Microwave/griller oven was not well maintained. Oil from griller vent dripped oil onto my breakfast. No formal apologies from management & no follow up. Breakfast was soiled by dripping oil in the microwave. Didn't offer to compensate me for ordered-in breakfast, just offered me packed food.

Situated in Tianhe District, Ascott ICC Guangzhou strikes a perfect balance between convenience and tranquillity. Nestled among office buildings and high-end shopping malls like Taikoo Hui, it provides easy access to amenities while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere away from crowds. The Linhexi metro station is just a 5-minute walk, and attractions like Canton Tower are a short drive away.
Our room was impeccably maintained throughout our 4-night stay. Daily housekeeping ensured spotless floors, fresh linens, and well-stocked toiletries. The attention to detail—like dust-free surfaces and sanitized kitchenware—made the space feel welcoming.
The staff went above and beyond, especially during the busy Chinese New Year period. We were granted an early check-in at 11 AM on arrival day, a gesture that set the tone for the trip. The complimentary daily breakfast for our entire stay was a delightful surprise, and the team consistently addressed requests with professionalism.
Our high-level corner unit offered stunning, unblocked city views and a quiet environment. The apartment featured a fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, and modern furnishings. Shared amenities like the fitness centre, sauna, and steam room added luxury to our stay. The compact yet satisfying breakfast buffet included congee, dim sum, and fresh fruit—ideal for a quick, hearty meal.
