine herzliche Gastfreundschaft und seine schnellen Antworten auf alle unsere Fragen sehr geschätzt. Das Zimmer selbst wird täglich gereinigt, was ein nettes Extra ist, aber die Gesamtatmosphäre erinnert eher an ein Hostel oder Airbnb: gemütlich und lässig statt super schick. Es gab ein paar Probleme während unseres Aufenthalts (tut mir leid, Max, wir waren zu schüchtern, um sie persönlich zu erwähnen): Lärm: Das Zimmer liegt in der Nähe einer Straße, daher kann es nachts ziemlich laut werden. Wenn Sie wie meine Freundin geräuschempfindlich sind, würde ich Ihnen unbedingt Ohrstöpsel empfehlen (sie konnte kaum schlafen). Mücken: Wir hatten ziemlich viele Mücken im Zimmer und haben am Ende jeden Tag ein bis zwei davon getötet. Trotz der Verwendung von Mückenspray wurden sowohl mein Freund als auch ich mehrmals gestochen. Seltsamerweise hatten wir dieses Problem nirgendwo sonst in Neapel.

This property is in an excellent location - just a few minutes' walk away from the train station (including the Circumvesuviana trains and the metro) and airport bus stop, and with a fairly big supermarket near the start of the street. Our triple room was spacious and the welcome amenities were much appreciated, but the bathroom had a few quirks we had to get used to - the shower was not fully enclosed so it was easy for water to run everywhere, the toilet had a faint odour (as is typical of many of plumbing in older buildings) so the lid is best left shut), and the vanity was very compact. We arrived late in the evening and arranged for a late check in with the super friendly host (at an extra charge) and this worked very well. All in all, we thought this was a good value for money option for spending a day or two exploring this historic city.

Terrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

Отель вызвал противоречивых чувства)). Положительное: Удобное расположение в центре города, близко к метро и достопримечательностям. Рядом супермаркет.В номере чисто. Что не понравилось: квест с заселением ( в принципе, всё понятно объяснено, какое кнопки, но нужно пройти 3 закрытых дверей). Расположение кондиционера под окном и за шторкой)). Слышимость от соседнего номера, а именно из туалета ( будто бы у тебя в комнате). И главное - ни утром, ни вечером не было горячей воды, только днём. Поехал бы я снова в этот отель, думаю нет

Я не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом районе Неаполя, и мне очень удобно расположение здания: 3 минуты до вокзала Порта Нолана и 10 минут от Наполи Чентрале. Рядом с объектом размещения несколько супермаркетов, один из них Eurospin с хорошим выбором продуктов и низкими ценами. Возле отеля есть остановки автобусов и трамвая. Отель - это помещение на 3-м этаже здания с несколькими комнатами и кухней. На кухне есть посуда, кофе машина, чайник. Несколько столиков, чтобы выпить кофе. Номера новые, с недавним ремонтом и милым дизайном. Хорошие удобные матрасы, приятные подушки, новое постельное белье и полотенца в достаточном количестве. В душе всегда есть горячая вода. В номере мини-холодильник, туалетный столик. Каждые 2 дня производится тщательная уборка, смена полотенец, пополнение банных принадлежностей. В нашем номере было 2 балкона с потрясающим видом на колокольню и порт. Учитывая, что стоимость размещения довольно низкая, я считаю, что это отличные условия прибывания с бонусов в виде потрясающего вида. Персонал отеля был весьма любезен и всегда оставался на связи, чтобы помочь нам как с заселением, так и со всеми другими возникающими вопросами. Мы продлили проживание в этом отеле еще на три дня.

The B&B was in a great location very close to the train station and luggage storage lockers. The room was lovely with a usable balcony at both windows. It was a reasonable sized room with an en suite. The breakfast was a basic continental with bread, croissants, jams and coffee but it was plenty to keep you going. The check in process after 8pm was a bit tricky, the phone number on the gate downstairs is an unavailable number. Thankfully a nice man let us through the gate but we had to walk up each level until we found the right door withing the apartment block. The number on that was correct and someone came to check us in within 10 mins. It was a nice, quiet room with a fridge as well. Very close to the centre for meeting points for activities such as to Pompei/Vesuvius etc. I would stay here again in future, again you get what you pay for, it is budget accomodation.

El hotel está en una ubicación perfecta vía Toledo, la habitación tenía unas vistas espectaculares a la calle. La única cosa es que el check in se hace en una úbicacion diferente a la del hotel,pero si les envías un correo al hotel te dan la dirección donde tienes que hacer el check in. Por todo lo demás genial!!
