Im Gegensatz zu offiziellen Internet und Trip.com fühlen Sie Trip.com reserviert, buchen Sie aus. Das Personal der Rezeption ist sehr enthusiastisch und das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Das einzige, was wir tun müssen, ist, dass die Rezeption nicht im ersten Stock ist. Wir sind um 9 Uhr hier und es gibt kein Personal, das die Gepäckbeförderung unterstützen kann... Die Lage gehört zum Zentrum der Stadt, es ist sehr bequem zum Flughafen. Der Korridor im unteren Stock ist der Kirchenplatz, es gibt viele Süßigkeiten. Ich suche einen Platz im Freien am Abend, sehr erscheinend.

Die Gäste haben erst begonnen, die Toilette zu reinigen, wenn sie sich aufhalten. Lassen Sie die Gäste die normale Wartezeit aufnehmen, wenn sie sich auf die Rezeption begeben. Für mein erstes Zimmer ist die Luft im Inneren des Fensters unruhig, das Blick muss nicht gesagt werden........................................................................................... Ich habe fast 8 Uhr am Abend zu verbringen. Ich möchte fragen: Wird ein 5-Sterne-Hotel am Nachmittag nicht das Zimmer gereinigt? Soll ich das Zimmer nur abschneiden, wenn die Gäste kommen?

Nicht mehr für Geschäftsreisende geeignet für Touristen. Unfähig, Treffen in öffentlichen Bereichen (Geschäft, Lounge, oder Patio) durchzuführen. Wenn Sie planen, sich zu entspannen oder eine versehentliche Geschäftsdiskussion haben wird es sehr schwierig sein. Meine Kunden (lokale) und mich selbst haben wiederholt gebeten, die Musik zu wechseln, auch geringfügig. Wir wurden von dem Personal erzählt, dass es nicht möglich ist, je nach Managementpolitik. Es war, eine Atmosphäre zu schaffen, um Straßengeschäfte an die Bar zu gewinnen. Der Patio war unmöglich, aufzusetzen, da die großen Redner direkt über Ihren Kopf sind. Es gibt bessere Hotels in der Umgebung, die besser geeignet sind. Best für Touristen für einen Halt über.

Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig im Hotel Viertel von der City sehr nah zum Flughafen ca 10 bis 15 Minuten je nach Verkehr. Hotelshuttle zum Flughafen wird angeboten. Schöne Empfangshalle mit ansprechender Lobbybar. Abends life Piano. Frühstück ist unbedingt empfehlenswert. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen wirklich sehr reichhaltig auch mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen. Zimmer zwar schon älter aber sehr sauber und erwartungs ausgestattet. Es gibt Fenster zum öffnen was sehr angenehm ist. Neben den üblichen Ausstattungsdetails Nummern Safe und kostenlos Internet mit guter Übertragungsrate. Personal in allen Bereichen super freundlich, hier würde ich 5 Sterne vergeben. Getrübt war die ansonsten positive Erfahrung nur durch den Shuttlebus der uns zurück zum Flughafen bringen sollte. Uns wurde einen Tag vor Abreise gesagt das der Bus ca 15 Minuten nach Anmeldung fährt. Falsche Info der Bus fährt stündlich zur vollen Stunde. Den haben wir dann verpasst um 5 Minuten und mussten ein Taxi nehmen. Auch das Abendessen im Hotel mit italienischen Thema war nur befriedigend.

I arrived on September 17th 1:12 pm to check in to this hotel. The receptionist guy said check in was not until 3:00pm. I could have sworn I saw something on the hotels.com website that said there was a 2 hour early check in option. Pretty sure I chose it. Not sure how it didn't register. So I decided to check out the restaurant. I sat down and was greeted but a waiter. He said, we have great buffet with bla bla bla bla” I can't remember but he was REALLY trying to sell it. So I took a look at the buffet. It looked alright. There was no price visible anywhere so I didn't know how much it was. I asked the waiter and he told me to wait. He went to some room to get a scratch piece of paper. He wrote the price on the paper. It was kinda vague and his hand writing was strange. I had to ask him 3 times to clarify the price. He finally said “$34 for the lunch buffet”..... I immediately grabbed my bags and walked out. I've been all over the world and can't remember paying anywhere near that much for a lunch buffet. Not even in Europe. Around 3:00pm I was given my room key and room number. Took the elevator to room 802. It was a pretty nice room overall. The refrigerator didn't work though. Later on that night I asked some receptionist guy if I could get my refrigerator replaced. He said he would make a note of it and first thing in the morning it would be replaced. It wasn't. Around noon time the next day I went down the reception and asked a lady if she had any notes about someone needing a refrigerator replaced. Instead of answering my question she asked what my room number was. I again asked her if the receptionist guy from last night passed on the information. She again wouldn't answer and kept asking for my room number. This went on about 3 minutes or so. She then asked my name. I told her. She used this to find my room number. Still no answers about why I still had no replacement refrigerator and if any info was passed on from last night. She said I would get a replacement refrigerator soon. I didn't. Around 4:00pm I heard some cleaning ladies in the hall. I told her my refrigerator didn't work and asked them if I could get one from a near by room. She said, “OK sure”. She even carried it to my room as I grabbed the broke one and placed it in the hall. So in short... The receptionists suck at this hotel. Bathroom: Its pretty nice. The ventilation fan didn't work though. Gym: It's pretty darn good. Only thing missing was a flat bench press. There is a 45lbs bar laying on the floor though. So I am guessing this gym did have one at some point in time. The gym closes at 9:00pm. Which is still better than the Grand Tikal Futura which closes at 7:30pm. WiFi: It was good overall. It has that quirky log in system though. So after a minute of so of no activity on your smart phone it will disconnect. And you have the repeat the process over again. Breakfast: Overall it's pretty good. No buffet. Just

I spent one night with my nephew, who had broken his leg in a motorcycle wreck. They got us a room with two beds on the ground floor. The room was very clean and nice. We were going to walk to the airport before the wreck. We ended up getting an Uber at 4:30 AM for 28 Q. It took about 5 minutes for the Uber to arrive and take us to the entrance of the airport. There is also a nice restaurant right around the corner that serves good Mexican food and a great hamburger called Shucos y Chelas. This place is a very good deal.

Es ist ein Volk, sehr warm, dass die Umgebung nicht sehr gut ist, es gibt Wind und Wind, aber nicht sehr heiß. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr enthusiastisch und es ist in einer geschlossenen kleinen Zone, die draußen schwere Truppen halten, also sehr sicher. Nächstes Mal wiederkommen

We had a lovely stay in a colonial-styled hotel. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It was located slightly outside the city centre and might take about 30min by uber to get into the city, depending on traffic conditions. One disadvantage was the lack of shops, restaurants and amenities within walking distance. As Hilton members, we appreciated the significant room upgrade and daily breakfast. We observed a much larger breakfast selection on Sundays and on days where an event/conference was ongoing. The lounge was opened only on weekdays for a brief 6-8pm where a light selection of canapés and alcohol were offered. Staff members were all hardworking and friendly. Housekeeping also kept our room cleaned well.
