Die Lage ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Es gibt große Supermärkte in der Nähe. Allerdings wird die Fassade des Hotels gerade renoviert und sieht sehr heruntergekommen aus. Als ich an der Rezeption ankam, war der Service nicht sehr begeistert und mittelmäßig. Das Unerträglichste für mich war, dass die Wand des Zimmers mitten in der Nacht abfiel. Ich war schockiert. Um 9 Uhr am nächsten Morgen fanden nebenan Renovierungsarbeiten statt und das Geräusch elektrischer Bohrmaschinen ließ mich nicht schlafen. Das ist das Schlimmste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe, keine Bar!

Die Fotos des Zimmers sind alt, unser Zimmer stimmte nicht mit den veröffentlichten Fotos überein, die Fenster waren schmutzig, der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht (sie versprachen, ihn am nächsten Tag zu reparieren, aber während der 5 Tage, die wir in diesem Hotel verbrachten, kam niemand ). Das Zimmer wurde trotz unserer Nachfrage nie gereinigt. Kakerlaken 🪳, es gab auch keinen Schrank für Sachen, die einzigen Vorteile waren eine Waschmaschine, die Aussicht aus einem schmutzigen Fenster und die U-Bahn gegenüber dem Hotel.

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, wie all die guten Bewertungen zustande kamen. Das ist mein schlimmster Reiseaufenthalt überhaupt. Wenn Sie im Urlaub oder auf Geschäftsreise sind, ist dieser Ort definitiv nicht das Richtige für Sie. Stellen Sie sich vor, dass es keinen Zimmerservice gibt und Sie beim Einchecken auf sich allein gestellt sind. Sie müssen den Müll täglich selbst entsorgen und das Zimmer selbst saugen, wenn Sie den Schmutz nicht ertragen. Überall waren kleine Kakerlaken und im Badezimmer roch es nach verstopftem Abwasser. Ich erzählte ihnen von den Kakerlaken und bekam einen Kakerlakenköder und eine Flasche Insektizid. Ich habe um einen Zimmerservice gebeten, mir wurde jedoch mitgeteilt, dass dies nur vor dem Check-in und nach dem Check-out erfolgt und dazwischen kein Service angeboten wird. Wenn es Ihnen nichts ausmacht, auf Reisen Hausarbeiten zu erledigen, können Sie diesen Ort in Betracht ziehen.

It was good but only 2/12 elevators were working so expect a 15-20 min waiting time. There were also doing construction at the front lobby so it looked sketch

Great location. Make sure you communicate with the cleaning manager via WeChat (you will get the contact when you check in) if you want room refresh or/and thrush clean up. My stay was good. I recommend it for solo or couples travellers.

Is amazing with the amenities and the location. Cleanliness is acceptable only the shower area flow is slow. Others is cobsid great. Opposite is LRT station. Is super convenient. And we book city view at high floor is super nice.

Wet bad building, very bad room. Not recommended at all.

The location, room, appliance is all good. One disadvantage is if you are planning to stay here do not expect daily cleanning service.

Perfect location, just that for the foreign tourist do not have China phone is difficult to contact and know which floor (18th floor after get to know from the guard) to go for check-in. Lift waiting is quite long.

Location good only if you like the Beijing road Pedestrian walk atmosphere. Metro is just opposite the hotel. Nearby have a lot of food but all are higher priced due to this area being a hot tourist spot. Taxi easily available on the main entrance to BRoad. If you looking for excitement, very crowded with people, higher priced food and accommodation, stay this area, otherwise stay 2-3 Km from this area, everything is mush cheaper and it only takes rmb 2 to get here by metro. Hotel is rubbish! Be warned, don’t be fooled by the photos the put up, it totally doesn’t look it look a bit of it. The problem starts immediately when you enter the building old building, the lift takes a long time to reach and is always in breakdown condition and mostly full of people, inside is also old and dirty, one is just with wooden panels that stinks. Check in is on the 18th floor, take ages to get there, as many occupants get in and out of the lift. The housekeeping also bring in their big trolley that takes up half the lift space. There is no lobby, just a small room that is full of laundry and a small desk with a few un friendly guys smoking away n stinking up the room. Asking for non smoking room and view is like talking to a dead wall, they don’t bother to or just pretend to listen, just give you your room keys and tell you to scan a WeChat account, any request just go through this Chat. Next was another long wait for the lift, we had to wait a few rounds as it was packed and we couldn’t get in with our luggage. When we finally reached our floor, the walk way was in horrific condition wit peeling wall paper or paint and smell of mild dew and mold stain, the floor is also dirty. When we opened our room, we are greeted with a terrible urine stench n smoke. It t like a terrible smelly toilet!, the stench is coming from the toilet and there was laundry still running in the Dryer! We complained and ask for room change but the Lady in the chat group said they will send a cleaning crew to look into it. A nasty lady came, she just removed the laundry and sprayed some freshener to try cover up the smell, she said that is she can do bcos she just cleaned everything a few minutes ago before we arrived. She showed us where the drinks and detergent are and told us to call the Chat is we need anything, there is no daily cleaning, only upon request. The room is so different from the photos posted in Trip, everything is so old looking, walls are dirty and smell of cigarettes smoke, bed is very soft and like floating when you sleep on it. There is cockroach bait around indicating to expect rodents. Kitchen is equipped but I would dare us it as when I opened the cupboard there is obviously smell of cockroach. Only thing good I’d the projection TV and a big screen for movies. Air cond works during our stay. Take my advise, don’t stay here, the whole building is so old and rotten and has not been maintained for ages, they have plumbing problems and I guess all their toilets stink of urine stench. I bought a larger bottle of 99% disinfectant and sprayed the whole room and toilet and it just improved a bit but the toilet is hopeless and still smelly. Reason Isnthe floor is not tiled, just some cheap looking wood flooring that is absorbing all the dirty water and ironed causing the stench, we had to keep it tightly closed all the time to keep the smell away from our bedroom. Just stay 2-3 km away and you can get a better room and deal with the expensive price we paid for this room, totally not worth it and we feel cheated and short changed. Trip.com should remove this site from their list to prevent future travelers from getting into this con job.

Everything is quite good except the building is old and the air conditioner leak water.

The best place......near to the metro and halal food,. Easy to find....
